分成六组 Unit culture: Foods around the world Steps 步驟: 1. Divide into six groups. 分成六組。 2. Choose a team leader and draw lots to decide each group’s cookbook. 選出小組長抽籤決定每一組的食譜。 3. Design your cookbook. 設計你的食譜。 4. Allot the sentences to everyone and practice. 分配每一個人的台詞並練習。 5. Examine and check that if everyone can say it well. 測驗並檢查每一組的台詞是否熟練。 6. Show it out! 表演呈現, Unit culture: Foods around the world Pizza fun Ingredients材料: bacon培根, ham 火腿, pineapple 鳳梨, bread吐司, green pepper 青椒, cheese 起司 . Directions作法: 1. Preheat the oven. 預熱烤箱(120-150度) 2. Cut the bread open. 將厚片吐司挖成盒狀翻開 3. Put pineapple and ham in the bread. 把鳳梨和火腿放入吐司中 4. Put green pepper on top. 在把青椒擺在上面 5. Cover the bread with cheese. 將起司放在吐司上 6.Put the bread in the oven for 5-8 minutes. 把食物放入烤箱5-8分鐘 Unit culture: Foods around the world Spaghetti Ingredients材料: Spaghetti義大利麵, vegetables蔬菜, meat sauce 肉醬, ketchup番茄醬, cheese 起司 . Directions作法: 1. Put spaghetti in boiling water.將義大利麵放入滾水中煮熟 2. Preheat the oven. 預熱烤箱 3. Put cooked spaghetti in baking tray.將煮好的麵放在烤盤上 4. Pour meat sauce over the spaghetti.放一些肉醬在麵條上 5. Put some ketchup on top of the meat sauce.擠上一些番茄醬 6. Add some vegetables on top then sprinkle some cheese.放一些蔬菜,灑上起司. 7. Put in the oven for 8-10 minutes. 放入烤箱8-10分鐘 Unit culture: Foods around the world Sand-Witches Ingredients材料: Lettuce leaves 萵苣葉, ham 火腿, cucumbers小黃瓜, bread吐司, carrots胡蘿蔔 olives 橄欖, cheese 起司, mustard 芥末 . Directions作法: 1. Spread mayonnaise on the bread. 將美乃滋抹在吐司上 2. Place the cheese on the bread. 放上起司 3. Tuck small lettuce leaves into the sandwich to make hair.將生菜夾在兩旁當耳朵 4. Cover another slice of bread over. 把另一片吐司蓋上去 5. Cut the ham in half for the hat. 將火腿切一半當帽子 6. Squeeze some mustard and use olives for the eyes.擠上芥末放上橄欖當眼睛 7. Cut the carrot tip and the cucumber 將胡蘿蔔和小黃瓜頂端切下,佈置在吐司上 Unit culture: Foods around the world Party Jelly Ingredients材料: Jelly powder果凍粉, water水, fruit 水果, Directions作法: 1.Mix jelly powder in boiling water.將果凍粉在熱水中攪拌均勻 2. Pour the mixture into the bowl. 慢慢倒入碗中 3. Cut the fruit into chunks. 將水果切丁 4. Pour chucks for fruit into the bowl. 將水果丁放入碗中 5. Wait for15minutes to cool down. 在室溫下放涼,約等15分鐘 6 .Put in refrigerator and freeze. 把果凍放入冰箱中冷藏 7. Wait for 20minutes. 等候20分鐘 Unit culture: Foods around the world Omelet Ingredients材料: Butter 奶油, four eggs 4個蛋, ham 火腿, salt鹽, cheese 起司, pepper 胡椒 . Directions作法: 1. Beat the eggs in a bowl with a fork.. 用叉子將碗裡的蛋打破 2. Add a little salt and pepper.加一點鹽和胡椒 3. Put some butter in to the pan. 塗一些奶油在鍋底 4. Pour egg mixture in the pan.把蛋汁倒入鍋底 5. Place other ingredients on half of the omelet.將其他食材放在半邊 6. Fold half of the omelet over.將另一半的蛋餅皮覆蓋上去 7. Tip the omelet onto to the plate. 將蛋餅放在盤子上 Unit culture: Foods around the world Hot dog roll Ingredients材料: lettuce leaves 萵苣葉, ham 火腿, hot dog熱狗 , bread吐司, cheese 起司, mayonnaise 美乃滋 Directions作法: 1. Cook hot dogs in boiling water.將熱狗在滾水中煮熟 2. Spread mayonnaise over the bread.將美乃滋塗在吐司上 3. Put some lettuce and a slice of cheese on the bread.將萵苣和起司放在吐司上 4. Place a hot dog on the bread.將熱狗放在吐司上 5. Roll the bread up.將土司捲起來 6. Push the toothpick through the bread. 用牙籤固定 7. Cut the hot dog roll in half. 將熱狗捲切半
