作为一个传道授业的教师，要给学生一滴水，自己必须要有一桶水。而在当今的社会背景下，我们教师却不但要给学生一桶水，更要给学生长流水。在这十多天的培训中，我感触到了“行家一出手，知道有没有。”像胡雪君、陈肖老师上的体验式活动课，真是轻松自若，精彩纷呈，让每个学员流连其中。还有牟旭兵、林君红、何海英、张群丽等几位学科引领教师在教学观摩课上的精彩展示，他们的课堂，气氛是那么默契和谐，语言是那样妙趣横生，让我们所有的听课者为之惊叹，为之折服。同时，也让我感悟到了他们的课充分印证了这句话:平庸的老师在说教，好的老师在解惑，更好的老师在示范，卓越的老师在启迪。我想，作为一个语文老师，只有启迪、创新才能让学生感到学习的乐趣。 “问渠哪得清如许，为有源头活水来。”经过这一次90学时培训，使我更加懂得只有树立“活到老，学到老”的终身教育思想，才能胜任复杂而又富有创造性地教育教学工作。以后，我要把所学的教学理念咀嚼、消化，内化为自己的教学思想，指导自己的教学实践;我要不断反思自己的差距与不足，寻找自己应该努力的方向。 完美的相遇 ,2,班10号 澄小 叶奕 金秋十月，我参加了黄岩区教师进修学校举行的黄岩区小学语文教师专业发展90学时培训，使我收获颇多。 原以为培训无非是一次劳民伤财的走秀，原本对黄岩区举办的培训不屑一顾，不以为然，可是，我错了，彻底地错了。黄岩教师进修学校安排的十几位资深导师为我们进行了专题讲座，使我拓宽了视野，丰富了教学理论，更让我的思想得到碰撞，得到冲击，得到升华。 我惊叹导师们学富五车，才高八斗，当然，这无异于他们平时爱阅读。是的，读书是人成长的需要，通过阅读，我们不一定变得更加富有，但我们一定可以变得更加智慧;通过阅读，我们不一定能改变我们的长相，但一定可以改变我们的品味和气象。我们是教书人，我们肩负的使命要求我们要不断地读书，只有老师爱读书，我们的孩子才会读书，这样孩子们才有了阳光，才有成长的空间。 这次，我也有幸参加了这次“同课异构”实践培训活动，在磨课过程中，我感动无比，实践导师和我们组的组员为我解决课堂上出现的这样或者那样的问题，让我的课上得一次比一次有进步，一次比一次精彩。我更要感谢的就是余秀菊老师，曾经，从同行们的口中得知她是“严师”，以至让我望而生畏，而今，余老师在百忙之中抽出时间为我修改教案，给我提出宝贵的建议，直接告诉我这里该怎么操作那里该怎么引导，在我眼里，她怎么是严师呢,她是慈母呀，我不会的耐心地讲解，毫无保留，有些课堂提问让我一字一句记在本子上，就像刚入学的娃娃，使我为之依赖，贪婪地享受。一生中，相遇这样的老师，足矣。 这些天，这些人，这些事，感动着我，改变着我。原来，教育可以这么美;教育可以这么幸福。原来，我们还可以更加有智慧。只要我们愿意，只要我们用心，我们可以陪成长路上的每个孩子智慧地走过。 培 训 感 言 一班8号 实验小学谢凤春 本学期，参加了教师进修学校举办的教师培训活动。为我们培训的有小学语文界的专家，也有在一线引领的领军者。十多天的培训，我不禁感概:“受益匪浅。”说起收获，归结起来主要有以下三个方面。 一、理念引领，了解到学科的前沿动态 大家都知道，一个人思想的高度，决定着他行动的深度。做任何事情，包括我们做教育的一线老师，思想观念的更新尤其要紧，陈旧的理念会束缚我们的工作，乃至我们的心灵。那么这次通过专家的引领，让我们熟知当下小学语文教学走到了一个怎样的研究层面。专家们的引领，让我们转变或更新了学科教学的理念，明晰了学科今后发展的方向。 二、专业引领，明晰了学科的操作要领 学科的专业功底，才是我们一线教师的真本领，是我们前行中将会遇到的最大困惑，急需专家的诊断。 专题讲座，丰富的案例、专业的分析、精辟的点评，牢牢地牵引着我们的注意力，更是不断引发我们对语文教学的种种思考。从课堂案例的深度剖析到名家名篇细致的解读，都让我们逐渐明晰了语文学科不应仅教内容，还要寻找文本的秘妙，教运用语言的方法。