1、以更新教育观念，改变对学生居高临下的态度，主动、积极地建立一种民主、平等、和谐的师生关系，尊重学生人格，热爱学生，尤其要热爱差生和后进生。 2、以依靠集体的力量，群体的智慧，合作共创。 3、以树立服务意识、忧患意识、竞争意识，增强使命感、紧迫感和危机感。 4、加强地理业务知识学习，努力提高综合素质。 三、今后努力的方向: 1、加强学习，切实提高思想和工作水平。 2、热爱学生，尊重学生的人格，关心学生，了解学生，公正地对待每一个学生。 3、刻苦研究业务，精通教学业务这是非常的重要的。只有精通业务，才能将正确的知识传授给学生，而不致于误人子弟。 4、加强业务知识学习，努力提高综合素质。一是从实践中学，向广大的教职工学习，学习他们先进方法和思想;二是勤于从书上学，学习自己的专业知识，学习教育教学理论，业精于勤，信服于人;三是向挫折和教训学，不断加以改进和提高，以致完善自我，丰富人生。 班主任师德工作总结 二、做到了严于律己，以身作则，为人师表，时刻注意自己的言行举止(做到语言文明，待人礼貌，举止端庄，衣着朴实，仪容整洁)使自己在思想、学习、劳动、生活等多方面做学生的表率，给学生树立一个好的榜样。例如:开学初，教室里经常有垃圾，学生没有什么环保意识，我一边用班会课教育他们，一边用自己的行动来带动他们自觉保持清洁卫生。只要一看见地面有垃圾，我就低头捡起，不久，学生也不由自主地“争捡垃圾”，还能够自觉做到不乱丢垃圾了。 三、在提高自身思想政治觉悟的同时，加强教育教学专业理论和业务学习，不断提高教育教学业务水平。认真参加科组教研活动，和同事一起学习和探讨专业知识以及教学的新观念、新思想，并把这些新的教学方法运用到教学中去。本学年度参加了学校的青年教师“比武课”，获得二等奖，一共听课四十多节，(其中在江华小学听了八节，在范罗岗小学听了四节)。从听课、评课中可以学到书本上没有的方法和经验，大大提高了自己的业务水平。在期末考试中，学生的学习成绩都有了较大的进步。 四、遵守国家法律法规，热爱学校，遵守学校规章制度。从不迟到或者早退，有时候生病了也能坚持上好课，才去宿舍休息，或者就先跟同事调课，所以本学期做到了满出勤。我尽量做到严于律己，对工作认真负责，一丝不苟;与同事团结协作，顾全大局。 尊重学生,就要了解学生。就我们低年级学生来说,自我意识还不成熟,独立性和自觉性还没有形成。这个时期他们尤其渴望得到别人特别是老师的理解和尊重。同时教育活动又是双向的,所以教师尊重学生,才能赢得学生的尊敬，学生尊重老师,老师的教育活动才会卓有成效。 我认为教师尊重学生,首先要尊重学生人格。教师对学生有管理教育的权利,但在人格上与学生是平等的。教师不应自视比学生“高人一等”,总是在学生面前表现出“高深莫测”、“凛然不可侵犯”的派头,体验所谓“尊严”对学生的爱。不应是居高临下的“平易近人”,而应是发自肺腑的对朋友的爱。这种爱的表达既是无微不至,又是不由自主的。上课时,我面对学生的问候,不是礼节性的点点头,而是充满真诚感激之情的深深鞠躬，气候突变,当我们感受寒冷或炎热时,我自然急切地提醒学生“多穿一件衣服”或洒上一盆凉水帮助降温，在课上和班级管理上,发扬民主作风,不把自己的话当金科玉律,心平气和的对待持不同 2003年我发现自己的月经量多，流的天数多。每次都肚子痛的严重。每天要吃两片止痛药才能坚持上课。经检查医生诊断:子宫腺肌症(子宫肌瘤)这些都是长期工作紧张，内分泌失调造成的。长期失血引发贫血。当时学生接近升级考试，我想到一个班的学生都在等着我，此时住院换老师必定要影响成绩。我就晚上输液止住疼痛，白天上班。直到2004年9月，病情再次加重。医生说必须手术，如果不做就有致癌的危险。无奈只得住院，做了子宫全切手术。手术后医生建议休息两个月。可我躺在家里总是惦记着我的学 生，一个月后我就走上了讲台。坚持一周，身体实在不做主，又因泌尿系感染，不得不在家休息。痛苦减轻了就照常上班。我离不开我的工作，离不开我的学生。现在我每天都穿梭在校园里，忙碌着，快乐着。可是我每天都要服用肠溶阿斯匹林药片稀释血液。吃着降压片降着压。病情严重时，就晚上输瓶液，白天照常走上我爱的三尺讲台。 时把握住时代的脉膊，用最新的理念，最新的知识武装自己。在短短的几年中我自学取得了大专学历，参加了各项继续教育的培训，学习实践了许多成功的方法和经验，终于找到了适合自己的教学方法和路子。 二、倾真情，浇灌幼苗;献爱心，转变学困生 做什么事都不是一帆风顺的，做老师，做班主任最难的就是如何引导和转化学困生，尤其是毕业班，就更难了，通过一年的毕业班工作让我明白了，师生之间是要以心换心的。 在班务管理上，要以身作则，严于律已，深入学生、家庭、社会了解本班的实际情况和存在的问题。