Procedures:
1. Stationery must be saved, especially paper, use the recycle paper for internal use.
2. When the Banquet meeting was finished, the used paper should be for recycle, unused papers will be returned to banquet storeroom for next time use.
3. Those untouched guest supplies will also be returned to banquet storeroom.
4. Clean linen must be kept separately in banquet storeroom and never mix with soiled one.
