Equipment 泽、品牌、出厂合格证、检验报告、文件等，符合标准后备用。 (3)、工程所用的涂料应按品种、颜色分别堆放，并实行专人管理。 (4)、所用的腻子料、底漆与面漆应相配套。 4.3、施工机具、工具 序号 机具名称 型号 用途 数量 1 测湿仪 TS----536 检测基底湿度 1 2 搅拌机 确保腻子、涂料的均匀度 4 3 滚筒 短毛 滚底漆 50 4 滚筒 专用 滚面漆 50 5 铲刀 铲除旧基层、修整基面 40 6 批刀 修整基面 40 7 平整度检测靠尺 2米长 检验平面、阴阳角等平整度 3 注:根据工作需要，适当增减施工机具、工具 4.4、组织专业的施工人员为本项目骨干施工力量，同时在施工前对施工人 员、施工材料、施工技术再交底。 4.5、在大面积施工前做好“样板”并保存到竣工。 4.6、大面积施工前，应先做好墙面分格，划分阴角与滴水线的分界线，墙 分格缝修补顺直。 4.7、施涂前应对非施涂部位做好遮挡保护。 4.8、施工步骤 (1)、基层处理:铲除墙面原有面层及基层，将墙面起皮及松动处清除干净，并用水泥砂浆批荡，将残留灰渣铲干净，然后将墙面扫净。 (2)、涂防水层:防水层及找平层应做到接合平整，无明显接合缝隙。并在底层砂浆有6,7成干时，抹一道8厚的乳液类聚合物水泥防水砂浆(砂浆中满铺埋入一层耐碱玻纤网布)，砂浆留臵分隔缝，缝宽10mm，其中 5 垂直分隔缝留至每两开间门窗洞口一侧(且间距不得大于6,)，水平分隔缝每两层留至门窗洞口上沿处，缝内用弹性密封胶嵌缝。将表面压实、收光、平整干净，刷层均匀。 (3)、刮腻子、打磨:刮腻子遍数可由墙面平整程度决定，一般情况为三遍。第一遍用胶皮刮板横向满刮，一刮板紧接着一刮板，接头不得留槎，每刮一刮板最后收头摇干净利落。干燥后磨砂纸，将浮腻子及斑迹磨光，再将墙面清扫干净。第二遍找补阴阳角及坑凹处，令阴阳角顺直，用胶皮刮板横向满刮，所用材料及方法同第一便腻子，干燥后砂纸磨平并清扫干净。第三遍用胶皮刮板找补腻子或用钢片刮板满刮腻子，将墙面刮平刮光，干燥后用细砂纸磨平磨光，不得遗漏或将腻子磨穿。 (4)、刷第一遍乳胶漆:涂刷顺序是先上后下。先将墙面清扫干净，用布将墙面粉尘擦掉。乳胶漆用排笔涂刷，使用新排笔时，将排笔上的浮毛和不牢固的毛理掉。乳胶漆使用前应搅拌均匀，适当加稀释剂稀释，防止偷遍漆刷不开。干燥后复补腻子，再干燥后用砂纸磨光，清扫干净。 (5)、刷第二遍乳胶漆:操作要求同第一遍，使用前充分搅拌，如不很稠，不宜加稀释剂，以防透底。漆膜干燥后，用细砂纸将墙面小疙瘩和排笔毛打磨掉，磨光滑后清扫干净。 (6)、刷第三遍乳胶漆:做法同第二遍乳胶漆。由于乳胶漆膜干燥较快，应连续迅速操作，涂刷时从一头开始，逐渐刷向另一头，要上下顺刷互相衔接，后一排笔紧接前一排笔，避免出现干燥后接头。 4.9、成品保护:在第三遍外墙面刷乳胶漆完工后，应对施工时污染的部位进行清理、并对已经完工的部位进行成品保护。 by we company construction installation Hou, according to design programme and the equipment configuration, party provides of other related engineering installation figure or by party organization related engineering coordination Hou, completed full construction drawings; developed construction programme: pre buried, and installation, and wear tube row line, and debugging, and Check scheme and civil engineering the original duration. Equipment 4.10脚手架施工 鉴于本工程为外墙涂料施工，特制定脚手架搭设与拆除安全方案措施。依据《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架》JGJ130-2001;《建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范》JGJ80-91;本工程施工图纸和投标文件;本工程施工组织设计。 (1)、搭设前的准备工作 a.垫层打好以后，外架搭设前由项目部技术人员，向作业人员详细交底。 b.使用的钢管、扣件、钢脚手板、安全网等检查合格后方可使用。 c.作业人员必须有本专业施工知识。 (2)、搭设技术要求 a.立杆应坐落在坚实的基础上，立杆底部应设置底座，座下铺2.5m*0.3m*0.05m厚木板。 b.根据《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》中表6.1.1-1之规定，采用立杆横据1.05M，布距为1.8M,立杆纵距为1.8M，连墙件的设置为二步三跨。 (3)、纵向水平杆、横向水平杆、钢脚手板的设置 a.纵向水平杆设置在立杆内侧，其长度大于3跨，均与横向水平杆扣接，纵向水平杆均采用对接，且两根相邻纵向水平杆的接头不允许设置在同步或同跨内，不同步或不同跨两个相邻接头在水平方向错开的距离为小于500?，各接头中心至最近主接点的距离小于纵距的1?3，主接点处必须设置一根横向水平杆，用直角扣件扣接且严禁拆除，主接点处两个直角扣件扣接且严禁拆除，本工程采用钢脚手板，因此，横向水平杆应直接扣在立杆上，且应增设两根纵向水平杆，等间距布置。施工层钢脚手板应铺满，四个角用铁丝或 7 纵向水平杆捆扎牢固。架板必须是平行的双架板，两块架板必须固定在一起，架板两端用铁丝固定死，中间且有横支撑。 (4)、立杆的设置 a.