所有单证在寄岀前，卖方必须扫描给买方审核。 如果卖方不能按时向买方提供完整、 准确的单证给买方造成的滞柜费、 个工作日内，卖方必须传真或者电子邮件通知买方：①合同号，②发票，③装箱单，包括货物的总价值，包装总件数，装运的总重量及体积，货物预计办完出口手续和到达装运港的时间,并明确通知买方关于合同货物的特别注意事项，包括但不限于特别保护或事故处理措施。shippingadvice:ThesellermustfaxorE-mailtoinformthebuyerwithin weeks,thebuyershallhavetherighttocancelthiscontract.9.检验和索赔：发货前，卖方应对货物的质量、规格、性能和数量、重量做精密全面的检验，出具检验证书，并说明检验的技术数据和结论。货物到达中国 港后，买方向中国出入境检验检疫部门申请货物检验，如与约定的商品质量和数量/重量不符，买方可凭中国出入境检验检疫部门出具的证明文件向卖方退货或索赔。在保质期限内，如货物由于 设计 领导形象设计圆作业设计ao工艺污水处理厂设计附属工程施工组织设计清扫机器人结构设计 thequalityand performancearenotinconformitywiththecontract,thebuyershall,duringtheguaranteeperiod,requestCCIBtomakeasurveyandshallmakeaclaimagainstthesellers(includingreplacementofthegoods)andalltheexpensesincurred,thereforeshallbebornebytheseller.Theclaimsmentionedaboveshallberegardedasbeingacceptedifthesellerfailtoreplywithin
