关键词:3S技术～农业～GPS～RS～GIS 一、 引言 人类从农业社会、工业社会过渡～已经历了3个时代:蒸汽时代、电汽时代和电子时代～上世纪80年代又进入了一个开放的信息时代～这个时代对农业最大的贡献是将现代信息技术在农业领域中广泛应用～利用信息技术的最新成果～全面实现对农业生产、管理、农产品加工、营销及农业科技信息和知识的获取、处理、传播和利用～以加速传统农业的改造～大幅度地提高农业生产效率～促进农业可持续稳定高效发展。包括全球定位系统,GPS,、地理信息系统,GIS,、遥感技术,RS,等3大技术系统。这些系统之间技术上各有侧重～但相互渗透～没有绝然的界限～共同为农业服务。 “3S” 技术～指的是对地观测的三种空间高新技术系统～即RS、GPS和GIS。3S系统是三者相互补充相得益彰构成的一个功能完整强大的空间数据采集处理分析系统～3S集成技术已成为农业、生物信息管理的先进技术手段。 1 3S技术包括对地观测的三种空间高新技术系统～即遥感(RS)、全球定位系统(GPS)和地理信息系统(GIS),是以全球定位系统(GPS)和遥感技术(RS)作为获取和更新空间数据的手段～以地理信息系统(GIS)作为存储～管理～分析～应用～显示这些空间地理数据的基础平台的集成技术。3S技术涉及到电磁波理论、图象处理、图象解译、计算机硬件与软件技术、空间分析技术、卫星导航原理、测量等多个领域～并将这些理论、方法和技术与各行各业生产实际相结合。 随着3S技术的迅速发展～三者之间的交融日益密切～其应用也越来越深入到国民经济的各个领域～比如国防科技～土地管理～土地变更～车辆导航与监控～海洋渔业开发～精细农业等等。 二、3S技术在农业和土地调查中的应用 我国是个以农业为本的国家～同时又是世界第一人口大国～我国的农业必须自给自足～因此提倡“高产～优质～高效”的现代化农业技术迫在眉急。早在1983年国外就有人提出“精细农业”的概念～并在发达国家得到很好的开展应用。所谓“精细农业”[1]指的是:在现代科学技术发展的基础上～特别是在计算机和信息科学技术发展的基础上～适应现代农业“提高产量～减少投入～节约资源～保护环境”的要求而引发的一场新的农业技术革命～代表着信息社会农业的发展方向。发展精细农业可以有效的解决我国农业人多地少～资源浪费的问题～解放农业生产所需的人口～促进农业的现代化、机械化～具有很大的潜力。 2 1、用于农作物估产和监测。 作物估产一是估算作物种植面积～二是由单产模型、长势遥感监测来确定估产模式。我国农作物遥感估产最初采用联合国粮农组织,FAO,推行的美国农业部的框图面积取样法～该方法是集统计估产、农学估产、气象估产和遥感光谱估产于一体的综合遥感估产～是传统的统计估产方法与遥感估产的结合～简易可行。我国遥感估产的第二阶段是1984年由国家气象局主持的“全国冬小麦NOAA卫星遥感综合估产”项目～这是一种大面积农作物估产方法～在对冬小麦的宏观地理分布了解的基础上～根据气候和生物特点～分区建立绿度修正值～在充分研究了小麦不同生育期的不同绿度值特点之后～利用相应的绿度值日来研究不同的估产模式～在微机网络上实现通讯和产量计算。遥感估产的第三种方法以“八五”攻关项目“重点产粮区主要农作物遥感估产”为代表～估产内容涉及小麦、玉米和水稻～充分利用了TM影像的多波段特性和高几何分辨率”,30m,～在农作物套作区进行了提高面积解译精度的研究～同时结合利用NOAA数据～对作物面积、单产和长势变化等进行了估计。 中国西部地区的多波段遥感影像合成、制图、分类与特定任务的专题研究。