Offersageneralconceptualframeworktointegratedifferentskills,andincludesalternativemethodsfordeterminingtheappropriatesolution,andapplyingguidelinesforanalyzingataskorprobleminordertosolveit.3.TrainingScheduleDMAICProblem-Solving4.TrainingSoftware-boughtfromUSA5.CoachgroupInternalrecognizedSix-Sigmablackbelt/greenbeltVeteranengineeringprofessionals6.TrainingMethod–case-basedlearning BasicTheory ProjectDesign GroupDiscussion(case/problembased) Seminar&Sharing(Expertinvolvedin)TrainingMedium:English7.TrainingMeasurementCriteriaI)Attendance70%ofattendancerateistheprerequisiteforcompletingDMAICProblem-Solvinge-Program.Participantscouldapplynomorethan2daysleaveinwrittenformatwiththeapprovaloftheirdirectmanager.ApplicationshouldsubmittotheEDpriortothelecture.II)GroupPresentationParticipantsarerequiredtohandinonerelatedreallifecase,andcompletegroupassignmentsduringthelecture.Theiron-goingperformancewillbeassessedbyCoachgroup.7.TrainingMeasurementCriteriaIII)IndividualPresentationAtleastoneindividualprojectfromdailyworking,whichtobesolvedduringthistraining.Thetopicofindividualprojectshouldbediscussedandagreedbythetraineeandhis/herdirectmanagerandcoachteam.Thepresentationwillbeassessedaccordingtotheparticipant'spreparation,thepresentationmanner,andtheabilitytotransfertheknowledgeintoworkingenvironment.IV)Sharing&transfercontributionSharing&transfercontributionwillbeassessedbydirectmanagerswithinthreemonths,inwhichtheassessmentissupposedtobeacontinuousprocessandneedsalongtermsupport.7.TrainingMeasurementCriteriaTomakethetrainingrunsmoothly,theparticipantsshouldobeythefollowingrules:Deposit EachtraineeisrequiredtohandinadepositofRMB200,whichwillbekeptbyACCT.Itwillbereturnedaslongasthetraineefinishesthewholetrainingandpassthefinalevaluation. Anyonewhoabsentstwicewithoutnotice;resignorexitthetrainingbeforethetrainingfinished,missesthefinaltestwillberejectedtoreturnthe200RMBdeposit;Anyonewhofailsinthefinaltestwillbededucted50RMBdeposit.EvaluationRecord Anyonewhoseattendancerateislowerthan70%willbenotallowedtoattendthefinalevaluation. Passingthefinalevaluationandwithanattendanceabove70%willberegardedasfinishingthetrainingsuccessfully.8.TrainingDisciplineClassdiscipline Traineesarerequiredtosigntheattendanceformeachtimebeforetheclass.Besurenottosignforothers. Traineesshouldarriveatclassontime.Being15minslateorleaveearlywillberegardedasabsence. Iftraineehastoaskforleave,heorsheshouldinadvanceinformthetrainerbyphoneoremailandhandintheleavenote(withsuperior’ssignature)beforethenextclass.Withouttheleavenote,itwillberegardedasabsence. Advisedtoturnoffcellphoneorsettheringmodeasvibrationtoavoiddisturbingthetrainerandothertrainees.
