1、 Strictly master and control the three elements to
vulcanization : temperature , pressure and time . They
must be operated at the same time . They are all
necessary when vulcanized.
2 Temperature:140?,145? Pressure:2.2mpa/cm
Time :30 minutes
2、 Dip rubber to be soaked ahead of time . The gas used
can’t be less than 95# . The scale of rubber and gas is 1:3 .
Put pieces of rubber into a container with gas , and then
continuously mix round it with a stick for six hours.
The time for dipping can’t be less than 12 hours . Look
out for the fire.
3、 Main points for connecting the joints : peel off the two
ends of the rubber belt into trapezoid (180?).The width of
each ladder layer can’t be less than 200 mm.
4、 When the level ladder layer is done , polish the surface
with steel wire brush to increase the sticking strength.
Clean the surface, and lay on rubber soaked twice. When
the gas in the rubber soaked is volatilized , lay on rubber
soaked for the second time . The depth for laying on
rubber soaked should be equality.
5、 After the gas in the rubber soaked is volatilized (keep it
in this condition for no less than two hours), connect the
ends of the rubber belt correctly , press tightly and then
vulcanize. Must finish vulcanizing the joints once.
6、 Vulcanization mould’s board should be smooth . The size
of vulcanization mould’s board should be larger than that
of the rubber joints.
7、 Rough belt joints (the way of using bond), Please go
ahead according to the third and the first half of the
fourth instructions. Laying on the bond should be
equality (according to the instructions of products),
connect the ends of the rubber belt correctly once. Press
tightly, it should be kept in this situation for no less than
4 hours , and then you can use it .
