esistanceofstatorcoilregularly;b)observeifthereisheatingattheendsofstator,loosenessoftheinsulatingparts,abnormalheatingatthejointsofstator,anddeformationattheendsofwinding;c)ifthereisloosenessandabnormalnoiseofironcoreofstator;d)ifthereisloosenessatslotwedge,looseweldbetweenthepresseddiscofstatorandventilationgrid,etc.e)Ifthereareloosenessofthefasteningpartsinthebase,orlooseweldbetweenthepresseddiscofstatorandventilationgrid,etc.Themaintenanceofrotorincludes:a)checkperiodicallyifthereisdeformationofrotor,especiallyafterrunaway;b)shallregularlychecktheinsulationresistanceofrotorwindingtoseeifthereisshort-circuit.c)checkthedampingbaranddampingringtoseeifthereislooseweldanddeformation.d)checkifthereareloosenessofallthefasteningpartsattherotatingparts.e)observeiftheironcoreofmagneticpoleisloose,andifthecoilofmagneticpolemovedf)checkiftheleadingwireofrotorandleadingwirebetweenthepolesofmagneticcoiljointwellandnoloose.g)observeregularlytheinsideoftherotorsupport,andthespacebetweenthelaminationsofmagneticyoketoavoidtheentryofforeignmatters.Themaintenanceofgeneratorbearingincludes:a)Generally,thetemperatureoftungstenbearingbushshallbelessthan650C,andthemaximumtemperaturecannotexceed700C.Thetemperatureofhotoilintheplasticbearingbushcannotexceed500C,thetemperatureofthebodyofthrustbearingbushcannotexceed550C,duringtherunningofgenerator,thevalueofresistancethermometeralarmandsetstopvaluecanbe10K~15Kand15K~20Khigherthanthenormalrunningtemperaturerespectively;andnottoexceedtheabovementionedvalue.b)Whenstartthegeneratorinwinter,theoiltemperatureintheoiltankcannotbelessthan100C.Fortheplasticbearingbush,start-upisallowediftheoiltanktemperatureis50Candabove.c)Ifnotinuseforover48h,beforestartthegenerator,pushtherotorupwardtoavoiddryfrictionandbush-burning.Forplasticbush,thegeneratorcanbestarteddirectlywithoutpushingtherotorwithin30days.d)Toswitchoff,incaseoftungstenbearingbush,onlywhentherotatingspeedslowsdownto20%~30%ofnominalspeed,canthegeneratorbebrakedoff,whileincaseofplasticbush,10%ofnominalspeedisallowable.Duringthenormalrunningofthegenerator,generally,thepersonnelofoperationandmaintenanceshallnotenterthedoorsofupperandlowercoverplatetoavoiddanger.Donotstopthegeneratorifthebrakingsystemisabnormal.Duringmaintenanceofthegenerator,braketherotororpushtherotorupwardtoavoidself-rotationcausedbyleakageofwater.Cleantheaircoolerperiodicallytokeepgoodexchangeofheat.Inwinter,reducecoolingwaterappropriatelyaccordingtothetemperaturerisetoavoidmoistonthecoolingwaterpipe.Alltheautomationcomponentsandmeteringdevicesofthegeneratorshallbemonitoredandmeasuredperiodically.Payattentiontothealarmsignalinordertohandlethemtimely.Allthesparepartsshallbekeptandstoredwell.
