基建档案 管理制度 档案管理制度下载食品安全管理制度下载三类维修管理制度下载财务管理制度免费下载安全设施管理制度下载 为了提高本公司基建档案的质量和管理水平，带动档案管理工作的整体发展，使各类档案能充分发挥其效用，特制定本制度。 一、归档 (一)基建档案归档范围 基建档案归档范围主要包括综合管理、可行性研究、 设计 领导形象设计圆作业设计ao工艺污水处理厂设计附属工程施工组织设计清扫机器人结构设计 基础材料、设计文件、工程管理文件、施工文件、竣工文件、生产技术准备、试生产基建预算、概算、决算、器材管理等，具体见附件。 (二)基建档案归档要求 1、公司要有一位负责人分管基建档案工作，并配备相应专职档案人员，负责基建文件材料的形成、积累、归档工作。 2、要检查设计、施工单位基建文件材料的编号是否统一，要与它所反映的对象一致，能揭示其性质与特征。 3、凡归档的文件材料均应是原件，做到审查手续完备、制成材料优良、格式统一、字迹清楚，图面清晰、整洁，不得用易褪色的书写材料书写。 4、具有法律依据和凭证和文件材料、签字和印鉴必须齐全，请示与批复要同时归档，缺一不可。如果报告、请示后无批复，经办人应注明办理情况，以备日后考查。 5、归档份数:竣工图一般归档不少于一套，文字材料、底图、底片和声像材料各归档一套。 6、归档时间:凡具有法律依据和凭证的重要文件材料(审批文件、产权证明、使用证明、处理产权纠纷等)在办理、处理完毕后应及时归档;竣工图、施工文件材料、声像材料在竣工验收后三个月内归档;管理性文件材料在每年六月底前归档。 7、档案移交档案室时，要填写基建档案资料移交 目录 工贸企业有限空间作业目录特种设备作业人员作业种类与目录特种设备作业人员目录1类医疗器械目录高值医用耗材参考目录 ，一式两份，连同案卷经档案部门清点无误后，交接双方在移交目录上签字盖章，各执一份存查。 二、分类立卷 通常情况下一个全宗中基建档案为一级类目，具体以基建项目为二级类目，三级类目通常不设置。但具体分类时一般按前期准备阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段(工程监理)、竣工验收阶段和使用维护阶段等5个阶段分类。此外基建档案在立卷过程中，还可以分为依据性材料、基础性材料以及设计材料等几大类。 Omega-shaped expansion bends. Valve and the more heavy component at support hanging frame installation Shi, 备注: 一、档案借阅 1、本公司人员查阅档案,须经档案室负责人同意后方能查阅。 2、借阅档案要严格遵守借阅制度,认真填写借阅登记表,方能借阅。 3、外单位人员查阅本公司档案,须持有单位介绍信,重要的档案由档案室负责人请示上级领导后方能查阅。 4、查档者只限在阅档室内阅档。 5、查阅有密级的档案, 需经主要领导同意后方可阅档。 6、凡利用档案的单位和个人,必须爱护档案,不得遗失、涂改、拆散、剪裁、勾画、批注和转借。 7、档案管理工作人员对归还的档案要当面查清,如有损坏、任意涂改、丢失,应及时追查责任,认真处理。 二、档案管理员的职责 1、协助基建单位做好基建档案资料的收集、整理以及归档工作。 2、归档的基建资料要及时做好登记、统计工作。 3、对于借阅基建档案的人员，要出具借阅单，并有专门的领导签字方可借阅。 4.此外，档案人员应注意利用施工图改绘竣工图，必须标明变更修改依据，凡施工图结构、工艺、平面布置等有重大改变、或变更部分超过图画1/3的，应当重新绘制竣工图。 4、档案管理过程中，对于图纸的折叠尤其是对大于A4的图纸，以蓝图标题栏的正视位为基准，以手风琴式的折叠方式，先竖后横，将蓝图折成A4图纸的规格。折叠后，标题栏必须被叠在最上层并露出来。 Omega-shaped expansion bends.
