城镇燃气管道验收 规范 编程规范下载gsp规范下载钢格栅规范下载警徽规范下载建设厅规范下载 城镇燃气管道验收规范-1 (2008-11-20 13:24:18) 转载 标签: 分类: 燃气 装修 燃气管道 钎焊 法兰 石棉 房产 1 总则 1.0.1 为了统一城镇燃气室内工程施工及验收 标准 excel标准偏差excel标准偏差函数exl标准差函数国标检验抽样标准表免费下载红头文件格式标准下载 ，提高城镇燃气室内工程的施工 质量，确保安全供气，制定本规范。 1.0.2 本规范适用于新建、扩建、改建的城镇居民住宅、商业建筑、燃气锅炉房(不 含锅炉本体)、实验室、使用城镇燃气的工业企业(不含燃气设备)等用户室内燃 气管道和燃气设备的施工及验收。 本规范不适用于:燃气发电厂、燃气制气厂、燃气储配厂、燃气调压站、燃气 加气站、液化石油气储存、灌瓶、气化、混气等厂站内的燃气管道的施工及验收。 1.0.3 承担城镇燃气室内工程及与燃气工程配套的报警系统、防爆电匀系统、自动 控制系统的施工单位必须具有国家相关行政管理部门批准或由其认可的资质和证 书。从事施工的操作人员应经过培训，并持证上岗;焊接人员应持有上岗资格证。 1.0.4 城镇燃气室内工程施工应按已审定的 设计 领导形象设计圆作业设计ao工艺污水处理厂设计附属工程施工组织设计清扫机器人结构设计 文件实施;当需要修改设计或材料 代用时，应经原设计单位同意。 1.0.5 室内燃气管道所用的管材、管件、设备应符合国家现行标准的规定，并应有 出厂合格证;燃具应采用符合国家现行标准并经国家主管部门认可的检测机构检测 合格的产品。 1.0.6 室内燃气工程验收合格后，接通燃气应由燃气供应单位负责。 1.0.7 检验合格的燃气管道和设备超过六个月未通气使用时，应由当地燃气供应单 位进行复验，复验合格后，方可通气使用。 1.0.8 城镇燃气室内工程的施工及验收除应符合本规范的规定外，尚应符合国家现 行有关强制性标准的规定。 2 室内燃气管道安装 2.1 一般规定 2.1.1 用户室内燃气管道的最高压力和用气设备的燃气燃烧器采用的额定压力应 符合现行国家标准《城镇燃气设计规范》GB 50028 的规定。 2.1.2 室内燃气管道采用的管道、管件、管道附件、阀门及其他材料应符合设计文 件的规定，并应按国家现行标准在安装前进行检验，不合格者不得使用。 2.1.3 室内燃气管道安装前应对管道、管件、管道附件及阀门等内部进行清扫，保 证其内部清洁。 2.1.4 室内燃气管道安装前的上建工程，应能满足管道施工安装的要求。 2.2 燃气管道安装 2.2.1 燃气管道安装应按设计施工图进行管道的预制和安装。 2.2.2 燃气管道使用的管道、管件及管道附件当设计文件无明确规定时，管径小于 或等于50，宜采用镀锌钢管或铜管;管径大于50 或使用压力超过10kPa，应 符合本规范2.1.2 条的规定。铜管宜采用牌号为TP 2 的管材。 DN DN 2.2.3 燃气管道的切割应符合下列规定: 1 碳素钢管。镀锌钢管宜用钢锯或机械方法切割; 2 不锈钢管应采用机械或等离子方法切割;不锈钢管采用砂轮切割或修磨时应 使用专用砂轮片;铜管可采用机械或手工方法切割; 3 管道切口质量应符合下列规定: 1)切口表面应平整，无裂纹、重皮、毛刺、凸凹、缩口、熔渣、氧化物、铁屑 等; 2) 切口端面倾斜偏差不应大于管道外径的 1%，且不得超过3mm ;凹凸误差不 得超过1mm。 2.2.4 燃气管道的弯管制作应符合现行国家标准《工业金属管道工程施工及验收规 范》GB 50235 的规定。燃气管道的弯曲半径宜大于管道外径的3.5 倍。