参考文献标志代码安徽中医学院第30卷第3期2011年6月 JOURNALOFANHUITCMC0uGEVol?30No.3JurL201147 EffectsofQihuangDecoctiononLymphocytesinsidePeyer’sPatchesinRatswith StomachExcision LIUJ一da.yUQing一 5heng,WANGDong—ruing,CHENGang,YUANYi—yang,ZHANG Qian-yi (ThPDePnrmerit0fGener口 ZSurgery,theFirstHospitalAffiliatedtoAnhuiCollegeofTraditional ChineseMedicine,AnhuiHefei230031,China) [Abstract-1ObjectiveToobservetheeffectsofQihuangDecoction,atraditionalChinesemedicinemainly comD0sedofAstragalusmongholicusandRhubarbforinvigoratingspleen—qiandpurgation,onlympho— cvtesofratPeyer’spatchesafterstomachexcision.MethodsNinetyratswereaveragelyrandomizedinto shamoDerationgrouP,modelgroupandQihuangDecoctiontreatedgroup.Theratsintheshamoperation groupundergoneanoperationofabdominalmidlineincisionandsuturewiththestomachretaining.After theoperation,theratswereallowedtohaveafreeaccesstowaterandfoods,butwerenotgiVenentera1nu— tritionandQihuangDecoction.Theratsinthemodelgroupundergoneanoperationofstomachexcision, thenweregivenNutrison,anintactedproteinenteralnutritionpowder.TheratsintheQihuangDecoction treatedgroupalsoundergoneanoperationofstomachexcision,thenweregivenNutrisonandQihuangDe— coction.Thetreatmentcoursewasoneweek,Attheendofthecourse,theratswereexecuted,andtheir Pever,spatchesandlymphocytesinsidethemwereseparated.TheT—cellssu bsetsincludingapTcellanti— genreceptor(a~TCR)一 clusterofdifferentiation3positive(CD3+),clusterofdifferentiation4positive (CD4+)andclusterofdifferentiation8positive(CD8..)weredetectedbyusingflowcytometry.Thecount ofimmunog1obulinApositiveBlymphocytes(IgA+B)wasdetectedbyimmunohistochemicalmethod?
