申报助理工程师工作总结 工工作总结 光阴似剑，我2010年6月毕业于金华职业技术学院学院园林技术专业。转眼我到单位工作已经三年多了。这三年是我人生旅途中的重要一程。透视过去的三年，经历从一个刚大学毕业的学生到踏入到社会的员工这种环境和角色的转变和适应，要感谢领导及同事们对我的培养和关怀，回顾过去的三年，我自己有很多的感想和体会。在领导的悉心关怀下，在同事们的帮助下，通过自身的努力，各方面都取得了一定的进步，较好地完成了自己的本职工作。工作至今我不仅加深了原来学习的知识理解，而且对以前书本中没有接触或接触不深的知识有了进一步的认识。在领导和主管的培育和教导下，无论是在学习上，还是工作上甚至在思想上都取得了长足的发展和巨大的收获。本人也在公司期间积极遵守在公司及所在项目部的各项规章制度，积极服从领导的工作安排，圆满完成工作任务，维护集体荣誉，思想上要求进步，积极响应公司的号召，认真贯彻执行公司文件及会议精神。工作积极努力，任劳任怨，认真学习相关试验知识，不断充实完善自己。我一直从事园林技术相关工作，现对几年来的专业技术工作总结如下: 1、政治思想方面 在大是大非面前能够保持头脑清醒，坚持原则。始终严格要求自己，立足本职，刻苦钻研业务技术，努力的干好本职工作。听从上级各种调遣，无论从事什么工作，都能始终如一，坚持不懈的干好本职工作。在政治上，严格要求自己，积极参加各项政治活动，认真学习贯彻马列主义、毛泽东思想和十七大会议有关精神，高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜，以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，深入贯彻落实科学发展观，始终不移的坚持党的路线、方针、政策，同党中央保持高度一致。坚持党性原则，始终用一个党员的 标准 excel标准偏差excel标准偏差函数exl标准差函数国标检验抽样标准表免费下载红头文件格式标准下载 严格要求自己，立足本职，刻苦钻研业务技术，努力的干好本职工作。在工作中吃苦耐劳，积极主动，作风踏实，勤于思考，讲求效率，始终保持较强的敬业精神和奉献精神，积极为建筑事业的发展献计献策，奉献自己的微薄力量。 2、学习方面 作为一个已经毕业的大学生，通常对自己的今后，感到很迷茫，而且有一种development in order to protect a host of attractions and historical sites, as well as to maintain the economic vitality of the downtown area. Prior to 1971, Sapporo, Japan Hokkaido local Centre in the urban development process, in response to the rapid growth of the city centre traffic demand, building trams. 1981 years ago for holding the winter Olympic Games as an opportunity to start building connected to the venue and the city centre 眼高手低的通病。经过这几年的锻炼，让我认清了自己，改掉眼高手低的毛病，真正地从基础做起，从小事学起。工作伊始，我发现学校里学到的专业知识同实际工作实践有很大的不同和差距，为了尽快转变角色，适应工作的要求，我努力学习专业知识，努力提高自己的岗位技能，在短短的几年内，我通过自己的努力及同事的帮助，能比较顺心应手的独立完成园林施工技术任务，以及工地的交流，及工程资料的相关工作工作，并认真学习单位各项规章制度，牢记于心，时刻提醒自己严格遵守。我认真学习有关专业知识。积极请教单位前辈，阅读相关书籍，参考园林技术相关专业论坛的资料，试着写一些心得体会。主动与同事交流，了解单位情况，也积极听取同事对自己的批评和建议。渐渐的适应了新的工作环境的同时也学到了学校书本上没有的知识——与同事相处的 方法 快递客服问题件处理详细方法山木方法pdf计算方法pdf华与华方法下载八字理论方法下载 和积极地工作态度。 自参加工作以来我一直严格要求自己，认真对待自己的工作，自身很好的为自己定位，尽管工作条件很艰苦，但对我们年青人来说，也不失为一次锻炼自我，挑战自我的机遇。理论来源于生活高于生活更应该还原回到生活，在这样的一个环境，还有许多值得我们来发现的好东西，值得我们来深究学习的地方。我时刻牢记要在工作中不断地学习，将理论与实际的工作很好的结合在一起。在工作中不断地改变自我，适时地对自己提出不同的要求，在工作中不断总结经验，提升自身工作能力的同时，在工作中不断地学习，也在工作中逐渐的成长。 在这几年中，我对自己的岗位有了新的认识。我在工作上以事业为重，不计个人得失，在新的岗位上摆正位置，工作中吃苦耐劳，积极主动，作风踏实，不推诿扯皮，讲求效率。注意调查研究，勤于思考，思路清晰，把科研管理的一般理论同科研工作实际相结合起来，提高服务意识，改进工作作风。 3、专业技术业务工作方面 在以前的工作中付出的努力和汗水很多，于此同时收获也也非常的丰富，特别是现在所在的的公司让我的受益颇大，对我的人生价值观产生不可估量的影响。 2010年7月那时候刚刚毕业什么不懂，就 来到临沂公司后公司让我单独负责项目，北城新区绿网提升工程E包(北京路)的工作，并与2014年4月10号完成竣工验收，收方等相关工作，通过北京路提升这个工程，又让我学到了很多的知识，同时也让我感触很深，特别是在栽植香樟的过程中，公司领导对此非常的关注，同时给自己带来了相当大的压力，熟话说没有压力就没有动力，为了保证香樟的成活率，提前做足了我认为能够准备一切工作，感觉土质不好，向甲方提出要求，进行换填肥沃无杂质的种植土，development in order to protect a host of attractions and historical sites, as well as to maintain the economic vitality of the downtown area. Prior to 1971, Sapporo, Japan Hokkaido local Centre in the urban development process, in response to the rapid growth of the city centre traffic demand, building trams. 