酒店客房设计说明 客房是酒店获取经营收入的主要来源，是客人入住后使用时间最长的，也是最具有私密性质的场所，对城市酒店而言尤其如此。我国酒店建筑设计中的客房平面布置，经历了十几年长期的相互模仿、式样单一的阶段，使很多本应该充满活力和创造性的酒店客房被克隆成了十分相似的、通俗的面孔。在这种“通俗酒店”中，客房免不了是“最通俗”的部分。 功能设计有缺陷，风格设计再突出也是“短命”的;功能设计很全面，但缺少风格上的魅力和特点也不好，因为这会降低客房的品味和价值;而功能和风格都不错的酒店客房，如果没有用人性化的标尺再仔细衡量一下，再补充些更细致更深入的设计，也许就会留下遗憾，就不那么完美，不那么精致。把握好这三个设计的尺度，充分发挥这三个设计的作用，客房设计的质量就有保证了。“功能设计”是客房设计的基础工作，包括基本功能设计和细节功能设计。 酒店客房的基本功能是:卧室、办公、通讯、休闲、娱乐、洗浴、化妆、卫生间(座便间)、行李存放、衣物存放、会客、私晤、早餐、闲饮、安全等。由于酒店的性质不同，客房的基本功能会有增减。为基本功能进行的设计主要体现在客房建筑平面、家具平面、水电应用平面、天花平面的布置中，以及在这些平面设计中已经定位的门窗、家具、洁具、五金和主要电器设施的选择，当然还要有必要的设计说明。 在酒店客房的建筑设计中有多种性质的平面选择经验，这里举几例供读者参考: 1、5星级的城市商务酒店。这种客房的空间要求是:宽阔而整体;布置要求是:生动、丰富而紧凑;平面设计尺寸是:长9.8m，宽4.2m(轴线)，净高2.9m，长方形;面积41.16?。现代大型城市的高档商务酒店客房一般不要小于36?，能增加到42?就更好。而卫生间干、湿两区的全部面积不能少于8?。 2、城市经济型酒店。这种客房只满足客人的基本生活需要。平面设计是以长6.2m，宽3.2m(轴线)，建筑面积19.84?来构成的，这差不多是中等级酒店客房面积的底线了。但尽管这么小，仍然可以做出很好的设计，满足基本的功能要求。但这种客房的卫生间设计最好有所创意，力争做到“小而不俗，小中有大”，比如利用虚实分割手法，利用镜面反射空间，利用色彩变化，或者采用一些趣味设计，都可以起到不同凡响的作用，使小客房产生大效果。这样的榜样在欧美的“设计酒店”中屡见不鲜。 3、位于风景胜地的度假酒店。这种客房的首要功能是要满足家庭或团体旅游、休假的入住需求和使用习惯，保证宽阔的面积和预留空间是最起码的平面设计要求。 对钢筋混凝土框架结构的度假酒店来说，客房楼的横向柱网尺寸以不小于8m为好，能达到8.4m至8.6m更好，这样可以使单间客房的宽度不会少于4m。当然，如果建筑师对平面有所创造，使房间宽度达到6m以上，使房间形态成为“阔方型”，就更
