You must take some measures as follows : keep the air indoor clean and ventilated , intake of adequate nutrition by Eating a healthy balanced diet(it includes adequate intake of calories(carbohydrate) , protein and rich vitamin and minerals. Such as meat, eggs, fish, fruit, vegetables and so on.). You should arrange homework(housework) and infant care reasonable in order to ensure that in you have plenty of time (to )rest. We advocate doing gymnastics puerperium not doing hard work prematurely. You also should pay more attention to the perineum local hygiene by changes underwear and sanitary napkins and scrub frequently, and avoid the sitz bath . If you found abnormal signs such as vaginal bleeding more and more and lasted for a long time, have a fever, have an abdominal pain and so on ,you must go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment .Inspite of all normal , It is necessary to return to the hospital to have a physical review after 6 weeks later. And between this time not to have sex and make contraception measures in the next lactation . You ‘d better take condoms contraception.