如资源勘探、环境监测、城市规划、作物估产、灾害监测等。其中刘文等利用GMS卫星遥感资料监测暴雨～能较准确地监测暴雨发生的区域和面积～实际应用取得较好的效果。通过利用时空分辨率较高的GMS—5红外、可见光两通道1:1原始图像资料～结合常规雨量观测资料～通过对逐时降水率、日降水量的估计～可弥补常规气象观测资料时、空分辨率的不足～从而比较准确地监测暴雨发生的强度、范围和面积～为农业生产服务。李亚春等还运用计盒维法与其它方法结合从一个新的角度研究云雾遥感监测技术～进行雾的识别与分离～取得一些有益的结果。 4、用于土壤侵蚀调查。 土壤侵蚀问题对农业资源和环境问题关系重大。利用卫星遥感影像可提供许多土壤侵蚀因子信息～如地形、坡度、岩性、植被等～据此以通用土壤侵蚀方法为基础建立土壤侵蚀模式～并与相应地区的水文观测站的输沙模式相叠合～进行土壤侵蚀量因子分析和区域侵蚀模数计算～并顾及气象、水文要素与土壤侵蚀的关系。我国利用遥感方法～先后对山 4 西三江河流域、延安地区、永定河上游等进行了土壤侵蚀调查。1993年在水利部遥感中心的组织下～进行了全国土壤侵蚀的遥感制图研究～利用TM图像对全国进行了土壤侵蚀的清查工作～编制了全国1?50万,部分地区1?25万—1?10万,土壤侵蚀图～将全国土壤侵蚀因子编码建模～而且将全国的水蚀、风蚀和融冻侵蚀采用统一的分类标准～统一编码制图～并输入计算机以备检索查询。 三、RS 、GPS、GIS在农业中的作用 1、遥感,RS,在农业中的作用。 众所周知～遥感技术指在遥感平台上～通过传感器获取地物的电磁波信息并识别目标几何物理特征的技术～其最大的特点是:对地物不接触而进行大面积的同步观测和具有很好的时效性。在农业生产中～准确及时地了解农作物的生长状况是十分重要的。这刚好给遥感这一先进技术有了发挥的平台～使遥感成为农业数据的重要来源之一。 利用遥感技术可以估算农作物的播种面积。通过较高分辨率的遥感影像可以估算农作物的种植面积,通过遥感影像的判读技术～获取不同农作物的分布区域～从而得到各种不同作物的种植面积和种植结构。 在农作物的生长过程中～可以通过遥感图像分析它的长势征兆。通过不同阶段的作物图像～可以得到作物是否健康～生长是否遵循自然规律等等～以便及时施肥、灌溉、喷洒农药、预防灾害的发生,当作物即将成熟时期～还可以应用遥感图像获取得到它的产量。另外～气象遥感可以提供天 5 气预报～比如降水量等信息。这些信息如果及时反馈给农民～使农民“对症下药”～ 相信今后的农业生产将不再是“靠天收”了。 与之同时～遥感技术还可以发现作物受到的自然灾害和人为破坏。比如～预测农作物是否会遭受病虫害,发现有无化学污水排入灌溉区,当作物遭受洪水袭击后～可以分析得到受灾面积和损坏状况等。针对这些信息提前采取相应的措施～从而就能把损失降到最低程度。 2、全球定位系统,GPS,在农业中的应用 全球定位系统是一种同时接收来自多颗卫星的导航信号, 利用空间距离后方交会测量地球表面某点准确地理位置的一种技术～简称GPS。其优点是高精度、全天候和实时性。 GPS在农业上的应用主要是精确定位。传统中国农业耕作～都需要大量的人力来完成。从耕牛到铁牛～虽然是个大变革～但是离完全实现自动化还有很大距离。有了GPS加上电子地图的使用～可以实现自动化耕作机械的导航～播种精确定位～测得农田的微地形变化等。比如～GPS接收机用于灌溉系统时～可以精确把水或肥料适量送给需要的作物～既不产生浪费～也避免了肥料过多产生的危害。