ntshouldbeaddedtoacleanwhiterag/clothandthentheclothshouldberubbedforthandbackonthesamesurface50times.Ifthecoatingonthetestedareaissoftortacky,theheatcuringhasnotbeensufficientandadditionalforcedheatcuringshouldbeinitiated,durationshouldbeaspercoatingmanufacturer’srecommendation.Thetestshouldbecarriedoutinaminimumof6differentlocationsinthetanktomakecertainthatallsurfacehasbeenfullycured.热固化结束后,对固化的漆膜进行溶剂检测。用干净的白布蘸上溶剂,在同一表面来回擦拭50次,若油漆表面变软发粘,则表明热固化不充分,需按照油漆厂商建议进行额外的热固化。该溶剂检测至少要在舱内不同区域取6个点,以确保所有表面都已充分固化。11.4Inordertotestthehardnessoftheappliedfullycuredsystem,apencilhardnesstestshouldbeconducted.Theminimumrequirementofthetestshouldbeahardnessof9Haccordingto特涂工艺第30CARGOTANK页LINING共31PROCEDURE页在海水浸泡试验结束且海水被泵出后,用淡水冲洗整个舱内表面,再将淡水泵出。需用淡水浸没舱底3次,每次浸没舱底时,前一次积水必须泵出。最后用去湿机和干净抹布吹干并清洁舱底。12.5Priortoanyrepairs,thetanksshallbesurveyedbythebuilder’squalitycontroldepartment,coatingmanufacturer’srepresentativeandowner’ssuperintendentstodeterminethequantityofdamagesthataretoberepaired.Eachindividualdamagethatisdesignatedforrepairshallbeclearlymarkedwithaconsecutivenumberonapieceoftapeadjacenttotheareaforrepair.Thetotalnumberofrepairsforeachtanksshallbenotedattheentranceofthetank.修补工作开始前,船厂质检部门,技术服务和船东进行联合检查,以决定修补的数量。每一个需修补的点要用胶带纸在边上明确标出,并注上序号。总的修补点数需标在舱口处。12.6Vacuumblastingorpower-toolgrindingtobethemethodofsurfacepreparation,unless特涂工艺第31CARGOTANK页LINING共31PROCEDURE页14.Safety安全14.1Itisabsolutelyprohibitedtouseopenflame,weldingequipmentandsparkproducingequipmentinoraroundthetanksduringthetankcoatingoperations.Needlesstosaythatsmokingisnotallowed.特涂过程中禁止在舱内或舱体周围进行明火作业,亦不允许吸烟。14.2Approvedfreshairmasksandsafetysuitsasspecifiedbythecoatingmanufacturershallbeusedbyallpaintersandpersonnelinvolvedintheapplicationofthecoatingsystem.Suitableglovesandpull-oversleevesshouldbeusedtoavoidskincontactwiththeusedproducts.从事特涂得油漆工及其它相关施工人员必须穿戴油漆厂商认可的过滤式面罩和防护服,防护服需为长袖款式,并佩带合适的手套,避免油漆沾染皮肤。14.3TherecommendedequipmentforhandlingandapplicationofthecoatingmaterialisstipulatedintheMarineLINEApplicationProcedure.特涂工艺第1CARGOTANK页LINING共31PROCEDURE页CARGOTANKLININGPROCEDURE(送审稿ForApproval)
