Short circuit between phases of the shell plate is correctly positioned, good connection between support plates shall be mounted firmly, insulation Grade insulation shell should be made. 4.1.11 the installation of explosion-proof electrical equipment 4.1.11.1 rectisol wash unit area, tank farm and other explosion-proof areas, the electrical installation shall be carried out as explosion-proof requirements. 4.1.11.2 electrical installations 9、 振捣严细认真，不得漏振。防止砼构件出现蜂窝、麻面。 10、 现场浇筑前，统一检查模板、支撑等，注意予留孔洞予埋件。 11、 砼尽量不设施工缝，如必须留，宜设剪力最小且便于施工部位。 12、 注意砼浇筑后应及时保护，使构件保证足够湿润状态。 13、 砼构件强度末达到规定值时，不得在地面行走，堆放物体。 、屋面防水工程。 6 施工要点: 1、 进场材料必须符合国家规定，并有合格证，作好抽样复查。 2、 作好细部处理，阳角抹圆角R为100弧度。 3、 保温层采用阻燃苯板100厚，每层50厚，双层错铺，苯板容重为18KG/M。 4、 找平层抹灰时若炉渣找坡表面凹坑较大时，可用湿砂薄薄一层找平，然后立即抹 灰。 5、 找平层粘牢，无松动，起壳，翻砂等现象。 6、 防水层采用APP改性沥青卷材4厚。 7、 施工前应严格作好基层清理工作，用苯板将基层女儿墙及人孔周围隔开。 8、 防水层施工及细部处理要严格操作工艺去做。 9、 保护层采用1:2水泥砂浆20厚分格1000×1000。 10、 分格层缝用改性沥青溶注密实。 11、 卷材搭接宽度允许偏差:-10MM。 在施工质量上主要控制项目:轴线位移、墙面垂直、墙面平整、抗震拉结筋、门窗过梁顶砌等。 7、楼地面工程 施工要点: 1、 施工前应作好技术准备，包括查阅图纸指定施工方法，技术交底。 2、 在已硬化砼垫层或砼楼板上铺垫层时，要做基层凿毛。 3、 铺设前刷素水泥浆一道，干硬性砂浆，手握成团，稍出浆为宜。 4、 应随抹随铺，宜在水泥初凝前用木抹搓平压实，面层压光，钢抹子三遍成活，逐 渐加大压力。 5、 200#细石砼干硬性，手握成团稍出浆。 6、 地面作好后，洒水养生，防止裂纹。 8、装饰工程 施工要点: 1、 抹灰工程的程序、先室外、后室内，先上后下、先地面、后顶墙。 2、 抹灰工程先作好技术交底，明确质量目标，门窗及其他木制器安装齐全。 3、 水电管线、配电箱安装完毕，并对水暖管作好压力试验。 4、 砖石、砼等基层事先剔平，用1:3水泥砂浆抹平，圆梁等表面太光应先剔毛。 砌体表面基层砂浆、污物等事先应清除干净，洒水湿润。 5、 予制板缝抹灰前用1:0.3:3水泥白灰砂浆抹平勾实。 6、 抹灰前弹线，并分别湿润基础。 7、 阴阳角作成直角1:3水泥砂浆护口。 8、 设计要求的踢脚线应弹线，抹实压光。厨、厕间瓷砖，严格分格，粘贴平整，无 空鼓。 9、 严格配合比，同一配比，材料同一厂家，同一批量，然后整体施工。 10、 分格条弹线，米厘条同一规格。 11、 争创高级抹灰，三遍成活，达到表面光滑洁净，颜色均匀，无抹纹线角灰线平 直方正，清晰美观。作到管道后面平整。 第 5 页 共 6页 12、 装饰线条必须牢固，作到横平竖直，接缝无明显痕迹。 13、 要按下列规定施工: (1)表面平整 2MM (2)阴阳角垂直 2MM 2M托线板检查 (3)立面垂直 3MM (4)阴阳角方正 2MM 石粒清晰、分布均匀、紧密平整、色泽一致，无掉粒和接茬痕迹 检验标准: (1)表面平整 3MM (2)阴阳角垂直 4MM (3)立面垂直 5MM (4)阴阳角方正 3MM (5)分格条平直 3MM 五、质量保证措施 1、坚持项目部制定质量负责制，坚持质量方针目标管理，严格按照设计施工图施工，以国家标准、规范要求控制施工过程，按检验评定标准验收工程质量。 2、现场成立专职质栓员及班组兼职质检员，进行工程质量层层监控，严格把好控制质量的6大关键:图纸会审关、技术方案关、严格按照施工图纸及操作规程施工关，各种材料及半成品的验收检验关，按照隐蔽及评定标准验收关及生产管理人员的素质关，使施工全过程处于受控状态。 3、推行全面质量管理，实行质量目标跟踪管理，关键部位设质量管理点，对班组进行技术交底，专、兼职质检员随时做好跟踪检查，做好标记。 4、加强原材料试验和半成品检验工作，不合格产品不准使用，主要材料、钢筋、水泥、防水材料等无出厂合格证和复试检测合格证明，禁止使用。 六、安全施工保证措施 1、施工现场成立以项目经理为责任中心的安全生产委员会，设立专职安全员，健全安全保证体系，定期检查，定期会议。 2、参加施工工人要熟知本工程的安全技术操作规程，在操作中，应坚守工作岗位，严禁酒后操作。 3、电工、焊工、各种机动车辆司机，必须经过专门训练，考试合格发给操作证，方准独立操作。 4、要正确使用个人防护用品和安全防护措施，进入现场，必须戴安全帽，禁止穿拖鞋和光脚。在没有防护设施的高空和陡坡施工，必须系安全带，距离地面3米以上作业要有防护栏杆、挡板、安全网。安全帽、安全带，安全网要定期检查，不符合要求严禁使用。 5、施工现场的脚手架、防护设施、安全标志和警告牌不得擅自拆动，需要拆动的，要经过工地负责人同意。 side of road subgrade 2m.
