1 - 企业理念:“求实、严谨、奉献、创新”企业精神和“忠诚企业、爱岗敬业、追求卓越、奉献社会”。现有职工2695人，装机总容量720MW，其中520MW为华电集团公司管理的国有全资机组，分别为白马发电厂,21机组(220MW)、,22机组(200MW)、高坝发电厂,11机组(100MW)。 全国精神文明建设工作先进单位”、“全国厂务公开先进单总厂荣获并保持了“ 位”， “全国电力行业卓越绩效先进企业”、原国家电力公司“一流火力发电厂”、“双文明单位标兵”，华电集团公司“扭亏增盈先进单位”、“四?五普法先进单位”等二十余项省(部)级及以上荣誉，并于2001年通过了英国国家质量保证公司的ISO9001:2000质量管理体系认证。 2、见习过程 4月25日早晨我们在兰子平老师的带领下走进了白马发电厂，正式拉开了我们化工见习的序幕。4月25日上午我们在工作人员的安排下首先进行了对安全知识的学习，让我们充分了解安全对于化工厂的重要性。下午对化学工艺流程进行了大致的讲解，了解了火力发电的 理论知识和化工原理，工艺流程如下: 脱 硫换吸氧 石 膏 正压系统 T46-250 烟气 增 压热收 ——> — ————> ———> ——> ——> ——>石膏 风 机 器 化 脱 水 塔 火力发电厂的主要原理是:化学能——>机械能——>电能，即燃烧煤——>产生热量——>用水吸热——>变为水蒸气——>冲击汽轮机——>发电。 主要分为以下几个步骤: 输煤——>锅炉——>汽轮机——>发电机——>升压站 白马发电厂主要是使用煤来进行发电，每年满荷时耗煤量达到500t——6000t。据相关人员介绍，内江地区属于酸雨地区，这则需要在燃煤时必须进行煤质 分析 定性数据统计分析pdf销售业绩分析模板建筑结构震害分析销售进度分析表京东商城竞争战略分析 ，然后通过石灰——>石膏，从而脱去煤中的硫，不产生二氧化硫。同时此工艺火力发电靠的是蒸汽推到机轮转动，需要用锅炉烧水产生蒸汽，而一般的水里含有很多金属离子，比如说钙、镁离子等。如果长时间烧水会形成水垢，达到一定量后会爆炸，而电厂里的流程出特殊情况是不会停止工作的，不可能停止工作清洗锅炉，因此用的水必须先做处理除去水中的金属离子。所以火力发电过程中脱硫和水处理是十分重要的。 水处理和脱硫工艺流程: <1>水处理 - 5 - 长近50,。 鸿展公司自组建以来，在着力盘活原国有资产的同时，加快实施跨越式发展战略，按照建立循环经济和资源综合利用示范企业的目标，不断加大技改投入，经过几年的努力，酒精生产能力由6000吨/年，发展到80000吨/年，生产能力扩大了13倍，该厂拥有国内先进的酒精六塔差压蒸馏生产线，生产过程采用DCS自动控制，生产技术及生产装置达到国内先进水平，年产值超过十亿人民币。现已成为西南地区规模最大的酒精生产企业。 2、见习过程 4月27日我们在沈王庆老师的带领下乘坐汽车来到了资中银山鸿展工业有限责任公司。首先引入眼帘的是成堆的玉米及巨型的运货卡车。接卸来我们非常荣幸的请到了该厂的负责人给我们对其公司的生产工艺进行了一个系统的讲解，让我们对该公司的生产流程有了一个比较全面的认识。在理论知识讲述完毕后该厂负责人带领我们对该厂进行了详细的参观。其大致的生产工艺如下: 玉米可根据其性质来分类，分为:粉质玉米和胶质玉米。其中胶质玉米不易煮透，所以不能作为制作酒精的原料，资中银山鸿展工业有限责任公司所使用的主要是粉质玉米。 鸿展集团制作酒精的过程是一种综合工艺。其使用玉米为原料，经加工后先后可得到玉米油、酒精、饲料以及二氧化碳，这些在社会生活中都有极其重要的意义。例如:玉米油——可供食用、保健品;二氧化碳——医用上和工业上都大有用途，例如防腐剂、冷冻剂、制作干冰等等。 酒 精 制 备 食用油 胚芽 玉 米 脱胚 玉米 面 液化 糖化 发酵 蒸馏 酒精 干冰 饲料 <1>二氧化碳的处理: 二氧化碳原料气要经过:?分水器:介质为二氧化碳，工作压0.005-0.02MPa，工作 温度为0-30度 ?洗涤塔:介质为水和二氧化碳，工作压为0.005-0.02MPa， - 9 - 时间:2011-4-29 地点:内江市污水处理有限责任公司 1、工厂概况 近年来，随着沱江流域各市县工农业的发展，沿江城镇的扩大，生产、生活排污量激增，对沱江的污染日趋严重。再加上沱江上游流入的污染物，沱江已成为四川省污染最严重的水系，而沱江又是内江市的唯一受纳水体。因此，建设污水处理厂，控制沱江内江段的污染，改善沱江水质显得尤为重要。内江市从2000年初就开始了建设污水处理厂的前期准备工作，同年6月经省计委批准立项，2002年7月，内江市市长办公会决定修建污水处理厂。2004年8月竣工，正式投入使用。 内江市污厂位于市中区牌楼坝，占地57亩，规模为5万吨,日，总投资9000万元。