(中英版)(聘方)聘请（受聘方）为(职务)双方本着友好合作的精神同意签定并遵守本合同合同条款如下：(theengagingparty)hasengaged(theengagedparty)as(position).thetwopartiesinthespiritoffriendshipandcooperationhaveenteredintoanagreementtosignandtoplywiththefollowingterms：1聘期为自年月日起至年月日止thedurationofserviceis,i.e.from//to//2受聘方的工作任务经双方协商确定如下：（1）（2）（3）bymutualconsultationstheworkoftheengagedpartyisdecidedasfollows：（1）（2）（3）3聘方每月（日、年）支付给受聘方薪金￥并提供如下待遇（住宿、膳食费、医疗费等）：theengagingpartypaystheengagedpartyasalaryof￥bymonth(day,year)andprovidetheengagedparty：(board,medicalcare,etc.)4双方均不得无故解除合同neitherpartyshallcancelthecontractwithoutsufficientcausesorreasons.5聘方如中途中止合同则除按照待遇条件承担受聘方的有关费用外还须作出如下补偿：iftheengagingpartyfindsitimperativetoterminatethecontract,inadditiontobearingthecorrespondingexpensesforwages,itshallpaytheengagedpartyaspensationallowance.6如受聘方中途提出辞职聘方自同意之日起即停发工资受聘方不在享有各种待遇iftheengagedpartysubmitshisresignationinthecourseofhisservice,theengagingpartyshallstoppayingtheengagedpartythesalaryfromthedaywhenhisresignationisapprovedbytheengagingparty,andtheengagedpartyshallnolongerenjoythesalaryandbenefitsstipulated.7本合同自受聘方到职之日起生效聘请届满即自行失效如一方要求延长聘期必须在本合同期满之前向对方提出经双方协商确认后在另行签定延长聘期合同thepresentcontractshalleintoeffectonthefirstdayofthetermofservicehereinstipulatedandceaseimmediatelytobeeffectiveatitsexpiration.ifeitherpartywishestorenewthecontract,theotherpartyshallbenotifiedbeforeitexpires.uponagreementbybothpartiesthroughconsultationanewcontractcanbesigned.8受聘方同意本合同的各项条款theengagedpartyagreestoallthearticlesinthiscontract.9本合同用中、英文两种文字写成两种文本具有同等效力聘方：受聘方：年月日于thepresentcontractisdoneinchineseandenglish,bothversionsbeingequallyvalid.（forexample:march20,XX）theengagingparty：theengagedparty：其他的劳动合同范本推荐：聘用幼师合同(幼儿教师)外籍专家聘用合同聘用保安合同聘请合同employmentagreement