弯管截面最 大外径与最小外径之差不得大于管道外径的8%。铜制弯管及不锈钢弯管制作应采用 专用弯管设备。 2.2.5 燃气管道的焊接应符合下列规定: 1 管道与管件的坡口: 1) 管道与管件的坡口形式和尺寸应符合设计文件规定;当设计文件无明确规 定时，应符合本规范附录A 的规定; 2) 管道与管件的坡口及其内外表面的清理应符合现行国家标准 GB 50235 的规 定; 3)等壁厚对接焊件内壁应齐平，内壁错边量不宜超过管壁厚度的10%;钢管且 不应大于2mm。 2 焊条、焊丝的选用: 1) 焊条、焊丝的选用应符合设计文件的规定;当设计文件无规定时，应按现 行国家标准《现场设备、工业管道焊接工程施工及验收规范》 GB 50236—98 中6.3.1 条，8.2.1 条的规定选用; 2) 严禁使用药皮脱落或不均匀、有气孔、裂纹、生锈或受潮的焊条。 3 管道的焊接工艺: 1)应符合GB 50236 的有关规定; 2)焊接时应先点焊，然后再全面施焊; 3)点焊必须焊透;点焊处有裂纹、气孔、夹渣缺陷时应铲除重焊，必须在点焊 合格后方可全面施焊; 4)焊缝严禁强制冷却。 4 焊缝质量: 1)焊完后焊缝应立即去除渣皮、飞溅物，清理干净焊缝表面，然后进行焊缝外 观检查; 2)焊缝质量应符合设计文件的要求;当设计文件无明确要求时，焊缝外观质量 应符合GB 50236—98 中表11.3.2 中的?级焊缝标准; 5 在主管道上开孔接支管时，开孔边缘距管道对接焊缝不应小于 100mm ; 当小于100mm 时，对接焊缝应进行射线探伤;管道对接焊缝与支、吊架边缘之间的 距离不应小于50mm 。 6 法兰焊接应符合现行行业标准《管路法兰技术条件》JB/T 74—94 中附录C 的有关规定。 7 铜管钎焊焊接应符合下列规定: 1)铜管的焊接应采用硬钎焊形式，不得采用对接焊和软钎焊形式; 2)钎焊材料宜采用低银铜磷钎料; 3)钎焊前应用细砂纸除去钎焊处铜管外壁与管件内壁表面的污物及氧化层; )焊接前应调整铜管插入端与管件承口处的装配间隙，使之尽可能均匀; 4 5)钎焊时应均匀加热被焊铜管及接头，与黄铜管件焊接时应添加钎剂，当达到 加热温度时送入钎料，钎料应均匀渗入承插口的间隙内，加热温度宜控制在645,790 ?之间，钎料填满承插口间隙后应停止加热，保持静止，然后将钎焊部位清理干净; 6)铜管钎焊后必须进行外观检查，钎缝应饱满并呈圆滑的焊角，钎缝表面应无 气孔及铜管件边缘被熔融等缺陷。 2.2.6 管道、设备法兰连接应符合下列规定: 1 管道与设备、阀门进行法兰连接前，应检查法兰密封面及密封垫片，不得有 影响密封性能的划痕、凹陷、斑点等缺陷; 2 阀门应在关闭状态下安装; 3 法兰连接应与管道同心，法兰螺孔应对正，管道与设备、阀门的法兰端面应 平行，不得用螺栓强力对口; 4 法兰垫片尺寸应与法兰密封面相符，垫片安装必须放在中心位置，严禁放偏; 法兰垫片在设计文件无明确要求时，宜采用耐油石棉橡胶垫片或聚四氟乙烯垫片; 使用前宜将耐油石棉橡胶垫片用机油浸透; 5 应使用同一规格螺栓，安装方向应一致，螺栓的紧固应对称均匀，螺栓紧固 后宜与螺母齐平，涂上机油或黄油，以防锈蚀。 2.2.7 管道、设备螺纹连接应符合下列规定: 1 管道与设备、阀门螺纹连接应同心，不得用管接头强力对口; 2 管道螺纹接头宜采用聚四氟乙烯带做密封材料;拧紧螺纹时，不得将密封材 料挤入管内; 3 钢管的螺纹应光滑端正，无斜丝、乱丝、断丝或破丝，缺口长度不得超过螺 纹的10%; 4 铜管与球阀、燃气计量表及螺纹连接附件连接时，应采用承插式螺纹管件连 接;弯头、三通可采用承插式铜配件或承插式螺纹连接件。 第 10 页 2.2.8 燃气管道的连接方式应符合设计文件的规定。