建筑整体为坐北朝南,中轴对称。本建筑是集教学和办公为一体的综合性教学楼,其功能分区独特,各自独立,而有联系便利,成为一体而有互不干扰。

设计、平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计,以及屋面、楼梯及墙体等构造设计,完成了建筑设计说明及有关施工图。
结构设计阶段进行了结构平面布置、估算截面尺寸、何在计算、框架计算、侧移计算、内力计算、内力组合及构件设计等工作,并完成了结构设计说明及标准层结构平面布置图、框架配筋图、楼梯、基础结构布置图。

Abstract
Building Name: Xuehai teaching building
Location:A university on Qianwangang road

Number of Stories: 4 stories

Xuehai teaching building, which is a mixed-use one, is located at the foot
2of Xiaozhushan Hill. The gross area of the building is approximately 6840 m ,
5 stories, the first story height is 4.5m and the others are 3.9m. It is capable of
withstanding earthquake up to 7 magnitude, the location is ?king of location.
The construction whole for the place northern and face to south, approximate axial symmetry。The building has such functions as office,
amusement, service for science. The functions of the building are distinctive divided, respectively independent, and conveniently connected, non-interference with each other and become on integrate body at the same time.
This design includes architectural design and structural design two parts.
The architectural design stage has carried on the overall concept design, the
plane design, the vertical surface design, the section plane design, as well as structure designs and so on roofing, staircase and wall, has completed the architectural design explanation and the related construction drawing.
The structural design stage carried on the structure plane arrangement, the estimate section size, the load computation, the frame computation, the side moved work and so on checking calculation, endogenic force computation, endogenic force combination and component design, and has completed the structural design explanation and the key bed structure floor-plan, the frame matches the muscle chart, the staircase, the foundation structure construction drawing.