文本细读和教学设计，应该沉浸到文本中，进入作者的行文思路，感受表达的意义。在文本细读中我们应该充分关注语言之间的关系;充分关注文本的内部组织结构;仔细梳理文本所呈现的汉语言知识。 这次培训，我们聆听到了专家们自己研究的一个领域、一个层面，作为一线教师，我们也应该关注课堂实践，有选择地用理论指导实践。 三、树立终身学习理念，永葆教师职业活力 时代不断进步，知识不断更新，教师必须树立终身学习的思想。自省之后我明白，作为一名教师，应不断学习，不断完善知识结构，不断充实自己。新课标下的教师，既是教者又是学者。我们的知识内存是有限的，通过对专业知识和其它相关知识的学习可以增加我们的知识储备，以使我们在教师的岗位上会更得心应手。 记得最早的说法是“要给学生一杯水，自己先要有一桶水”。而在新课改的今天，教师应有“一泓流淌不息的泉水”，我深切地感受到:必须应坚持“严谨笃学，与时俱进，活到老，学到老”的终身学习的理念，只有不断地学习、更新观念和知识，不断地在实践中总结经验教训，吸取他人之长来补自己之短，才能使自己更加有竞争力和教育教学的能力。所以，教师必须不断学习，从中总结更多经验，发扬优点，改进缺点，不断探索新的知识、教学方法和教学手段，提高教学质量，取得更好成绩。 两个星期的培训已经结束，但我们的研习、内化是一个漫长的过程。我会不断学习，不断反思，一路前行。 朱熹有首诗叫《观书有感》，其中两句:“问渠哪得清如许，唯有源头活水来”深深地印在我们的心头。世上任何事物的成长都离不开那泓清澈的源头活水，作为教师的源头活水则是浩瀚书海，书是每个人的精神食粮，是我们的灵魂得以寄托的精神家园。 对人的精神生活影响的最为深远的莫过于读书，一个人的心灵结构在极大程度上，取决于他所读的书的结构;一个人的思想境界从根本上说就是他的读书境界，它改变着一个人的生存方式、生活方法、思维方式等。教书实际上教的是底蕴，课堂教学就是美丽的倒影，你的底蕴有多深，你的倒影就有多美;你站的多高，就看得多远。聚沙成塔，集腋成裘，只有量的聚集才有质的飞跃，世上之物万变不离其中。每个人的成长都是一个过程，浑然不觉的时候，它是连续的，当我们突然觉悟的时候，它又是断开的、当下的。人的生命节律就像一条河，这条生命之河它上游的一切都会逻辑而内在地流往中游，而中游的一切也都会逻辑而内在地流往下游。观其一切皆有姻缘，先前所作的因，总有一天积累成后面的果，善缘结善果。 有人曾说:三伏天读书，如饮甘露，冬日读书如倚暖炉，月下读书如温旧梦，雨敲窗时读书驱人寂寥，春风得意时读书平心静气，失意落魄时读书，磨砺心志。读诗如饮酒，读散文如品茶，读小说如享佳肴，读历史如聆听沧桑老人谈话如烟往事，读佛学让狂热的灵魂得以回归。此言正如我所欲言，有非我所能言也。当我们拿到一本自己心宜的书，翻开扉页，那淡淡的墨香随之飘散，心头的郁闷也顿时释然，一种澄明由上而下遍布全身，得与失，荣与辱皆忘之，唯有这份淡然，这份欣喜萦绕心头。 一本好书就像一位从未谋面的长者，一位从不相识的知心朋友，娓娓道来，彻夜长谈，我们聆听着她循循善诱、谆谆教诲。有时书中主人公苦难的命运深深牵引，切切地触动着深处的灵魂，心头一阵阵地被紧紧地纠着，纠得那样的酸楚，那样的生痛，泪水会不由自主地地溢出眼眶。 读书实际上是一种精神修行的方式。有人说过“圣”为入世的最高境界，“佛”为出世的最高境界，一个人活着总有一种期望，总得有一种境界，不然就成为行尸走肉。生命的价值无从体现。虽然我们不可能为“圣”、为“佛”，但只要有一种信念，我们心中的那轮明月永远散发着光芒。读书让我淡定，让我释然，让我们粗糙的灵魂得到滋润，让我们浅薄的思想得以升华。 佛家的智慧讲究安宁，它曾是古代帝王的治国经世之道，它的博大精深足以让人穷尽毕生精力去感悟。实际上课文中的许多用词，用语，从佛教中来。 