In the era of knowledge-based economy, we need to pay attention to the following issues in developing intellectual property higher education in China: 一是加强知识产权专业教育,培养一大批知识产权专门人才。主要是培养高素质的知识产权战略管理、立法、司法、执法、服务、教育和研究人才。 1. To strengthen professional intellectual property education and to bring on a group of specialists in intellectual property, particularly in intellectual property strategic management, legislation, justice, law enforcement, service, education and research. 二是加强知识产权的普及教育,提高科技创新人才的知识产权素养。 2. To enhance education on intellectual property universally and intellectual property attainment of high-tech innovators. 三是要加强学术道德建设,营造尊重他人知识产权的校园文化。 3.