每根立杆的底部应设置底座或垫板，纵向扫地杆应处于横向扫地杆的上方，均与立杆扣接，扫地杆距地面为150?，立杆在顶层采用搭接，搭接长度为1.2米,采用两个回转扣件固定，且高出建筑物檐口1.5米，下方均采用对接，节点布置同纵向水平杆接点要求。 (5)、连墙件的设置 a.连墙件选用软拉配合顶撑制作，尺寸为5.4*3.6，覆盖面积为19.44平方米，符合规范要求。拉接点必须靠近立杆设置，距离不应大于300?，同时，应从底部第一步纵向水平杆设置;拉筋应呈水平方向设置，配合顶撑使用，实际制作应先定后拉。 4.11脚手架的拆除施工工艺 (1)、拆架程序应遵守由上而下，先搭后拆的原则，一般的拆除顺序为:安全网?拦杆?脚手板?剪刀撑?横向水平杆?纵向水平杆?立杆。 (2)、不准分立面拆架或在上下两步同时进行拆架。做到一步一清、一杆一清。拆立杆时，要先抱住立杆再拆开最后两个扣。拆除纵向水平杆、斜撑、剪刀撑时，应先拆中间扣件，然后托住中间，再解端头扣。所有连墙杆等必须随脚手架拆除同步下降，严禁先将连墙件整层或数层拆除后再拆脚手架。 (3)、分段拆除高差不应大于2步，如高差大于2步，应增设连墙件加固。 (4)、应保证拆除后架体的稳定性不被破坏，连墙杆被拆除前，应加设临by we company construction installation Hou, according to design programme and the equipment configuration, party provides of other related engineering installation figure or by party organization related engineering coordination Hou, completed full construction drawings; developed construction programme: pre buried, and installation, and wear tube row line, and debugging, and Check scheme and civil engineering the original duration. Equipment 时支撑防止变形、失稳。 (5)、当脚手架拆至下部最后一根长钢管的高度(约6m)时，应先在适当位置搭临时抛撑加固后再拆连墙件。 4.12、架搭设的安全技术措施 (1)、脚手架的基础必须经过夯实处理满足承载力要求，做到不积水、不沉陷。 (2)、搭设过程中应划出工作标志区，禁止行人进入，统一指挥，上下呼应，动作协调，严禁在无人指挥下作业。当解开与另一人有关的扣件时必先告诉对方，并得到允许，以防坠落伤人。 (3)、开始搭设立杆时，应每隔6跨设置一根抛撑，直至连墙件安装稳定后，方可根据情况拆除。 (4)、脚手架及时与结构拉结或采用临时支顶，以保证搭设过程安全，未完成脚手架在每日收工前，一定要确保架子稳定。 (5)、脚手架必须配合施工进度搭设，一次搭设高度不得超过相邻连墙件以上两步。 (6)、在搭设过程中应由安全员、架子班长等进行检查、验收。每两步验收一次。 (7)、六级或六级以上大风、雾、雨天应停止脚手架施工。 五、质量保证质量保证及验收标准 5.1、外墙的涂饰工程应在涂饰层完全干燥后方可进行验收。 5.2、 同一墙面涂层色调一致，色泽均匀，不得漏涂，不得沾污、露底，接茬处不应出现明显涂刷接痕。 5.3、 对墙面涂料施工规范，必须按照中华人民共和国行业标准，不得出 9 现掉粉、起皮、漏刷、透底、反碱、咬色、流坠、疙瘩、对装饰线和分割线平直(按5m线检查，不足5m拉通线检查)，偏差不大于施工规范值;门窗等成品必须保护洁净、完好。 六、安全施工措施 由于外墙涂料施工机具多、不安的因素比较多，所以对施工必须制订出极为可靠安全保证措施，使安全意识高度重视，集中精力搞好安全保护工作。 6.1安全目标承诺 (1)、不发生人身伤亡事故。 (2)、不发生机械责任事故。 (3)、不发生火灾事故。 6.2、安全组织机构 (1)、建立由项目经理、专职安全员及施工班组兼职安全员工作三级管理网。 a.项目经理是我公司所承接工程项目第一安全责任人对承接工程项目的安全保证负全面领导责任，负责全体施工人员的安全保护和防止事故发生等安全问题，对安全目标、安全措施和实施负全面责任。 b.专职安全员专职负责工程的安全管理工作，负责编制和实施安全教育和安全技术措施，对施工中有存在的安全问题提出解决方法，并监督实施，负责安全防护用具的检测并监督，指导施工人员正确使用安全防护用具。 c.班组兼职安全员，协助专职安全员对施工中的安全进行管理，时时提醒施工人员提高自我保护意识，及时制止习惯性违规现象出现。 6.3、安全准备工作 (1)、组织施工人员进场前进行《建设工程安全生产管理条例》及《建筑by we company construction installation Hou, according to design programme and the equipment configuration, party provides of other related engineering installation figure or by party organization related engineering coordination Hou, completed full construction drawings; developed construction programme: pre buried, and installation, and wear tube row line, and debugging, and Check scheme and civil engineering the original duration.