当今的社会是一个浮躁，狂热的社会，滚滚的红尘迷失着我们的眼睛，众人在这纷乱的尘世中无奈地行着，天下熙熙皆为名利而来，天下攘攘皆为名利而往。一个人有了名有了利。有了权势、地位，有了便会春风得意，众人也会趋炎附势，阿谀奉承有之。花开总有花谢之期，日出总有日落之时。世上的一切就像那水中之月，镜中之花，转眼化作烟云。色即是空，空即是色。 “古来万事东流水”，归去来兮，还是让我们保持心中的一份安宁和淡然吧～ “痛”并快乐着 ——黄岩区第五期小语教师专业发展培训有感 ,2,班21号 新前小学 陈武义 平淡的生活就像一条长年流水潺潺的小溪，如果不来一场雨，沉睡在溪底的那些鹅卵石们就永远不会前进一步。我们的事业、生活又何尝不是如此了,千篇一律、，寻常往复的上下班，机械地上下课，可以在无形之中消磨掉我们对于事业与生活的坚持与热爱。 我很渴望这次的培训。一来能为自己暂时逃离这种单调枯乏的生活，逃离这帮顽皮捣蛋的学生，逃离这些烦琐零碎的鸡毛蒜皮而感动无比欣悦(虽然我知道培训经常是一件冗长、枯燥、很“折磨”人的事情);其二，我渴望过换一种全新的生活方式，让自己的身心得到休整与更新，以此来充实并丰富自己的生活。 然而，就在小语第五期九十学时培训即将接近尾声的时候，我回首翘望，这期弥足珍贵的培训，不管在理论上，还是课堂教学实践上，都让我收获颇丰，感慨良多。 (一)初听讲座——“当头一棒” “没有严寒的洗礼怎么会有扑鼻的梅香，不经历一番磨砺，怎会有出一把锋利的宝剑，年经教师要想在自己的教学中取得一番成就，吃不了苦，又不愿“折磨”自己，怎么可能会取得进步,” 培训的第一天，黄吉鸿老师在讲座《在阅读中成长》之中的这一番慷慨激昂的话，一字一顿，掷地有声，深深地砸中我原本犹豫不决、徘徊不定的心。(事 先我已经知道此次培训会要求上观摩课，又因为安逸舒适的日子过久了，根本没有了去上公开课的意愿与冲动，而且我听说开课之后也没有“功利性”很强、很诱惑人的开课证明。)而当时王老师的这番话，彷佛就是特意说给我听的。我反思自己此前的软弱与逃避，警告自己一定要一心一意、心无旁骛地对待这次培训，可不能得过且过，呆若木鸡地枯坐在座位上迷迷糊糊地完成这两个星期的培训，最起码，得对自己有一个满意的交待。于是，我更加坚定自己报名参加此次观摩课的决心。 还是得感谢黄吉鸿老师，他的博学广识，渊博的知识贮备，侃侃而谈之时的旁征博引，信手拈来，以及他对读书痴迷与热爱，都让我敬佩不已。因为我自己也喜欢看书，所以我对他的一些观点深信不疑、不置可否。他说，我们可能决定不了自己生命的长度，但读书，也唯有读书，可能增加我们生命的宽度与厚度。他说他在外出差时，公文包里常带着一本书，以此来打发掉漫长无聊的旅途时光。我也正是如此。我现在倒是对手机既爱又恨，它在给我通讯便利的同时，又在不知不觉之中消耗掉我多少捧手阅读的时间，减少了我与书亲近的次数。他的这次讲座，给我的启示最大:书籍改变世界，读书丰富人生。我们教师更加应该以书为伴。 (二)当主持人——意外惊喜 在这次培训之中，当上小组长让我意外，而让我印象最深刻，最诧异，最始料不及的当上其中某一天培训的主持人——此前，我根本没有这方面的经历，也怵于在众人面前发言。 基于有些老师主持时说的话，大都千篇一律，空洞乏味且毫无新意，而且这几天连续培训下来，大家都身心疲惫。如若再此般循规蹈矩下去，大家耳朵都快听出茧来了。我发出内心地谋划着，怎么才能用一种幽默诙谐、别具一格 的主持方式，既能博得辛苦听讲座的老师们的会心一笑，又能让他们卸下这几天以来所累积下来的疲惫，而且又不偏离当堂的培训主题,于是，我想起了苹果创始人乔布斯曾经劝慰年轻人的话:不要让别人的意见淹没了你内在的心声，最重要的，拥有跟随内心与直觉的勇气。这一次，我要做的就是尊从自己内心的想法，与众不同。 