当设计文件无规定时，管径小 于或等于DN 50 的燃气管道宜采用螺纹连接;管径大于DN 50 或使用压力超过10kPa 的燃气管道宜采用焊接连接;铜管应采用硬钎焊连接。 2.2.9 燃气管道与燃具之间用软管连接时应符合设计文件的规定，并应符合下列规 定: 1 软管与燃气管道接口、软管与燃气具接口均应选专用固定卡固定; 2 非金属软管不得穿墙、门和窗。 2.2.10 燃气管道穿过建筑物基础、外墙、承重墙、楼板时的钢套管或非金属套管 管径不宜小于表2.2.10 的规定;高层建筑引入管穿越建筑物基础时的套管管径应符 合设计文件的规定。 表 2.2.10 燃气管道的套管直径 燃气管直径 (mm) DN15 DN20 DN25 DN32 DN40 DN50 DN65 DN80 DN100 DN150 套管直径 (mm) DN32 DN40 DN50 DN65 DN65 DN80 DN100 DN100 DN150 DN200 2.2.11 当引入管采用地下引入时，应符合下列规定: 1 穿越建筑物基础或管沟时，敷设在套管中的燃气管道应与套管同轴，套管与 引入管之间、套管与建筑物基础或管沟之间的间隙应采用密封性能良好的柔性防腐， 防水材料填实; 2 引入管室内竖管部分宜靠实体墙固定; 3 引入管的管材应符合设计文件的规定，当设计文件无规定时，宜采用无缝钢 管; 4 湿燃气引入管应坡向室外，其坡度应大于或等于0.01。 2.2.12 当引入管采用室外地上引入时，应符合下列规定: 1 套管内的燃气管道不应有焊口及连接接头，升向地面的弯管应符合本规范 2.2.4 条的规定，引入管的防护罩应按设计文件的要求制作和安装; 2 地上引入管与建筑物外墙之间净距宜为100,120mm ; 2 室内明设燃气管道及其管道附件的涂漆，应在检验实压合格后进行;采用钢 管焊接时，应在除锈(见金属光泽)后进行涂漆:先将全部焊缝处刷两道防锈底漆， 然后在全面涂刷两道防锈底漆和两道面漆;采用镀锌钢管螺纹连接时，其余管件连 接处安装后应先刷一道防锈底漆，然后再全面涂刷两道面漆。 2.2.23 暗埋的铜管或不锈钢波纹管的色标，宜采用在覆盖层的砂浆内掺入带色染 料的形式或在覆盖层外涂色标;当设计无明确规定是，色标宜采用黄色。 2.2.24 室内燃气管道的防雷、防静电措施应按设计要求施工。 3 燃气计量表安装 3.1 一般规定 3.1.1 燃气计量表在安装前应具备下列条件: 1 燃气计量表应有法定计量检定机构出具的检定合格证书; 2 燃气计量表应有出厂合格证、质量保证书;标牌上应有CMC 标志、出厂日期 和表编号; 3 超过有效期的燃气计量表应全部进行复检; 4 燃气计量表的外表面应无明显的损伤。 3.1.2 燃气计量表应按产品 说明书 房屋状态说明书下载罗氏说明书下载焊机说明书下载罗氏说明书下载GGD说明书下载 要求放置，倒放的燃气计量表应复检，合格后方 可安装。 3.1.3 燃气计量表的安装位置应满足抄表、检修和安全使用的要求。 3.1.4 用户室外安装的燃气计量表应装在防护箱内。 3.2 家用燃气计量表安装 3.2.1 家用燃气计量表的安装应符合下列规定: 1 高位安装时，表底距地面不宜小于1.4m; 2 低位安装时，表底距地面不宜小于0.1m; 3 高位安装时，燃气计量表与燃气灶的水平净距不得小于300mm，表后与墙面 净距不得小于10mm; 4 燃气计量表安装后应横平竖直，不得倾斜; 5 采用高位安装，多块表挂在同一墙面上时，表之间净距不宜小于150mm; 6 燃气计量表应使用专用的表连接件安装。 3.2.2 组合式燃气计量表箱，可平稳地放置在地面上，与墙面紧贴。 