是内江市一座大型城市污水处理厂，内江80%的生活污水都会回收至此，进行污水处理，在排到沱江下游。预计处理规模5万吨/天，现每天实际处理规模为4万吨/天。该工程采用CASS工艺流程，具有先进、安全可靠、对污水、水量变化适应性强、调节灵活、低投入、低能耗、占地少、操作管理方便等特点，经处理后水质完全能达到国家规定的排放。 2、见习过程 4月29日，我们在沈老师带领下来到了内江市市中区牌楼坝污水处理有限责任公司，优美的工作环境让人不会相信这是一座污水处理厂。据相关负责人介绍，这座污水处理厂主要处理内江市的生活污水，其原理是: 污水管网回收——>污水处理厂——>进入粗格栅(打捞悬浮物、大型垃圾进行填埋)——> 抽提泵 污水井——————>细格栅(捞起细碎渣物填埋)——>沉砂池(分离有机物和无机物)— —>有机物进入CASS生化池——>消毒处理——>过滤净化——>排水口排出。 此污水处理过程中，最重要的是CASS生化池反应。其中每部分中都要进行采样进行化验分析，特别是生物净化池中的微生物培养，对生存环境要求很严格。下面对CASS生化池进行简单的介绍: <1>菌种的培养 第一批微生物培养是在污泥中进行培养一般培养第一批菌种需30个小时，第一次培养成功，放入生化池后，以后不需培养菌种，不需添加菌种，它自己可以连续繁殖，一般下一批只需几个小时。影响菌种繁殖的因素主要有: 1、PH(一般在6-9) 2、C:N:P=100:5:1 3、温度(一般在15-30摄氏度) - 10 - 4、营养成分 5、溶氧量(一般2-4mg/L) <2>CASS生化池污泥处理 生化池共有4个，但并不是同时进水，而是循环进行，以便处理。生化池中的污泥量是先在进水口进行检测，再根据进水浓度计算污泥产生量。在生化过程中要隔半个小时就需采样一次，进行静置，观察污泥量，得出污水处理情况。污泥使用完后需处理，一般使用的是离心脱水机去吃活性污泥中的水分(99%)，达到80%以下，分离出的污水又进入进水口，而脱水后的污泥制成泥饼，进行填埋。 <3>污水处理达标指标 在污水处理后，只要两项指标达标即可，即CODcr<60，NH3-N<15mg/L，这是国家排放一级水标。当达到标准后则从排水口排入沱江，在排水口有在线流量计，可随时监测排水口水量。此外每隔几小时要用取样桶采集一次，进行检测。 生活污水 FG-21 WT-12 抽提泵 抽提泵 细格栅 沉砂池 混流池 粗格栅 计量 循 环 废 物 运 出 生化池 脱水 回 流 反 应 二沉池 污泥间 水污 泥 消毒 脱 运出污泥 排入沱江 (3)、工厂缺点 据相关人员介绍，其实CASS生化池中的污泥是一种很好的综合产品，在国外，很早 - 11 - 就开始有泥饼的工艺，例如可用作肥料、建筑材料等等。但由于中国现在的技术还不够，在这一块上的开发还未形成，生化池所得泥饼就直接埋掉，很是可惜。这也是以后需要大力研究改进的地方。 四、见习收获与感悟 这次的见习所到之处可能是我这二十年来第一次真正的走进与我生活、学习息息相关的地方。以前虽偶尔也做做兼职，不过也只是游戏，从没有真正系统的了解，联系我们所学习的理论知识，使其融合。我非常感谢学校安排这次的见习活动，也非常感谢老师为我们不辞辛苦，为我们奔波劳累。 在这短短的时间一周内，我收获了很多的东西，比如联系很多课本上的知识，这让我正确认识到我们现在所学的知识在实际生产中的巨大作用;除此还有许多课本和学校都没有的东西，比如人培养的气质、干练，还有社会的需求，这些都让我感觉到我现在所学到的知识还是远远不够的，它促进我不断的改进完善自我。另外这次实习中所接触到的仪器知识，还有实践经验也是我人生的一大笔财富。我们即将进入大四，即将要踏入社会，这些实践性的东西对我们来说是至关重要的，它让我们脱离了书生的稚气，增加了对社会的感性认识、对知识的更深入的了解。 俗话说:读万卷书不如行万里路。虽然不敢说我们所学理论知识不好，但这次见习确实给了我很深的感触。给我印象最深刻的就是在火力发电厂，一共有三个相关人员给我们分部分介绍了他们的工艺流程，但我最钦佩的就是一位女负责人，她那种精明、干练的台风和气度让我深深的折服。当看到她在台上挥斥方遒，我不禁联想到自己如果站在台上将会是一番如何的情景呢,或许她所讲内容也是我们很熟悉的，不过我在台上就不能那么完整系统将一个工艺流程简单明确的讲述出来，这或许也是我最欠缺的东西吧～此外这次见习让我认识到社会是残酷的，没有文化、没有本领、懒惰，就注定你永远是社会的最底层～但同时社会又是美好的，只要你肯干、有进取心，它就会给你回报、让你得到自己想要的～ 总之，虽然这次实习的时间很短，但对我来说，收获是很大的。我会更加珍惜我的学习的心得时时激励自己不断上进。同时经历过这次的见习，我明确了以后我自己的发展方向。我相信以后的生活会越来越好。自己一定要加油才行，加油加油～ -