于是，我便开始绞尽脑汁地进行提前准备:先调查清楚讲课老师的相关 资料 在回家的路上，我为自己优异的表现兴奋不已，同时又隐隐担心:教师进修校的余秀菊老师向来以工作严谨、务实、勤奋、敬业著称，而我一而再，再而三地哄得好多女教师花枝乱颤，笑声不迭，是否因扰乱了严肃的学习气氛而大为不妥,会不会给她留下我这么一位年轻男教师“轻漂虚浮”的印象,„„ 庆幸的是，当晚我的师傅——何素芳老师及时打电话给我，转达了余老师以及她对我当天表现的赞赏与肯定。这下，我总算松了口气。非常感谢这两位老师对我的支持与鼓励，让我第一次当主持人就能以让自己比较满意的句号结尾。 (三)观摩课——收获颇丰 周一在滨江小学试上了五上精读课文《“精彩极了”和“糟糕透了”》，之后 又在该校的阅览室里，我和十几位老师一起聆听了黄岩实验小学牟旭兵老师的评课，收获与感触颇多。再加上周三在西江小学正式开课之后自己的反思与总结，我的收获如下: 其一:教师的每一个提问，甚之有甚，都要有一个明确的指向性。年轻教师把握课堂的能力差些，有时候不能把学生“发散性”的回答拉回到自己原本设定好的教学 流程 快递问题件怎么处理流程河南自建厂房流程下载关于规范招聘需求审批流程制作流程表下载邮件下载流程设计 上来，往往借坡下驴，随意随性地发问，学生被问得云里雾里，一头雾水，教师自己预设的教学目标又没达成，往往竹篮打水一场空。另外，抛出的问题需要仔细甄别是否合适，恰当，合理。例如一位老师在课堂中的提问: “谁能把鹤的嘴巴读得更长些,”等。 其二:在课堂教学之中，要注重学生的读与写能力的提高。在课堂上，学生读与写的能力，应该是一个不断提升的一个过程。不然，学生的朗读与写作能力只能停留在一个层面上，停滞不前。比如，假若一位学生范读的很出色，我进一步提问“谁能读得比她更好,”等暗示性语言。在我这次的观摩课之中，我根据学生朗读自己写作的内容，有意识地提醒其他同学，谁用上了比该位学生更多的人物描写方法，意图争取每提问一位学生，他写的话要比前一位同学写的话要更进一步，多几种人物描写的方法，以此促进班级整个写作水平的提高。 其三:幽默诙谐的语言要适可而止。幽默诙谐的语言的确能够很好地拉近教师与学生的距离，但它也是把双刃剑。课中，我过度地运用幽默的语言，导致学生积极活跃过了多，课堂有点乱，且没有及时提醒学生注意上课纪律，又缺乏课堂管理艺术，反而影响了教学效果。同时，幽默的运用也要恰到好处。比如，在教学小巴迪失声痛哭的部分，我还面带微笑，这就不合当时的情境了，所以该课堂最后的教学效果非常差，让我非常不满意。 其四:课堂板书，是整节课的浓缩与精华。教师的板书，应当简洁，明了。摒弃不必要、与课时目标无关的字眼，才能更加卓显板书的功用。:同时，教师的语言要简练恰当。在本次课堂之中，我下意识地说出了“非常精彩极了”，虽然当时一出口，我就有所察觉，但为时已晚，以后定加注意。 其五:教师应甘当人梯。学生学习语言是一回事，而运用语言又是另外一回事。教师要有一双善于发现的眼睛和对语言敏锐的感受能力，把发现的东西提出来让学生体会。我们的课堂，应该是以语文课文作为一个资料，一个媒介，一个渠道，而教师则作为一个梯子，学生要想摘到头顶上的葡萄，教师只需要教他们爬梯子的方法，即“授人以鱼不如授人以渔”。比如:我在教学完该课第一段描写母亲的部分之后，先让学生自主学习并归纳出作者在描写母亲时所运用的语言、动作、神态等描写方法。接下来，在让学生们想象小巴迪在等待父亲归来的过程之中，他会想些什么，做些什么时，引导学生运用好刚才所学的语言、神态、心理、动作等等描写方法进行写作。此例更是学生学习并运用语言的一个实例。 (四)理论学习——感悟多 我猜想，和我一样的许多年轻教师对理论学习非常的感冒，一则理论知识艰涩难懂，且学习的过程非常枯燥乏味;其二，理论知识的实效性非常差，往往不能现学现用，快速运用到教学实践之中。此次培训的一大亮点，就是所按排的理论课程非常贴近我们的教学实际。 