因此～GPS的应用给农民田间手工耕作的历史画上了句号～节约了大量的劳动力～为实现农业自动化奠定了基础。 3、地理信息系统,GIS,在农业中的应用。 6 GIS是采集～存储～分析～查询～输出地理数据的计算机系统。地理信息系统可以比喻为精细农业的大脑～精细农业的技术核心是地理信息系统。地理信息系统最主要的特点是强大的空间分析功能～所以～应用GIS对农业生产的全过程进行分析管理及优化～如土地类型～灌溉系统～化肥农药用量等,并对农作物的生长状况做横行和纵向的分析,还可以根据各地社会经济得到销售信息等等。 3S技术中遥感技术可以实时或准实时地获取目标的语义或非语义信息[3]～特点是大面积同步观测～全球定位系统有实时精确获取目标的空间位置的作用～两者均为地理数据源～就如同两只眼睛获取农业生产数据,而地理信息系统像大脑是3S技术中最重要最核心的技术～用于综合分析～科学管理～动态存取这些数据[3]～并指导数据的合理应用。三者优势互补～是发展精细农业的好方法。 7 先通过RS影像进行耕作前的土壤的调查～调查土壤的盐碱度、土壤中的化学成分、水分、温度等～然后应用GIS进行进一步的综合的定量分析～确定适宜种植何种农作物,在作物生长的过程中实现自动化机械GPS导航～播种～除草～施肥～灌溉～喷洒农药都可以做到精确定位～避免浪费节约资源,与此同时～利用RS分析农作物的生长状况～估算面积和长势等可以及时地了解农作物的生长状况～并预防病虫害的发生并且及时的采取必要的措施减少损失～利用GIS管理分析这些数据～建立农田基础数据库～并作出耕作 首先～利用全球定位系统GPS进行导航定位～如果要追求高精度就要损失一定的时效性～反之～要保证时效性就必然要降低一定的精度～二者犹如鱼和熊掌～不可兼得。因此～GPS定位精度和时效同时满足精细定位的要求是个关键问题。 其次～要真正实现全部室内作业～农民需要每隔3—5天得到一张农田地区高分辨率遥感图片。这需要很高的成本～目前还不能做到平民化。对于广大中国农民～可能在短时间内还难以掌握先进的影像判读技术～也难以接受如此高的投入。因此～低成本的遥感图像和智能化提取农作物征兆信息的突破对提高农业田间科学管理具有十分重要的意义。 8 再次～GIS的分析功能虽然强大～但是要求有精确实时的数据源。复杂的数据使分析有时不能顺应市场的要求。我国耕地分布广泛～数据获取和更新是个瓶颈问题。农业生产原则上要根据市场的供求来指导和调整～但是由于GIS分析不可能考虑所有的影响方面～加上市场有很多不定因素～农业生产目前还不能完全接受GIS指导。 3S技术在农业上的应用是农业发展的趋势之一～自动化的生产节省了大量人力物力。面对技术存在的问题和不足～我们应该结合实际问题努力研究～克服困难～把成熟的3S技术引入农业生产～并依据农业信息采集系统和专家系统～使农机自动完成各种工作～降低成本～避免浪费～减少污染～真正实现绿色农业。 四、结术语 可以预言～未来15年内～3S技术将会有一个质的飞跃～上一个新的台阶。 3S技术可以实现远程寻找所需的各种地理空间数据～包括图形和图像～可以进行各种地理空间分析。通过现代通讯技术可以将RS、GPS和GIS有机地集成起来～成为各行各业～包括农业发展和进步的有力技术手段。 3S技术的发展方兴未艾～将来还可对下列项目进行开发:西南地区土地资源、土地利用,特别是耕地,的动态监则数据库,系统,～农业布局、产量数据库～森林、草地数据库及其信息服务和决策支持系统,西南地区水稻、小麦估产～重点地区荒漠化监测分析,长江上游洪水、川东干旱以 9