3.2.3 燃气计量表安装在橱柜内时，橱柜的形式应便于燃气计量表抄表、检修及更 换，并具有自然通风的功能。 3.3 商业及工业企业燃气计量表安装 3.3.1 额定流量小于 50m3/h 的燃气计量表，采用高位安装时，表底距室内地面不宜 小于1.4m，表后距墙不宜小于30mm ，并应加表托固定;采用低位安装时，应平正 地安装在高度不小于200mm 的砖砌支墩或钢支架上，表后距墙净距不应小于50mm 。 3.3.2 额定流量大于或等于 50m3/h 的燃气什量表，应平正地安装在高度不小于 200mm 的砖砌支墩或钢支架上，表后距墙净距不应小于150mm ;叶轮表、罗茨表的 安装场所、位置及标高应符合设计文件的规定，并应按产品标识的指向安装。 3.3.3 采用铅管或不锈钢波纹管连接燃气计量表时，铅管或不锈钢波纹管应弯曲成 圆弧状，不得形成直角。弯曲角度时，应保持铅管的原口径。、 3.3.4 采用法兰连接燃气计量表时，应符合本规范2.2.6 条的规定。垫片表面应洁 净，不得有裂纹、断裂等缺陷;垫片内径不得小于管道内径，垫片外径不应妨碍螺 栓的安装。法兰垫片不允许使用斜垫片或双层垫片。 3.3.5 工业企业多台并联安装的燃气计量表，每块燃气计量表进出口管道上应按设 计文件的要求安装阀门;燃气计量表之间的净距应能满足安装管道、组对法兰、维 修和换表的需要，并不宜小于200mm 。 3.3.6 燃气计量表与各种灶具和设备的水平距离应符合下列规定: 1 与金属烟囱水平净距不应小于1.0m，与砖砌烟囱水平净距不应小于0.8m; 2 与炒菜灶、大锅灶、蒸箱、烤炉等燃气灶具的灶边水平净距不应小于0.8m; 3 与沸水器及热水锅炉的水平净距不应小于1.5m; 4 当燃气计量表与各种灶具和设备的水平距离无法满足上述要求时，应加隔热 板。 4 燃气设备安装 4.1 一般规定 4.1.1 燃气设备安装前应检查用气设备的产品合格证、产品安装使用说明书和质量 保证书;产品外观应有产品标牌，并有出厂日期;应核对性能、规格、型号、数量 是否符合设计文件的要求。不具备以上检查条件的产品不得安装。 4.1.2 家用燃具应采用低压燃气设备，商业用气设备宜采用低压燃气设备;燃烧器 的额定压力应符合本规范2.1.1 条的规定。 4.2 家用燃具和商业用气设备安装 4.2.1 家用燃具的安装应符合现行行业标准《家用燃气燃烧器具安装及验收规程》 CJJ 12 的规定。 4.2.2 商业用气设备的安装场所应符合现行国家标准 GB 50028 的有关规定。 4.2.3 商业用气设备安装在地下室、半地下室或地上窑闭房间内时，应严格按设计 文件要求施工。 4.2.4 商业用气设备的安装应符合下列规定: 1 用气设备之间的净距应满足操作和检修的要求，燃具灶台之间的净距不宜小 于0.5m，大锅灶之间净距不宜小于0.8m，烤炉与其他燃具，灶台之间的净距不宜小 于1.0m ; 2 用气设备前宜有宽度不小于1.5m 的通道; 3 用气设备与可燃的墙壁、地板和家具之间应按设计文件要求作耐火隔热层， 其厚度不宜小于1.50mm 。 4.2.5 商业用大锅灶、中餐炒菜灶的烟道和爆破门应按设计文件的要求安装。 4.2.6 砖砌燃气灶的燃烧器应水平地安装在炉膛中央，其中心应对准锅中心;当使 用平底锅时，应保证外焰中部接触锅底;当使用圆底锅时，应保证外焰接触锅底有 效面积的3/4 ;燃烧器支架环孔周围应保持足够的空间。 4.2.7 砖砌燃气灶的高度不宜大于 0.8m，炉膛与烟道应安装爆破门，爆破门的加工 应符合设计文件的要求。 4.2.8 用气设备的烟道断面尺寸应按设计文件的要求施工。