比如:市著名教师黄吉鸿在其讲座《在阅读中成长》中，倡导教师多读书，多好书，并提出自己独到的看法:倘若教师能够通过自己的努力、培养学生一生的阅读习惯，让他们成为阅读者，那我们就成功了;胡雪君老师的《教师简笔画》讲座，浅显易懂，生动形象，在她的谆谆指导之下，可爱的简笔画跃然于 我们的笔下;解卫军老师关于文本解读的独到见解，一扫我们对于文本解读的困惑。他一针见血地指出当前常见的文本见读误区，然后提出文本解读的八点视点，新颖独到，切合实际，可操作性强;余秀菊老师的《小学语文课堂教学观察与诊断》，从教学目标的确立，教学内容的选择，教学过程的操作，教学效果的观察等四个方面重点阐释了要上好一节语文课的几大要素，而且着眼于每一个方面，以及新教师和老教师们课堂教学之中所存在的误区，提出了极其全面深刻的应对方法与意见措施，让人有一种茅塞顿开，醍醐灌顶的幡悟之感„„„ 像这些能够及时反应学科的发展趋势，植根于当前最新的语文课程标准，立足语文学科的本位与宗旨，关注教师课堂教学实践中的困惑及疑虑的讲座不胜枚举。这是一场语文教师精神上的的饕餮盛宴，一次理论知识上的重新建构与洗礼，它为年轻教师的进一步成长提供强有力的理论支持与实践操作的后援指导。 以前我对于枯燥的理论知识，既反感又厌恶，甚至不屑一顾。经常此次的培训，我这个错误的观念才得以彻底的“拨乱反正”。在经常这次课堂实践活动之后，我更加深刻地明确与体悟到语文的内涵与真谛:语文是一门学习语言文字运用的综合性、实践性课程。它的主要任务是学习并运用语言，这是根本任务。反思自己以前的教学，误将语文教学肤浅地归纳为向学生教授课文中的相关知识，以便应付应该考试。殊不知，像我这样的教学思想，不但学生的语文素养不能提高，而且根本就没有让学生学会运用祖国的语言文字，倒头来仍是竹篮打水一场空。 (五)名师榜样作用——此时无声胜有声 正如我在本次培训感言开头时所言，平淡的生活的确能够消磨掉我们对待工作的热情，以及很多积极进取、天天上向上的动力。此次培训之中，我接触了 很多很多依然活跃、热衷于小语研究的大家们、名师们、同行们，他们对于小语明天的不断探索，倾禳传授自己的所得和对我们的殷切期盼，以及同学们孜孜不倦、不断进取的学习态度，既让我兴奋不已，又乐享于自己“润无声”的成长之中。与他们同处一班，互帮互助、相互学习、共同进步，我感到非常的荣幸、满足与快乐。 这种无与伦比的感觉，正是小学语文带给我们的独特的体验。我想，这次小语培训，不但让我更增进了对小语的认识与理解，也增进了我对小语的热爱。我将用我在这次培训之中所收获的理论知识与课堂实践经验，引领并指导我今后的课堂实践。 絮絮叨叨地敲下以上我自己的这些浅薄之见，我心里无比轻松与喜悦。不单单是完成了一项作业，更是因为此次培训给了我很多知识与启迪。我又一次深刻地意识到:一位年轻的教师，在经历一段漫长的困惑、迷茫的教学实践之后，他在内心里才会产生一种对该领域理论知识最本真、最迫切渴望与需求。正是这种最原生态的求知本能，促使他乐于学习，不断进取，急于解惑。也而正因如此，他的积极性与主动性才会被无限放大到最大值，并且还会不由自主地将自己全身心地投入其中，并且乐享其中。 幸好，我正是其中一位～ 这是我作为一位参加工作六年来，通过此次培训，所得到的最大收获～ 相见恨晚收获丰 -----90学时培训有感 (1)班,,号 郑菊青 假期常有正上大学的学生到我家串门，我都会感慨万千:真羡慕你们是时间的富翁，想学什么就学能什么～没想到姗姗来迟的90学时的培训让我圆了这个梦。 进修学校的余校长及领导真是想一线教师所想，安排的两周脱产学习既有教育理论的提升，更有老师们困惑已久的教学实践问题的引领，两周时间学到的简直胜于多年的自己探索学习。看到余校长既要接送相关专家，又要兼顾每一节的活动，更要给上课老师作精心辅导，连洗头的时间都挤不出来，真是让人感动。唯有认真学习，才无愧于老师的精心安排和调度。 走进培训课堂，让人目不暇接，精彩纷呈的内容如冬日里的暖阳，轻轻柔柔地化开了教育教学困惑的坚冰，使人流连，令人温暖，独留时间飞逝的遗憾～
