Criterion
1. Write the teaching plan for next week lessons, and send it to Bill at the end of the week. (If you fail to hand in the plan on time, 3 points will be deducted)
2. In an English activity, there need to have both static and dynamic activities. (Once we find there don’t have both two kinds of activities, 2 points will be deducted)
3. Prepare the materials used in teaching, making them ahead. (If you fail to prepare the teaching materials once, 2 points will be deducted)
4. Be nice and patient with kids. No corporal punishment or corporal punishment in disguised forms. (Once you obey this rule, 5 points will be deducted. For serious cases, more points will be deducted)
1. Stay in the classroom on time, according to your schedule. (Once you’re not in the class that you should be, 2 points will be deducted)
2. Be good appearance in kindergarten. Do not wear rings, earrings, slippers. Do not smoke at any place inside the kindergarten, both building and yard. (Once you obey this rule, 2 points will be deducted)
3. Take care of your behaviors in front of kids. Do not sit or stand on the table before them. Maintain right sitting position in front of kids. (Once you obey this rule, 2 points will be deducted)
1. Do not be late or leave early. You need at kindergarten before 8:30 Am in the morning and 1:00 PM in the afternoon. You can leave the kindergarten after 4:30 PM. Please ask for leave ahead. (Once you obey this rule, 4 points will be deducted)
2. Do not phone with anyone when you’re having class. (Once you obey this rule, 4 points will be deducted)
3. Attend all meetings for English teachers on time. (If you don’t attend one meeting, 2 points will be deducted)
1. Protect every kid from when you are having class. (If you’re not with the class you should be with, 4 points will be deducted; if there is one safety accident takes place when you are having class, 5 points will be deducted)
