Teaching Steps :
Step 1 Greetings ;
T : Good morning , everyone .
Ss : Good morning ,teacher .
T : I’m your English teacher ,My family name is Zhang , you can call me Mrs Zhang , my
English name is Nancy , I hope we can make friends with each other , now let’s begin
our lesson , We’ll learn the phonetic symbols , from now on .
Step 2 Warm-up ; ( Introduce the 48 phonetic symbols ; )
1、 Do you know how many phonetic symbols in English ? Let’s learn them one by one
from now , the first one / i : / ;
2、 Write down the phonetic symbol / i : / on the Bb , then read it , ask the Ss to follow ;
3、 介绍发音要领:发这个音时,舌尖抵下齿,舌前部抬得很高。牙床几乎全合。双
唇扁平,/ i : /音和汉语拼音字母i,即和普通话中“衣”相近。但没有任何的摩
擦。它是一个长音,相当于短音的一倍。注意唇形,舌位保持不变。
4、 体会一下/ i : /的发音;
Step 3 Learn the words about the phonetic symbol / i : /;
1、 介绍一个字母“e”发/ i : /的音的单词,并逐一写在黑板上,及其他字母组合发
/ i : /的音;
e — me he she be
我 他 她
ee — bee meet feet geese
蜜蜂 见面 脚(复数) 鹅(复数)
ea — tea sea seat teacher
茶 海洋 座位 老师
ie — piece niece chief
张、块„ 外甥女、侄女 主要的
2、 范读单词,并让学生跟读;
3、 译出单词的意思;
4、 特别举例:
policeman magazine people
警察 杂 志 人 们
Step 4 Learn the sentences about the phonetic symbol / i : /;
1、 Write down sentence 1 on the Bb ;
e.g. Come to tea .
来喝茶。
2、Translation the sentence ;
3、Read the sentence ask the Ss to follow ;
4、Ask the Ss to read the sentence together ;
5、Use the same way to learn other sentences ;
e.g. Please come to tea .
请来喝茶。
Please come to tea with me .
请来和我一起喝茶。
Please come to tea with me by the sea .
请来海边和我一起喝茶。
If you’re free , please come to tea with me by the sea .
如果你有空,请来海边和我一起喝茶。
Do you agree , if you’re free , please come to tea with me by the sea .
你同意吗,如果你有空,请来海边和我一起喝茶。
Step 5 Thinking ;
1、 Write down these 3 sentences on the Bb , ask the Ss to read and think how many
phonemes in it ?
( ) 1、Read these words in your seat , please ?
( ) 2、These are big green trees .
( ) 3、Seeing is believing .
2、 Ask some Ss to stand up and answer questions ;
Step 6 Discovering ;
1、 请同学们读一读下列ea 字母组合是不是都含有/ i : /的发音,不是的话他们发什
么音,
