Note:Highpuritymetalasmainmaterialtoproducehighpurityaluminiumorpurityaluminiumalloyinthefieldofmicroelectronics,shouldbeaccordancewiththeGB/T33912.a.Otherseachmeanstheelementsthatarenotlistedornotspecifiedinthetable.b.Themassfractionofaluminumisthedifferencebetween100%andtotalcontentofallelementsnotlessthan0.000005%.Thevaluesofallelementsshouldbeexpressedas0.0000XX%beforesummationand0.0000X%aftersummation.c.Themassfractionofaluminumisthedifferencebetween100%andtotalcontentofallelementsnotlessthan0.00001%.Thevaluesofallelementsshouldbeexpressedas0.000XX%beforesummationand0.000X%aftersummation.3.3AppearancequalityThesurfaceofthefinealuminumingotshouldbeclean,withoutsevereflash,allowingslightslaginclusions.3.4Ingotweightandingottype3.4.1Theweightofeachbatchoreachrefinedaluminumingotisdeterminedbythesupplierandthepurchaser.3.4.2Ingotsshouldbesuitableforpackaging,transportationandstorageneeds.3.5OtherrequirementsWhenthepurchaserhasspecialrequirementsforthequalityoftheproduct,thesupplierandthepurchasershalldecidethroughconsultationandindicatethemintheorderorcontract.4.Testmethod4.1Chemicalcomposition4.1.1Conventionalchemicalanalysisisperformedonlyforelementswithnumericalvaluesspecifiedoutsidethe"Al"and"eachother"columnsinTable1.4.1.2ForAl99.9999,Al99.9995andAl99.999grades,chemicalcompositionanalysisiscarriedoutinaccordancewithYS/T870,YS/T871,YS/T244(allparts)orthemethodagreedbybothsuppliersandpurchasers.ThearbitrationanalysisshallbeconductedaccordingtotheprovisionsofYS/T871orbyconsultationbetweenthesupplierandthepurchaser.4.1.3TheanalysisvalueisjudgedbyRevisedcomparisonmethod.ThenumericalreductionrulesarecarriedoutaccordingtotherelevantprovisionsofGB/T8170.ThereductionsareconsistentwiththelimitdigitsinTable1.4.2AppearancequalityTheappearancequalityofhighpurityaluminiumingotisvisuallyinspected.5Inspectionrule5.1Inspectionandacceptance5.1.1Theproductshallbeinspectedbythesuppliertoensurethatthequalityoftheproductmeetstherequirementsofthisstandardandtheorder(orcontract),andtofillitinthequalitycertificate.5.1.2Thepurchasershallinspectthereceivedproductsinaccordingtotherequirementsofthisstandard.Iftheinspectionresultisnotinconformitywiththisstandardandtheprovisionsoftheorder(orcontract),itshallbesubmittedtothesupplierinwrittenformandsettledthroughconsultationbetweenthesupplierandthepurchaser.Objectionsofchemicalcompositionandotherpropertiesshallberaisedwithinonemonthfromthedateofreceiptoftheproduct,andobjectionsofotherpropertiesshallberaisedwithinthreemonthsfromthedateofreceiptoftheproduct.Ifarbitrationisrequired,theorganizationauthorizedbythesupplierandthepurchasershallbeentrustedtodosoandsampledtogetherbybothparties.5.2BatchesTheproductsshouldbesubmittedforacceptanceinbatches,andeachbatchshouldbemadeupofthesamefurnace.5.3WeightcountingTheproductshouldbeweighed.5.4InspectionprojectEachbatchofrefinedaluminumingotsshouldbeinspectedforchemicalcompositionandappearancequality.5.5Samplingandsamplepreparation5.5.1Chemicalcomposition5.5.1.1MeltsamplingandsamplepreparationThemeltsamplingshouldbecarriedoutintheingotflowgroovebygraphitespoon,thesamplingmoldshouldbepre-heatedandimpuritiesarenotavailable.Samplingshouldbetakenoutinthebeginningofthecastingandtheendofthecasting.Samplescanalsobecutofffromtherefinedingots,eachsampleshouldbeatleastthreespecimens.Thespecimensshouldhavenoporosity,slag,looseandcrack.5.5.1.2SamplingarbitralApieceofrefinedaluminiumingotistakenfromanybatch,inthepositionofupper,middleandbottom.Iftheupper,middleandbottompositionisnotclear,atleastthreepiecesofrandomsamplesshouldbeprepared.Samplingbycuttingmethod,grindawayatleast2mmthicknessforGDMStest.ThesamplepreparationshouldbeaccordancewiththeGDMSrequirement.5.5.2AppearancequalityTheappearancequalityshouldbecheckedbyeachingot.5.6Judgementofinspection5.6.1Ifthechemicalcompositionofanysampleisnotqualified,thebatchshallberejected.5.6.2Whentheappearancequalityofanyrefinedaluminumingotisnotqualified,itisjudgedthisingotisnotqualified.6Marking,packaging,transportation,storageandcertificateofquality6.1Marking6.1.1ProductmarkingEachbatchofaluminumingotsshouldbecastorprintedwiththefactorysignandmeltingnumber.6.1.2PackagemarkingEachbundleofaluminiumingotsshallbestuckatleasttwolabels(orcertificate)withvibrant,waterproofandnoteasytofalloff.Thefollowcontentshouldbeindicatedinthelabel:a)productname;b)designation;c)smeltingnumber;d)netweight;e)numberofblocks;f)dateofproduction;g)thesealofthesupplier'squalityinspectiondepartment.(orthesignatureorsealofthequalityinspector).6.2Packaging6.2.1Refinedaluminiumingotshouldbebaledas"#"orotherforms.6.2.2Aluminumingotscanbebundledwithsteelstrips,highstrengthplasticwrappingstripsorothermaterials,butitshouldbeguaranteedthealuminumingotsstable.6.2.3Steelstripsforbundlingshallberust-proofandinconformitywithGB/T25820.PlasticwrappingstripsforbundlingshallbeinaccordancewithQB/T3811orbenegotiatedbetweensuppliersandpurchasers.6.3TransportationandstorageThetransportationandstoragesitesofrefinedaluminumingotshouldbeclean,inaccordancewiththerequi
