【中文摘要】自改革开放以来,我国就处于一种工业化与城镇化的双重演进之中,即我国一方面正处于一个从传统的农业经济向现代的非农经济过渡的工业化过程之中,另一方面又处于一个从传统农村经济向现代城市经济过渡的城镇化过程之中。并且在这个双重演进之中,我国实现了持续稳定快速的经济增长。据有关部门的调查分析,改革开放以来,中国城镇化水平低和城乡二元结构的存在,遏制了城市工业化对劳动力的需求,也限制了农民收入的增长,影响了农村消费市场的规模,最终将制约城乡经济与社会的协调发展。所以,逐渐打破城乡二元结构的束缚,增加农民收入,用农村消费需求推动城市经济发展,通过转移农村剩余劳动力加快城镇化进程,是当前必须着力解决的问题。农村劳动力转移与城镇化存在着相互的影响关系,农村劳动力转移与城镇化发展之间既互相促进又互相制约。劳动力的转移在促进城镇人口的增长的同时,也使资源、信息、资金在城乡之间加快流动,从而既促进了城镇化的发展,又带动了农村富余劳动力的转移就业。但是,农村劳动力转移如果量高质低也会影响城镇化发展的水平,反过来城镇化发展的水平如果不能满足大量人口流入的需要,就会产生一系列难以解决的社会问题。本文从研究农村剩余劳动力转移与城镇化发展之间的影响关系入手,从系统论的角度,分析了二者 系统的构成情况以及影响系统协调发展的内外因素。通过对山东省农村剩余劳动力的转移情况与城镇化发展水平具体的分析,了解二者发展的相关性,并对山东省农村剩余劳动力转移与城镇化的协调发展做出评价,找出二者发展中的问题,从而提出加快山东省的农村剩余劳动力转移,促进城镇化可持续发展的对策。论文的主要内容包括以下几个方面:第一部分绪言,阐述农村剩余劳动力转移和城镇化在我国工业化发展中的作用,提出本文的研究和意义,研究思路及方法,对本文涉及的相关概念给予界定。第二部分研究综述,对国内外工业化、农村剩余劳动力转移与城镇化的相关研究进行综述。第三部分山东省工业化、农村剩余劳动力转移与城镇化发展分析,对山东省工业化发展阶段及特征进行分析,研究山东省新型工业化时期经济社会发展情况,利用模型分析法,对山东省农村剩余劳动力转移数量以及城镇化发展水平进行分析,得出目前山东省农村剩余劳动力转移数量,选择人口就业、经济发展、城市建设、社会发展和居民生活5个指标作为城镇化质量的构成要素,选取16项相对指标构建城镇化质量评价指标体系,对城镇化质量进行综合测度,得出山东省及17地市城镇化质量指数。第四部分山东省新型工业化背景下农村剩余劳动力转移与城镇化发展研究,对山东省农村剩余劳动力转移与城镇化发展进行相关性分析,得出对农村剩余劳动力转移影响较大的因素;利用区域重心公式对山东省农村剩余劳动力转移与城镇化及其5个构成要素发展重心变化进行分析。第五部分分析工业化过程中农村剩余劳动力转移
