Positive and Negative Aspects of Sports As we all know, it is useful and helpful to do some sports. There are numerous positive aspects of doing sports, which can be listed as follows. First and foremost, doing some sports can improve people’s immunity, which keep them from illness. What’s more, doing some sports everyday can reduce the risk of obesity, which is the best method to keep fit. Furthermore, doing some sports can reduce the blood pressure as well as modulate blood lipid contents. Most importantly, doing some sports can reduce people’s psychological burden, making them happier after exhausting work. However, just as the saying goes, every coin has two sides, and so does sports. Doing sports still has some negative aspects. On one hand, excessive sports may cause the damage of muscle, heart and lung. On the other hand, overdoing sports may make people exhausted due to hypoxia. From my perspective, the positive aspects of sports outweigh the negative aspects, if people moderate sports, reasoning that doing sports can make people healthier and happier. Take me as an example; I was weak in my childhood. Then, I began to do some sports every day. Later, I began healthier and healthier. Therefore, it is necessary to do sports.
