（英文版）LaborContractEmployer:LegalRepresentative:Position:PresidentAddress:Postcode:Employee:Name:Gender:Address:Nationality:IDCardNo.:DateofBirth:EducationDegree:ThisContractissignedonamutualityvoluntarybasisbyandbetweenthefollowingEmployerandEmployeeinaccordancewiththeLaborLawofPeople'sRepublicofChina."TermoftheContract:Thetermofthiscontractisforyearsandshallcommenceon,,andshallcontinueuntil,,unlessearlierterminatedpursuanttothisContract.TheEmployeeshallundergoaprobationaryperiodof___months.JobDescription:TheEmployeragreestoemployMr./Ms.(name)as(jobtitle)inDepartment,locatedin(officelocationandcity).RemunerationofLaborThesalaryoftheEmployeeshallbimonthlypaidbytheEmployerinaccordancewithapplicablelawsandregulationsofP.R.C.ItshallbepaidbylegaltenderandnotlessthanthestandardminimumsalaryinTianjin.ThesalaryoftheEmployeeisRMB$permonthintheprobationaryperiodandRMB$aftertheprobationaryperiod.Ifthedelayordefaultofsalarytakesplace,theEmployershallpaytheeconomiccompensationexceptthesalaryitselfinaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulations.WorkingHours&Rest&VocationThenormalworkinghoursoftheEmployeeshallbeeighthourseachday,excludingmealsandrestforanaverageoffivedaysperweek,foranaverageoffortyhoursperweek.TheEmployeeisentitledtoalllegalholidaysandotherpaidleavesofabsenceinaccordancewiththelawsandregulationsofthePRCandthecompany'sworkrules.TheEmployermayextendworkinghoursduetotherequirementsofitsproductionorbusinessafterconsultationwiththetradeunionandtheEmployee,buttheextendedworkinghourforadayshallgenerallynotexceedonehour;Ifsuchextensioniscalledforduetospecialreasons,theextendedhoursshallnotexceedthreehoursaday.However,thetotalextensioninamonthshallnotexceedthirty-sixhours.5.SocialSecurity&WelfareTheEmployerwillpayforallmandatorysocialsecurityprogramssuchpensioninsurance,unemploymentinsurance,medicalinsuranceoftheEmployeeaccordingtotherelevantgovernmentandcityregulations.DuringtheperiodoftheContract,theEmployee'swelfareshallbeimplementedaccordancewiththelawsandrelevantregulationsofP.R.C.6.WorkingProtection&WorkingConditionsa.TheEmployershouldprovidetheEmployeewithoccupationalsafetyandhealthconditionsconformingtotheprovisionsoftheStateandnecessaryarticlesoflaborprotectiontoguaranteethesafetyandhealthduringtheworkingprocess.b.TheEmployershouldprovidetheEmployeewithsafetyeducationandtechniquetraining;TheEmployeetobeengagedinspecializedoperationsshouldreceivespecializedtrainingandacquirequalificationsforsuchspecialoperations.TheEmployeeshouldstrictlyabidebytherulesofsafeoperationintheprocessoftheirwork.7.LabourDisciplinea.TheEmployermaydraftbylawsandlabordisciplinesoftheCompany,Accordingtowhich,theEmployershallhavetherighttogiverewardsortakedisciplinaryactionstotheEmployee;
