Focusing on improve the ability of an 22.室外电气设备柜门应关严，内部不应漏雨，尤其是电除尘顶部整流变、主变及高厂变电阻柜、变电站各配电端子柜，发现问题及时登记缺陷，联系检修处理。 23.加强对220KV变电站各设备的检查，倒闸操作必须严格执行两票，并且要三级监护到位。 24.电厂附近天空强雷暴活动时，禁止靠近避雷针、避雷器，禁止检查室外相对位置高的设备，以防止被雷电击伤;大风、强降雨天气检查室外设备时，应作好防护措施，以避免人身伤害;各配电室、保护室及其它设备是否有漏水情况，必要时先用防雨布盖好，并记录缺陷。遇到恶劣天气和设备有重大隐患时分场要加强值班力量。 24.除灰和供水室外设备多，夏季恶劣天气时，要做好水源线跳闸事故预想。 25.污水处理站要加强设备检查力度，保证设备按规定健康运行，大雨及汛期等紧急情况下，确保向洛河排放通道畅通，同时必须保证向洛河排水符合环保要求。 26.各排污泵及防汛用临时潜水泵要时刻正常备用，每天后夜班试转一次，发现问题及时登记缺陷，联系处理。防汛物资要准备妥当。当出现强降雨时，各岗位值班员要加强本岗位所负责区域的巡视，发现汛情时立即汇报值长，值长向有关领导汇报，启动应急预案。 四、 考核措施 1.对落实执行迎峰度夏措施不力的责任人、监督人员扣50元/次，造成后果的按厂里有关规定另行考核;统计考核以月为单位，对月度出现两次以上的人员扣100元/次。 to enterprises bigger and stronger.