前年我所带的一个班，纪律差，学风不浓，学困生和玩劣学生多，接班后，针对学生的不同情况采用不同的方式对学生引导、教育。有的是因家庭关系的原因厌学，有的是因为自身的基础太差不想学，也有的是因为智力的原因失去信心。摸清了班级的情况后，我制定了切实可行的班务工作计划，利用班队会举行了很多有针对性的主题队会。为了改变部分学生爱上网打游戏机的坏习惯，在课余，周末我深入网吧了解学生的情况，又收集了许多电视，报纸上的生动事例讲给大家听，用这些活生生的事实来教育学生，让他们明白小学生打游戏机的害处。同时我还要求学生每人至少收集一个网络游戏毒害学生的事例，举行了“生活中网络好与坏”主题辩论会。还让学生写了“网络在我的生活中”的作文和“远离网吧”的宣誓书，使学生正确认识网络，专心 学习。 我深知一个学困生对班级的影响，更清楚转化学困生的重要性。于是决定从最差学生身上着手，起到以点带面的作用。例如，班上有个叫李帅的同学，特别调皮、贪玩、厌学、打架，交结社会闲杂人员，在学校影响很坏，也给班集体的管理带来了负面影响。经过家访，我了解到这位学生的生母去世，父亲外出打工，跟着爷爷、奶奶生活。一家人的生活来源就靠他父亲每月寄上几百元钱，生活很艰难。针对这些情况我采取了以下措施:首先指定了专人帮忙他学习;然后再和他的家长沟通思想，要求他经常打电话回家，使他在家能享受到温暖;再抓住他头脑灵活的特点给他创造表现自己的机会，使他有了自信心。一有时间我就和他谈心，跟踪了解他在生活和学习中的进展。给他讲父母生存的艰难，做子女的不应该再为父母增加负担，只有他学习好了，才让家里人少操心，才能为家里减轻压力。我还利用放学时间为他补课，尽量让他能在短时间内赶上其它同学。通过一学期的努力，终于有了回报。李帅的学习不但赶上其他同学，而且在学习雷锋的活动中被评为先进个人，受到了学校的奖励。现在的李帅在中学已经成为一名尖子生了。通过努力在各方面也取得了良好的效果，文明、守纪、勤学、向上的班风逐步形成，教学成绩由原来的年级倒数第一得到了很大的提高，校内各项活动也是同年级的佼佼者，得到学校领导、教师、学生和家长的高度赞扬。 三、流血汗，任劳任怨;常鞭策，终得硕果 爱一行才能钻一行，对教育事业的爱和对学生的爱让我在工作中不计得失，不懈的钻研。连续两年的毕业班使我已经习惯了快节奏地工作，忙碌地生活，始终以满腔地热情投入工作。当别的同志因病住院时，当学校的工作安排不开时，我都毫无怨言地接过重担，有时一天五、六节课，但我从不喊累叫苦，小病从来不请假，当学生们有时看到我带着病痛样子为他们上课，都流下了感动的眼泪。 不断的学习和实践，丰富了我的实践经验，也提高了我的理论基础，和教学本领，使我在教学这块领地越干越爱，越干越钻。当我顺利的拿到了大专学历后毫不满足，我没有停止学习，现在自学本科课程。随着新课改的深入我很快更新了观念，不断摸索制作运用课件，积极利用农远资源上课。曾多次承担校内外观摩课，示范课教学任务，与此同时，我还积极总结撰写教学论文，其中《师爱，是开启学生心灵的钥匙》、《浅谈如何实施讨论式教学，激发学生的创造意识》分获市一、三等奖。随着现代科技的发展为教研工作提供了新的天地，我利用业余时间自学了电脑基础知识，课件制作知识和技能。为了对电脑有个深入的了解，为了制作课件方便，我还专门购买了电脑，现在我所制作的课件已经在课堂教学中运用自如了。 曾经有过精辟的论述，比如，中国古代教育家孔子提出:“其身正，不令而行。其身不正，虽令不从。”“学而不厌，诲人不倦。”“躬自厚而薄责其人”，唐代韩愈还专门著有《师说》一文，指出教师三大任务是“传道，授业，解惑”，十七世纪捷克著名教育理论家夸美纽斯强调教师应是道德卓越的优秀人物，要无限热爱学生，反对学校中使人变的呆笨的棍棒教育。叶圣陶先生曾说过:“教育工作者的全部工作，就是为人师表。这些论述体现了对教师职业道德作用的重视。更是对我这些年从事教育工作的概括。首先，我具有“师表”。“学高信为师，身正堪为范”，教师面对的是学生，学生时代正是世界观、品质、性格形成阶段，在他们的心目中，教师是智慧的代表，是高尚人格的化身。教师的一言一行、一举一动没都通过他们的眼睛在心灵底片上留下影象，对他们的精神世界起着无声无息的作用，就好比一丝春雨，“随风潜入夜，润物细无声”。因此，我用自己的模范行动，为全体师生树起了前进的旗帜，指明了前进的方向。 三、爱岗敬业～严谨治学 作为一名合格的专业教师～仅有工作热情是远远不够的～还要具有渊博的知识。知识渊博、教法得当的教师～教学效果就好。我对教师职业有着深厚感情～把培养学生的创新意识和探索能力作为我开展教学工作的努力方向。在教学过程中～既统一严格要求学生～又注重学生个体差异～区别对待。对程度、水平不同的学生～采取不同的教育方法～特别是差生～让每一个学生都学有
