(1)辞职 a、试用期内,员工本人要求解除劳动关系的,需提前七天以 辞职报告 辞职报告模板下载辞职报告模板免费下载关于辞职报告范文模板关于经理辞职报告范文银行辞职报告 的形式通知公司, 否则以七天工资代为通知期: 员工试用期七天以内离职或被辞退,公司不予以发放工资 b、试用期满以后,员工离职需提前30天以辞职报告的形式通知对方。否则以30天工资代为通知期。 部门主管应与辞职员工积极沟通,了解辞职原因。对表现较好,业绩突出的员工要努力挽留。 辞职报告需经部门主管签字同意,再层报总经办,总经理批准后,方可生效。 (2)辞退 员工因不服从工作分配及违反公司相关规章制度而被立即辞退者,公司不予以任何补偿。具体规定,参照员工手册第一章第四款第3条、第四章第十一款、第十二款第3条执行。 (3)辞职手续 辞职员工应填写《辞职申请》报相关主管审批后,办理好相关手续,清晰、完整移交工作: a、 物品移交:包括但不限于工作证、工作服、员工手册、劳动防护用品、钥匙、设备、工 具等,属于自己领用的应归还总经办,属于部门配备的应直接交部门主管。交接完毕后 由部门主管和总经办签字确认。物品丢失或损坏应按原价赔偿。 b、 资料交接:与工作相关的文件包括但不限于客户或其他与公司具有业务关系人员的名 片、内部往来文件、传真、合同、客户资料等;项目资料包括但不限于电子版本、电子 版图纸、电脑程序、文本、图纸和工作(未完成的工作,须跟踪的客户等)等方面的交 接工作。公司会安排相关人员接替,交接完毕后由双方签字确认。 c、 结清与公司发生的所有个人借款、应收账款、预付款项和开支结算单等。 员工在上述手续办理完毕后将相关人员签字的《员工离职单》报总经理审批,并传达至总经办后方可离职,否则公司有权不予办理其他手续和发放工资及提成。 财务部凭《员工离职单》与其当月考勤核算其工资,总经办应在当月内为其办理档案和社会保险关系的转移和终止手续。 (4)辞退手续 公司辞退员工,应由部门主管向总经办事先沟通并报总经理审批,辞退主管及以上员工须由总经理直接传令。 备注:辞退工作由总经办负责执行,书面移交记录在总经办备案。 被辞退员工同样清晰、完整移交工作:归还所有公司财产、专用信息,预付款项和开支结算单等应用时结清,并获得相关部门签署移交证明。否则公司有权不予办理相关手续和发放工资及提成。 (4)离职(辞职、辞退或合同期满)员工最后一期工资以现金形式发放,原则上不得提前。其在获得最后工作月的薪金之前,必须确保: a、相关表单已传至总经办; b、所有工作、资料已经清晰、完整移交; c、所有预付款和开支结算单都已经结清; d、所有的电脑系统登录号已被删除,或密码被修改; their own conditions to develop the correct road, the maximum to avoid investment risk, gain profit.(three) vigorously promote the brand.
