(6) constructi2 (五)“恭城油茶制作技艺”申报国家级非物质文化遗产保护名录 自2000年以来，我县一直站在挖掘、传承恭城油茶文化的高度，努力包装、打造“恭城油茶”非物质文化遗产，积极开展市、区、国家级名录申报工作。经大量努力工作，于2008年成功申报自治区级非物质文化遗产保护名录，并于2013年正式获准申报国家级非物质文化遗产保护名录，有望在2014年获得国家级非物质文化遗产保护名录。 (六)“恭城油茶协会”成功组织、主办第四届恭城油茶文化节 2011年—2013年，在县委、县人民政府的努力下，借势早已名声在外的桂林恭城桃花节，成功举办了3届恭城油茶文化节，对宣传恭城油茶文化起到了很好的作用。2014年，为贯彻落实党中央“八项规定”， 坚持“民间主办、游客参与、节俭办节、市场运作”的原则，由新完善的“恭城油茶协会”组织、主办第四届恭城油茶文化节，成功举办了“百年油茶宴”、“演绎原生态瑶族婚嫁”、“万人瑶族健身舞展演暨万人油茶长龙祭春巡游”等活动，向外界展示了恭城油茶文化的魅力。 二、重点产业项目 在县委、县人民政府正确指导和大力支持下，已落实或 计划 项目进度计划表范例计划下载计划下载计划下载课程教学计划下载 落实一批恭城油茶文化产业项目。 (一)恭城油茶餐饮行业方面 在恭城县城，较大型的油茶餐馆有近30家，各油茶大排档、油茶宵夜摊更是满城皆是，但都达不到品牌效应、领军行业。为此，经大量调查、充分考证后，重点对几家较大规模的企业，如恭城民记御品油茶馆、恭城金奖油茶馆、恭城味之源油茶馆等，进行了相应技术培 oth, clean and smooth drainage system. Presideix el director del projecte, cap adjunt projecte director adjunt, directors dea i deures (1) Departament de treball resposta d'emergència de seguretat grup líder d'un director de projecte d'establir l'orrgènci3 训、政策倾斜、资金扶持等。 (二)恭城油茶原料行业方面 以西岭八岩村、嘉会吉山村、平安黄泥界村等茶叶、生姜种植基地为基础，在全县范围内推广茶叶、生姜规模种植，重点扶持议嵘茗香茶源有限公司，该公司目前共有3个茶叶种植基地，近3000亩，其经营模式为公司+基地+农户。 (三)恭城浓缩油茶行业方面 桂林恭城绿叶食品厂厂长李进洪在传统打油茶基础上，按照国家规范化的食品工艺生产标准研制出“恭城浓缩油茶”。目前，全县共注册成立了“桂林恭城绿叶食品厂”、“恭城瑶山浓缩油茶有限公司”、“瑶之味食品厂”、“桂林恭城福龙康食品科技有限公司”等浓缩油茶企业。 其中桂林恭城福龙康食品科技有限公司还开发了一种能与油茶锅配合使用的电磁炉，新研发的产品“灵芝红茶”获得国家专利，目前员工近百人，年产值达800多万元，成为浓缩油茶企业后起之秀。 下步重点工作之一是整合一批浓缩油茶企业，形成一个具有大型规模、品质高端、资金雄厚的恭城浓缩油茶品牌企业，引领恭城浓缩油茶产业快速、健康发展。 三、面临的困难。 恭城油茶文化独树一帜，成为各地油茶中的佼佼者，油茶文化产业不断发展壮大，但随之而来的困难及问题日益凸显，如果不及时解决，必然对“恭城油茶”这一品牌造成不可估量的影响。 (一)恭城油茶文化挖掘整理严重缺失 打油茶在恭城已有一千多年历史，是群众生活、生产中不可缺少 on organization design of temporary electricity in construction site shall be prepared, no private lines. 15.3.4 safety assurproof; (5) electric drive wheel, wheel, flywheels and other exposed parts of protective devices. Slope, turning radius, the wrong lanes, road ..4 的一部分，歌词“你也打油茶，我也打油茶，家家都把油茶打„„”唱出了油茶在恭城人民心目中的分量。但遗憾的是，对油茶的研究及文字记载却寥寥无几，更没关于恭城油茶的研究专著。 (二)恭城油茶产业发展落后 目前恭城县范围内的油茶产业仍仅停留在传统生产阶段，数量不够、产值不高。对于打油茶的重要原料茶叶的种植、管理、采摘、加工都是传统手工作业;油茶食品加工企业规模不大、产品单一;恭城浓缩油茶加工企业，都是家庭作坊式生产，没有一家成规模的龙头企业，无法引领恭城浓缩油茶企业的发展。 (三)恭城油茶科研力量投入不足 恭城油茶发展至今天，除少数个人对油茶投入科研外，没有相应机构对恭城油茶进行过深入的、系统的科学研究，表现在: 1.没有系统的、全面的对恭城油茶文化的成因、历史、发展、现状进行研究、考证; 2.没有对打油茶的原料科学种植、科学管理、科学加工进行研究; 3.没有对恭城浓缩油茶进行更深入研发，目前的恭城浓缩油茶充其量仍为半成品，应加大研发力度，借鉴品牌饮品王老吉、和其正等，研发出便捷的、优质的饮料型的“恭城油茶”; 4.没有对油茶食品，各类糕点、小吃进行研发出新产品。 ganització.
