[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of intravenous drip of iron sucrose in patients with iron deficiency anemia. Methods Eighty patients with iron deficiency anemia who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given oral iron supplements,and the observation group was given intravenous drip of iron sucrose.Hemoglobin (Hb),serum ferritin (SF), treatment time,the total incidence of adverse reactions after treatment,and total effective rate of treatment before and after treatment were recorded in detail and compared. Results There was no significant difference in Hb and SF levels between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the Hb level (150.97±3.25) g/L and the SF level (140.29±2.84) μg/L in the observation group were higher than those of the control group [(98.06±4.54) g/L and (54.37±3.15) μg/L, P

缺鐵性贫血是由于人体铁元素不足,抑制血红蛋白生成致使红细胞生存需求没有得到满足而引起的贫血,属于临床常见的一种贫血类型。缺铁性贫血发病率高,且多为孕妇和儿童,其由于处在特殊的生长阶段,生理消耗大,易引起铁缺乏,临床表现为晕眩、乏力、易疲劳,严重影响患者的生活与工作,若不及早治疗,患者会由于体内长时间缺乏血红细胞从而造成供血、供氧不足,此类状态极易引发心力衰竭危及患者生命[1]。临床治疗缺铁性贫血一般有两种 方法 快递客服问题件处理详细方法山木方法pdf计算方法pdf华与华方法下载八字理论方法下载 ,一种为常用口服铁剂药物治疗,但此类治疗方法起效慢且易引起较多不良反应;另一种方法是静脉补铁,运用该方法治疗患者可以促进铁剂与转铁蛋白的结合,从而快速补充机体所需铁量。本文对缺铁性贫血患者采用静脉滴注蔗糖铁的治疗方法,旨在探讨该类治疗方法对治疗缺铁性贫血的有效性与安全性,并发现该治疗方法相较口服铁剂药物治疗更有效、更安全,建议临床推广,现报道如下。
