tergainingthecertificateofrelatedauthority,theperformanceoftheContractcouldbedelayedorsuspendedtemporarily.Eachpartyshallnotifytheotherpartyofactualconditions,andcontinueto10performtheContractaftertheendordisappearanceofForceMajeure.BothPartiescanbeexemptedfromsomepartsoralloftheliabilitiesforbreachoftheContractaccordingtotheactualconditions.Necessaryremedialmeasuresshallbeadoptedtoreducethelosstotheminimum.任何一方由于不可抗力不能履行合同时，应当及时向对方通报。在取得有关机关证明以后，允许延期履行或者暂时不履行合同。各方应把实际情况通知对方，并在不可抗力停止或消失后继续履行合同。双方根据情况可部分或者全部免予承担违约责任。采取必要的补救措施将损失降到最低程度。ApplicableLaws&DisputeResolution话用法律及争议解决方式9.1ThelawsofMyanmarshallapplytothesigning,performanceandexplanationofthisContract.9.1本合同的签订、履行及解释均适用缅甸联邦法律。AppendixtotheContractandOthers合同附件及其他事项TheappendixtothisContractshallbeanintegralpartofthisContractandshallhavethesamelegaleffectastheContract.10.1本合同附件是本合同的有效组成部分，与本合同有同等法律效力。Inrespectofanymattersunmentionedherein,writtencomplementaryagreementshalladditionallybeenteredintobybothpartiesaftermutualagreement.ThewrittencomplementaryagreementshallbeintegralparthereofandshallhavethesamelegaleffectastheContract.10.2本合同未尽事宜，经双方友好协商后，另行签订书面补充
