To increase its support for the introduction of talent, entrepreneurship, innovation talent on a class, class b business, creative talent, such as different levels of talent, in areas 独生子女的医疗费用，按独生子女父母单位的职工医疗标准同等享受至十八周岁(已参加工作的不再享受)。 前两款费用，由独生子女父母双方所在单位负担。年份逢单时由男方单位支付，年份逢双时由女方单位支付。丧偶的由一方单位负担。 第三十条 持有效《独生子女父母光荣证》的职工退休奖励金按省有关规定执行。 第三十一条 只生育一个女孩的农村居民年满六十周岁时，可凭有效《独生子女父母光荣证》每人按农村最低生活保障标准的百分之二十五每月领取养老金。孩子在未生育前死亡，本人未再生育或收养孩子的，年满六十周岁时每人按农村最低生活保障标准的百分之五十每月领取养老金。所需经费由区县政府统一安排。 第三十二条 对在计划生育工作做出显著成绩的单位和个人，市、区、县人民政府应给予表彰和奖励。 对获得国家《计划生育荣誉证书》的个人，由所在单位按不低于其月工资的标准一次性发放奖励金。 凡完成人口与计划生育目标管理责任书中各项目标的单位，可按照有关规定领取计划生育奖励金。 第七章 罚则 第三十三条 对已领取《独生子女父母光荣证》，有下列情形之一的，由区、县计划生育部门收回《独生子女父母光荣证》或者宣告无效: (一)符合照顾再生育条件，经批准再生育的; (二)违反计划生育规定，生育二个及二个以上子女的; (三)收养子女后现家庭有二个及二个以上子女的，但收养孤儿、残疾儿童或者社会福利机构抚养的查找不到生父母的弃婴和儿童除外; (四)因其他情况不符合领取《独生子女父母光荣证》条件的。 第三十四条 对不符合法定生育条件生育的，由区、县计划生育部门或委托镇人民政府、街道办事处，按照国务院《社会抚养费征收管理办法》和《江苏省人口与计划生育条例》作出征收社会抚养费的书面决定。社会抚养费应当上缴国库，纳入地方财政预算管理。 第三十五条 对不符合法定生育条件生育的，除征收社会抚养费外，还应当承担孕期检查、生育等费用。 introduced a number of leading creative talents, and then the "introduction of a high-end talent, bringing an innovative team, a mainstay of the economy," the derivative effect, improving the competitiveness of inner. To increase its support for the introduction of talent, entrepreneurship, innovation talent on a class, class b business, creative talent, such as different levels of talent, in areas 第三十六条 违反本规定，有下列行为之一的，由区、县计划生育部门按下列规定给予处罚: (一)违反本规定第十六条第一款的，责令其改正，拒不改正的，可以处以1000元以下罚款; (二)违反本规定第十六条第二款的，责令其改正，拒不改正的，可以处以500元以下罚款; (三)违反本规定第二十五条不给职工相应假期或者工资、奖金、福利待遇的，责令其改正，拒不改正的，可以处以1000元以下罚款。 第三十七条 有下列行为之一的，由计划生育部门或者卫生行政部门按照《中华人民共和国人口与计划生育法》第三十六条的规定予以处罚;有关责任人员属于国家工作人员的，还应当给予行政处分;构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任: (一)非法为他人施行计划生育手术的; (二)利用超声技术和其他技术手段为他人进行非医学需要的胎儿性别鉴定或者选择性别的人工终止妊娠的; (三)实施假节育手术、进行假医学鉴定、出具假计划生育证明的。 第三十八条 拒绝、阻碍计划生育部门及其工作人员依法执行公务的，由计划生育部门给予批评教育，违反治安管理处罚条例的，依法给予治安管理处罚;构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。 第三十九条 当事人对计划生育部门具体行政行为不服的，可以依法申请行政复议或者向人民法院提起行政诉讼。 第八章 附则 第四十条 本规定自2003年11月1日起施行。1997年6月25日发布的《南京市计划生育管理暂行规定》和《南京市流动人口计划生育管理规定》同时废止。 introduced a number of leading creative talents, and then the "introduction of a high-end talent, bringing an innovative team, a mainstay of the economy," the derivative effect, improving the competitiveness of inner.