民用燃具的水平烟道不 宜超过3m，商业用气设备的水平烟道不宜超过6m，并应有1%坡向燃具的坡度。 4.2.9 商业用沸水器的安装应符合下列规定: 1 安装沸水器的房间应通风良好; 2 沸水器应安装单独的烟道，并应安装防止倒风的装置; 3 沸水器前宜有不小于1.5m 的通道，沸水器与墙净距不宜小于0.5m，沸水器 顶部距屋顶的净距不应小于0.6m; 4 安装两台或两台以上沸水器时，沸水器之间净距不宜小于0.5m: 5 楼层的沸水器共用同一总烟囱时，应设防止串烟装置，烟囱应高出屋顶1m 以 上。 4.2.10 商业用燃气锅炉和冷热水机组燃气供应系统的安装应符合下列规定: 1 安装前应检查燃气锅炉和冷热水机组的安装房间是否符合设计文件的要求; 不符合设计文件要求，不得施工; 2 安装前应核实供应的燃气种类，并应检查燃气锅炉和冷热水机组的燃烧器系 统及调压装置的性能、规格、型号是否符合设计文件以及所配气源的要求;不符合 要求的设备不得安装; 3 燃气锅炉和冷热水机组的烟道施工应符合设计文件的规定。 4.3 工业企业生产用气设备安装 4.3.1 工业企业生产用气设备的安装场所应符合现行国家标准GB 50028 的规定;工 业企业用气设备安装在地下室、半地下室或密闭房间内时，应符合本规范4.2.3 条 的要求。 4.3.2 工业企业生产用气设备在连接燃气供应系统时，应按设计文件进行核查，不 符合设计要求不得连接。 4.3.3 工业企业生产用气设备燃烧装置的安全设施应符合设计文件的要求，并应符 合下列规定: 1 燃烧装置采用分体式机械鼓风或使用加氧、加压缩空气的燃烧器时，应按设 计位置安装止回阀，并在空气管道上安装泄爆装置; 2 燃气及空气管道上应按设计要求安装最低压力和最高压力报警、切断装置; 3 封闭式炉膛及烟道应按设计文件施工，烟道泄爆装置的加工及安装位置应符合设计文件的规定。 4.3.4 下列阀门的安装应符合设计文件的规定: 1 各用气车间的进口和燃气设备前的燃气管道上设置的单独阀门; 2 每只燃烧器燃气接管上设置的单独的有启闭标记的阀门; 3 每只机械鼓风的燃烧器，在风管上设置的有启闭标记的阀门; 4 大型或互联装置的鼓风机，其出口设置的阀门; 5 放散管、取样管、测压管前设置的阀门。 城镇燃气管道安装验收规范-3 (2008-11-20 14:16:23) 转载 标签: 分类: 燃气 燃气管道 允许偏差 燃具 法兰 房产 5 室内燃气管道和用气设备安装的检验 5.1 一般规定 5.1.1 施工单位应按照本规范第 5.2,5.6 节的要求，对已安装的管道和设备进行 检验，并记录检验结果。 5.1.2 检验可由施工单位独立进行，也可会同建设单位和监理单位共同进行。 5.1.3 施工单位应定期复查检验所使用的测量设备、器具的准确性。 5.2 室内燃气管道的检验 5.2.1 引入管严禁敷设在冻土和未经处理的积土上。 检验方法:外观检查或检查隐蔽工程记录。 5.2.2 燃气引入管和室内燃气管道与其他各类管道的最小平行。交叉净距，应符合 本规范2.2.14 条的规定，并应符合下列规定: 1 检验数量:抽查20%; 2 检查方法:外观检查和尺量检查。 5.2.3 燃气管道的坡度、坡向必须符合设计文件的要求，并应符合下列规定: 1 检查数量:抽查管道长度的5%，但不少于5 段; 2 检查方法:用水准仪(水平尺)拉线和尺量检查。 5.2.4 燃气管道螺纹连接的检验应符合下列规定: 1 管螺纹加工精度应符合现行国家标准的规定，并应达到螺纹清洁、规整，断 位或缺丝不大于螺纹全扣数的10%;连接牢固;根部管螺纹外露1,3 扣。镀锌碳素 钢管和管件的镀锌层破损处和螺纹露出部分防腐良好;接口处无外露密封材料;
