文件编号DOCNo.SAP-003版本VersionA超负荷超强度劳动识别评估与管理程序IdentifyandAssessWorkOverloadandSuper-strengthManagementProcedure生效日期Effectivedate2013-09-20页次Page2/5修订历史版次Version次数Times修订内容RevisionContent日期Date负责人Peopleincharge核准Approved审核Checked制订Prepared1.0目的Purpose对超负荷、超强度工种进行识别、评估与管理,防止伤害事件发生。Identifyandassesstheoverloadandsuper-strengthjob,thuspreventingharm.2.0适用范围Scope适用于本公司在生产、搬运、仓储、出货等所有可能出现超负荷超强度工作场合。Applytoworkplacethatmayariseoverloadandsuper-strengthwhenproduction,transport,storageandshipmentetc.3.0定义Definition超负荷超强度工种:高温高湿或其它工作环境较恶劣的工种、纯手工且消耗体力较大的工种、高强度反复操作的工种、重体力搬运工种等。Typeofworkofoverloadandsuper-strength:hightemperatureandhighhumidityorotherbadworkenvironment,puremanualandexhaustingphysical,highstrengthrepeatedly,heavymanualhandling,etc.4.0职责Responsibility4.1行政部:对超负荷、超强度工种进行识别、评估,并采取有效措施进行管理,预防伤害与职业病的发生。AdministrationDep.:Identifyandassesstheoverloadandsuper-strengthofwork,andtakeeffectivemeasuressoastopreventtheoccurrenceofharmandoccupationaldisease.A4.2各责任部门:对超负荷超强度工种,依评估制定的措施,进行监督管理。Allresponsibledepartments:Supervisingandadministratingtheoverloadandsuper-strengthjobaccordingtothemeasuresafterassessment.5.0程序内容Procedure5.1超负荷超强度工种的识别:由行政部经理对公司各部门、各场所工作进行调查分析,识别出所有超负荷超强度工种,填写《超负荷超强度工种劳动安全健康评估表》。Identificationoftheoverloadandsuper-strengthwork:theadministrationmanagerinvestigateandanalyzethejobfromvarioussites,distinguishalloverloadjobsandfilloutthe‘LaborSafetyandHealthAssessmentofOverloadandSuper-strengthJob’.5.2超负荷超强度工种的劳动安全评估:对识别出来的超负荷超强度工种进行劳动安全健康评估,将评估结果记录于《超负荷超强度工种劳动安全健康评估表》。Identificationoflaborsafetyassessmentforoverloadandsuperstrengthjob:Assessthelaborsafetyandhealthfortheidentifiedoverloadandsuperstrengthjob,andtheresultsrecordedin‘LaborSafetyandHealthAssessmentofOverloadandSuper-strengthJob’.5.3评估方式:根据各工种的特点,对各岗位的作业内容进行评估以及作业环境进行评估。在《超负荷超强度工种劳动安全健康评估表》中进行打分,分别将每种指标的得分相加,构成评估总得分,总得分R≧25分时,该工种判定为超负荷超强度劳动工种。Evaluationmethod:Assessalljobcontentsandtheworkingenvironmentaccordingtothecharacteristicsofeachtypeofworkandscoreonthe‘LaborSafetyandHealthAssessmentofOverloadandSuper-strengthJob’table,thetotalscorecomesfromeachindex,whentotalscoreR≧25points,thisjobisdeterminedtobeoverloadandsuperstrength.5.3.1连续工作时间(是指工作期内无休息,连续工作的最长时间):A.连续工作时间在1小时(含)内;(0-2分)B.连续工作时间在1-2小时(含)内;(3-5分)C.连续工作时间在2-4小时(含)内;(6-10分)Continuousworkingtime(referstoworkingperiodwithoutrest,thelongestcontinuouswork):Continuousworkingtimewithin1hour(including);(0to2points)Continuousworkingtimewithin1-2hour(including);(3to5points)Continuousworkingtimewithin2-4hour(including);(6to10points)5.3.2体力需求强度:A.体力需求强度小;(0-2分)B.体力需求强度中;(3-5分)C.体力需求强度大;(6-10分)Thedemandstrengthofphysicalpower:A.Small(0to2points)B.Moderate(3to5points)C.Heavy(6to10points)5.3.3机械重复性:A.机械重复性小或不属于机械重复性工作;(0-2分)B.机械重复性强度中;(3-5分)C.机械重复强度高;(6-10分)Mechanicalrepeatability::A.Low(0to2points)B.Moderate(3to5points)C.High(6to10points)5.3.4工作环境危害程度(含机器):A.工作环境危害程度低;(0-2分)B.工作环境危害程度中;(3-5分)C.工作环境危害程度高;(6-10分)Workenvironmenthazardrating(includingmachine)A.Low(0to2points)B.Moderate(3to5points)C.High(6to10points)5.4评估时间:每一年评估一次,由行政部经理负责评估;对于公司新导入的机器或新增加的工艺须一个月内及时进行评估。Assessmentfrequency:evaluatedbytheadministrationdepartmentmanageronceeveryyear,Forthecompany'snewimportmachineornewprocessmustbeevaluatedintimeinamonth.5.5超负荷超强度工种的劳动安全健康保护管理:LaborSafetyandHealthAssessmentofOverloadandSuper-strengthJobManagement:5.5.1依评估结果与各工种特点,采取必要的安全措施,如;缩短劳动时间、实行轮岗休息、改进生产工艺