1981 years ago for holding the winter Olympic Games as an opportunity to start building connected to the venue and the city centre 题: 园林工程管理相关工作的能力和水平有待提高，开拓创新不够。在今后的工作中，我会更加努力学习，运用所学知识努力增强技术能力水平，不断改进工作方法，提高工作效率，踏踏实实，任劳任怨，勤奋工作。在招标代理方面: (一)沟通不够 人和人交往，最大是真诚。招标代理工作是一个联系沟通招标人、投标人、评标专家、招标监督管理部门各方的桥梁和纽带。招标行业是一项涉及项目论证、市场营销、技术规范、 合同 劳动合同范本免费下载装修合同范本免费下载租赁合同免费下载房屋买卖合同下载劳务合同范本下载 、法律知识和能力的综合性工作，是现代项目管理的一个重要环节，它要求我们既要有较高的政策理论水平，一定的专业知识、管理经验，掌握现代化的计算机操作技能，又要有良好的沟通能力。虽然能够和业主沟通项目的一些基本信息，但是无法继续深入了解业主的意向，无法与业主形成或师或友的情谊。另外在评标过程中与评标专家的沟通也存在很多问题。怎么解释招标文件，怎么安排评标任务等都需要向经验丰富的同事学习。我在这个方面是做得不够到位的，我想这与我从事这个职业时间太短、个人经历和性格有关。 (二)专业知识不丰富，经验不足 从2009年6月份开始做招标代理到现在，自己做的项目不多。项目虽然都完成了，可是从做文件到开标结束出现的问题也不少。首先从专业知识上面来说，对招标投标法、政府采购法研究的不透彻，不深入。对项目所涉及的预算、施工技术、合同等方面的知识不熟悉，不了解。因对这些专业知识的不熟悉，一旦出现问题，后果不堪设想。最典型的就是XX县档案楼建设项目。给投标人发布招标控制价的时候，没有把专业工程暂估价包含在招标控制价内，导致项目中暖气片的购买安装无法进行。这样的错误是不能够被忽视的。其次是经验不足。开评标过程中存在:开标资料准备不充分，人员安排不合理，开评标表格做的不细心、评标过程中遇见突发情况不知道怎么解决等问题。 (三)技术知识水平亟待提高。 (四)工作情绪波动大，有些懒散，工作作风不够扎实。这些思想情绪一度使自己的工作处于低迷状态，也制约了自身的发展。 (五)沟通协调能力有待提高。 (六)服务技能和水平提高。 development in order to protect a host of attractions and historical sites, as well as to maintain the economic vitality of the downtown area. Prior to 1971, Sapporo, Japan Hokkaido local Centre in the urban development process, in response to the rapid growth of the city centre traffic demand, building trams. 1981 years ago for holding the winter Olympic Games as an opportunity to start building connected to the venue and the city centre (七)工作中缺乏创新思维。 5、工作建议 在日常紧张而又充沛的工作生活中，想对所在的公司及其同事做一个工作建议: (一)为保持经常性的沟通。员工与企业之间持续、有效深度双向的沟通，能使大家知己知彼，动态掌握自己在团体行动网络中的坐标。因此建议要: 1、组织户外拓展活动，让员工与公司进行感情上的交流。 2、部门之间要进行沟通，不要因沟通不足工作而造成隔阂。沟通方式是多样的，但不能流于形式，一定要落于实处。 3、建立属于自己的信息平台。现代企业形象的树立是企业宣传中的一项重要内容，随着网络的普及与发展 ，企业在互联网上拥有自己的站点是必然趋势。网上主页不仅能成为公司企业宣传和服务的窗口，也是树立企业形象的前沿。 (二) 针对工作中遇到的困难，提出自己的建议 招标代理是一项综合性比较强的工作，在工作中会用到合同、预算等方面的专业知识，在人力方面，我建议能够制定一个完整的部门制度，能够让每一位新来的员工很快了解并掌握此项工作的内容和工作方法; 招标代理内部实施分级审核制度:对招标文件逐条审核，避免前后矛盾，不一致情况的发生，审核人签字，编写人签字，责任追究; 随着业务量的增多，招标代理也在不断的成长，每次开标会结束，就感觉是打了一场胜仗，但在这场所谓的战争中也会发现一些需要改进的地方，只不断改进、创新才能更好的发展，所以建议在以后的工作中，能够做到每次总结整个开标过程中的不足，并采取有效的措施进行改正，从而达到好的效果。 6、工作打算 以上是我近三年来从事的主要技术施工工作及招投标工作的具体情况。在以后，总结过去，为更好地面对未来，对今后的工作，我给自己提出如下打算: 1、积极学习专业知识，开展各种学习活动，增强的自身竞争力; 2、努力深化学习国家及上级主管部门新的文件精神及要求，并贯彻实施到工作中去。 3、在加强自身实力的同时，积极拓展业务。 development in order to protect a host of attractions and historical sites, as well as to maintain the economic vitality of the downtown area.
