Money isn’t everything. Don’t be crazy about money in the slightest, or you will be the slave of the money.
Silas Marner, linen-weavers, a desperate man, lives in a dark, lonely, hopeless world. All that left to him was his weaving, and his money. His love of gold becomes more and more crazy, even becomes a reason to live.
Fortunately, the good god let his real gold came to his side. Her name is Eppie——a poor little motherless girl. Then, his life changed entirely. Now, he is interested in outside world again, and he is willing to touch the world. His life becomes beautiful and colorful.
