国外最近推出的新产品新技术(英)PAGEPAGE1————————————————————————————————作者:————————————————————————————————日期:ofaccountability,redressofordersandprohibitions.Strengtheningthehonestyandself-disciplineofleadingcadreshonestyinpoliticsandeducationwork,enhanceleadersabilitytoresistofaccountability,redressofordersandprohibitions.Strengtheningthehonestyandself-disciplineofleadingcadreshonestyinpoliticsandeducationwork,enhanceleadersabilitytoresistofaccountability,redressofordersandprohibitions.Strengtheningthehonestyandself-disciplineofleadingcadreshonestyinpoliticsandeducationwork,enhanceleadersabilitytoresist简介:主要介绍了最近国外有名石油公司推出的新产品与新技术,其中有兰德马克的新型地震数据管理软件,雪佛龙公司用以增产的无线技术等。ADRusesverylittlepowerandtransmitsEMsignalsthatarenon-ionisingandnotharmfultohumansandtheenvironment.(ImagecourtesyofAdrokLtd.)NewseismicdatamanagementsoftwareLandmark,abrandofHalliburton'sDrillingandEvaluationDivision,hasreleasedSeisSpaceR5000software.Thenewsoftwarepackageaddressesoperatorandcontractorneedsbydeliveringthetimeanddepthdomainprocessingtoolsrequiredtoprocessandquality-checklargevolumesofseismicdataandprovidehigh-qualityseismicimages.Italsoprovidesanopenprocessingplatformtosupportproprietarytechnologyandspecialtyprocessingservices.SeisSpaceR5000allowsuserstoefficientlymanageseismicdataonthelatestmulticoreCPUsandstoragedeviceswiththeadditionofmoreeffectivenoisesuppressionfromasuiteoftrue3-Dapplicationsincludinga3-DFKKfilter,spatialmix,andFX-Ydeconaswellasanewsurface-relatedmultipleeliminationtool.Specifically,thesoftwaremakesprestackseismicdataeasilyavailabletotheinterpreter,encouragingcollaborativeinterpretiveprocessingworkflowsthatallowseismicprocessorstobecomemuchmorevitalcontributorstotheassetteam.Thesoftwaresupportsvisualizationof3-D,4-D,andeven5-Dpre-stackvolumesandprovidesadirectconnectionandpublishinglinktoLandmark’sOpenWorksprojectdatabaseforthesedatasets,allowinginterpreterstoseamlesslyaccessdataandcollaboratewithprocessors.Seismicprocessorscannowviewanentire3-Dseismicsurveyatonceandinteractivelyworkanywhereinthesurveytotestparameters,removenoise,andconditionthedataforinterpretation.SeisSpaceisacomponentofLandmark’ssynchronousR5000releasethatincludesupgradestomorethan70productsspanningalldisciplineswithintheE&Plifecycle. Fiber-optictechnologyforheavyoilrecoverySchlumbergerhasintroduceditsnewWellWatcherBriteBlueharshenvironmentmultimodefiberandWellWatcherUltradistributedtemperatureacquisitionsystem.TheWellWatcherBriteBlueharshenvironmentmultimodefibercanbeusedasadistributedsensorforapplicationssuchasdistributedtemperaturesensingorforhigh-speedcommunicationbetweendownholesensorsandasurfaceacquisitionunit. Thenew-generationfiberwasdesignedespeciallyforuseinextremeheatandhydrogenenvironments-environmentsthatcancausemostopticalfiberstodegradeinphysicalintegrityandperformanceovertime.ThenewdesignandtechnologymakeWellWatcherBriteBlueparticularlysuitableforthermalheavyoilrecoveryapplications.TheWellWatcherUltradistributedtemperaturesystemsurfaceunitacquiresdownholetemperatureprofiles.Theversatilenewsystemcanmeasureupto9miles(15km)offiberatameter’sresolution,updatedatainjustafewseconds,resolvetemperaturesto31°F(0.01°C),andinterrogatenumerousfibersfromonesurfacesystem.Assoonasameasurementistaken,dataareavailablefordownstreamapplicationsandarecommunicatedusingvariousindustry-standardorcustomizedprotocols.Withnewarchitecture,design,andmanufacturingmethods,theunitisruggedandissuitableforbothpermanentmonitoringandinterventiontechniquesinallenvironments.ExtensivefieldtestingoftheWellWatcherBriteBlueandWellWatcherUltratechnologieswasperformedintheUSandCanadainextremelyhightemperatures(downholetemperaturegreaterthan481°For250°C).Thesetestsdemonstratednodiscerniblereductioninfiberormeasurementperformanceandprovideduserswithfarmoreinsightintothezonescontributingthemosttoawell’sproductionduringtransientconditions.SchlumbergerhasbeensuccessfullyinstallingWellWatcherBriteBlueintheharshconditionsofheavyoilthermalrecoverywellsinCanadasinceApril2007.Thesewellsreachtemperaturesashighas571°F(300°C)andcanprovidearealchallengeforfibersurvivability.Oneinjectionwellinparticularthatisoftenrunattemperaturesaround571°Fhadrenderedthepreviouslybestavailablefiberunusablethroughhydrogendegradationinlessthanamonth.ThisfiberwasreplacedwithWellWatcherBriteBlueinSeptember2007andmorethanayearlatershowsnosignsofdegradation.NewsubsurfacegeophysicalmapperAdrokLtd.haslaunchedanewsubsurfaceimagingsystemthatmeasuresandclassifiessubsurfacelithologyandrockproperties.Thesystem,calledtheAtomicDielectricResonance(ADR)scanner,canaccuratelyidentifyrocks,rocksequences,andhydrocarbonstodepthsof2.5miles(4km)andbeyondbasedonpermittivity,energy,frequency,andphasevaluesofnaturalrocks.Thesystemisapatentedinvestigativetechniquethatinvolvesmeasurementandinterpretationofresonantenergyresponsesofnaturalorsyntheticmaterialstotheinteractionofpulsedelectromagneticradiowavesormicrowavesfrommaterialsthatpermittheappliedenergytopassthroughthematerial.Thesystemmeasuresatomicpermittivitynon-invasivelyandgeneratesavirtualwellborelogoflithologyfromthegroundsurfacetodepthsasnormallyexperiencedduringoilandgasoperations.AdrokhasdeployedADRonanumberofindependentonshoreprojects. ThesefieldtrialsconcludedthatADRsuccessfullyidentifiessubsurfaceoilandgashorizonsandthepresenceofmineralsatdepth.Thebestverticalandhorizontaltargetresolutionachievedbythesystemwasbetterthan3.2ft(1m).Thescannerislightweight,handportable,andcanbedeployedonshorefromafour-wheel-drivevehicleoroffshorefromasmallvessel. Thescannercurrentlyisbeingusedonshore.Adrokplanstointroducethesystemforoffshoresurveyworklaterthisyear. ProductionoftheSpeedStarSS-1100rigannouncedTheGeorgeE.FailingCo.(GEFCO)hasannouncedtheproductionofanewdrillingrig,theSpeedStarSS-1100(SS-1100).Therigiscapableofdrillingverticallyto15,000ft(4,575m),whilethedepthwillvaryforhorizontaldrilling.Therigfeaturescontrolsthatallowthedrilltobemonitoredfromaremotelocation.Thisallowstheservicedepartmenttodiagnoseandpreventmaintenanceissuesbeforetheyoccur,savingtime.Thecontrolsalsokeepthedrillingcrewawayfromtheactualdrilling,makingthedrillingprocesssafer.Oneadvantageofthenewdesignistherig’sabilitytosetupinmountainousareasduetoitssmallersize,thecompanysaid.TheSS-1100rigwasdesignedtoreachareasthathavetobeclearedtoallowarigtogettothedrillsite.Therigwillalsocutsetuptimeinhalf.Onceonasite,therigcanbegindrillingwithinafewhours,whichallowsthejobtobecompletedmorequickly.WirelesstechnologyhelpsChevronimprovesafety,increaseproductionChevron’sSanArdo,Calif.,oilfieldoperationsboostedpersonnelsafety,reducedwastewaterdischarge,andimprovedtimeandstrategyforproductionusingtwoEmersonSmartWirelessnetworkstomonitoritssteaminjectionprocessandmeasuredownholewellpressures.WirelessRosemountpressuretransmittersareinstalledateightstationsandonmultiplesteamlinesleadingtoout-of-servicewellsundergoingsteaminjectionatthecompany’soperationsintheSanJoaquinValley.Chevronswitchedtowirelessmonitoringafterawirelessdemonstrationononewellconfirmedtheoperator’ssuspicionthatsteamusagewasactuallymuchhigherthanwhathadbeenpreviouslyrecorded.Theover-steamingcreatedmorewastewater,whichhadtobepumpedfromthewellandtreatedbeforebeingdischargedintowetlandsdrainingintotheSalinasRiver.Theover-steamingalsomeantthecompanywasusingmorenaturalgasthannecessarytoproducethesteam.Thisnewtechnologyhasimprovedoperatorsafetyandreducedmaintenanceandtravelcosts.Personnelnolongerneedtovisittheinjectionwellstocollectdatafromtraditionalchartrecordersortocheckinstrumentsforproperoperation.Agatewaycommunicatesreliabledatatotheoilfield’scontrolroomviaanEthernetnetworkconnection.ChevronsavedUS$60,000ininstallationcostsbychoosingthewirelessbattery-powerednetworkovermonitoringdevicesrequiringhard-wiredpower.
