生物化学校级精品课程建设总结报告 《生物化学》校级精品课程建设总结报告 《生物化学》是医学类各个专业和与生命学科相关的专业最重要的公共基础课，主要研究生物体内化学分子与化学反应的科学，从分子水平探讨生命现象的本质。生物化学与生理学、细胞生物学、遗传学和免疫学等众多学科有着广泛的联系和交叉。该课程2006年被评为校级精品课程建设课程，课程组立即制定了精品课程建设规划，包括总体建设目标、实现目标的措施、课程的特色与优势分析、课程的不足之处、建设小组、年度建设 计划 项目进度计划表范例计划下载计划下载计划下载课程教学计划下载 、年度建设经费预算等内容。三年来，在学校和医学院的领导的支持下，通过本课程组全体人员的积极参与和共同努力，在教学队伍建设、教学内容、教学条件、教学方法与手段等课程建设方面都取得了显著的成绩，形成了自己的特色和优势，标志性成果显著，超额完成协议书规定的任务。现将有关情况总结如下。 1. 教学队伍 1,1 课程负责人与主讲教师 课程负责人与主讲教师师德好，学术造诣高，教学能力强，教学经验丰富，教学特色鲜明。 课程负责人唐冬生，教授、博士，医学院院长。具有高尚的职业道德，为人师表，2008年被评为学校“三育人”优秀奖。广东省“千百十工程”省级学术带头人，动物遗传育种与繁殖重点学科的学科带头人。近三年获国家自然科学基金项目共2项、粤港关键领域重点突破项目1项、广东省科技攻关计划项目1 项。现为全国医学高职高专教育研究会常务理事、全国高协组织教材研究与编写委员会委员、全国动物生物技术学会理事会理事、广东省生物化学与分子生物学学会常务理事、广东省遗传学会常务理事、广东省医学遗传学会委员兼秘书。原湖南医科大学、现暨南大学、华南农业大学硕士生导师。理论教学讲解条理清晰，课堂气氛生动活跃，技术技能指导实效实用，并且每一个重点内容都会给学生总结一些适用的记忆方法与学习技巧，这常常使学生的学习事半功倍，深受学生好评。2006、2007年教学质量评估为优秀或优秀奖。 张晓林副教授，生物化学硕士研究生，现担任医学院副院长，《检验医学教育》编委，承担和参与多项省市科研课 题 快递公司问题件快递公司问题件货款处理关于圆的周长面积重点题型关于解方程组的题及答案关于南海问题 ，近三年获广东省自然科学基金项目1项，学术水平较高，教学工作认真负责，深入浅出，精益求精,理论联系实际，教学效果好。2008获佛山市教育系统优秀教师, 2006年获学校“三育人”优秀奖。 龚道元副教授，生物化学硕士研究生，检验药学系副主任，《检验医学教育》编委，是学院教学督导小组成员和系教学督导小组负责人，佛山市检验学会委员，临床检验学组组长，佛山市医疗事故鉴定专家库成员，佛山市教育科研项目评审专家成员，在全国高校检验界和广东省、佛山市医院检验界有较大的影响力。承担和参与多项省市科研课题，学术水平较高，主编、参编检验专业全国规划教材和专著10多部。2008年教学质评为优秀奖，教学效果好。2007年“医学检验专the first level to consider when positioning security, roughly the same distance between the point and level to put the stand, can't be moved, dislocation, and so on. (3) Note6 2. 教学内容 2,1 课程内容 生物化学是研究生物体内化学分子与化学反应的科学，是医学各专业的基础医学课程。它的教学任务主要是介绍生物化学与分子生物学的基本知识，以及某些与医学相关的生物化学进展。本课程选用的是普通高等教育及卫生部“十一五”国家级规划教材的最新版(第七版，2008年4月出版)，教学内容新颖，信息量大，分为四大篇包括二十一章，共576页。生物化学的理论课教学内容主要包括基础生化内容即第一篇生物大分子的结构与功能关系、第二篇物质代谢过程及其调节，体现先进性的第三篇遗传信息传递等分子生物学内容。 在实验教学内容方面，取消了单纯开设一门生物化学实验课，而是将在学科上相互交叉、相互渗透、密切联系的三门课程即生物化学、医学免疫学及分子生物学的实验课加以整合，形成涵盖三门课程内容的统一实验课程即《分子医学实验学》课程，还编写了具有自身特色的《分子医学实验学》教材。 由于本课程所涉及的内容繁多、进展迅速，各学科对学生 知识点 高中化学知识点免费下载体育概论知识点下载名人传知识点免费下载线性代数知识点汇总下载高中化学知识点免费下载 掌握的要求不同，为此，组织教师重新编写了护理、口腔、检验及药学本科的教学大纲，并书写了相应的教案(讲义)。在课程内容设计时一方面应充分考虑到学科专业的特点，但同时应遵循以下原则:?注重生物化学基本概念、基本原理、基本技能的讲解。?注重分类教学，即考虑不同学科专业学生的基础和学科专业需求，同时要注意与其后续相关课程的衔接。?坚持“以教学为中心，以科研为先导，以科研带动教学，以教学促进科研”的指导思想，及时把教改教研成果或学科的最新发展成果引入教学。?始终贯穿创新教育和实践能力教育。 2,2 教学内容组织与安排 传统而经典的生化本科教材,主要阐述的是对生物大分子的化学组成和分子结构以及在体内代谢变化的研究，其中大篇幅介绍的是生物大分子的结构与功能、物质代谢及调控。近年来，生化学科发展迅速，把生化学科的研究推向分子水平，生化的发展进入新的阶段——分子生物学研究。因此, 我们在课程安排、教学大纲制定及课时设置时，进行教学内容及学时的调整, 增加分子生物学内容的学时数，尤其是基因表达调控、基因重组与基因工程及分子生物学研究的主要技术(包括基因工程技术、DNA 序列测定、PCR 技术等) 学时数，减少经典的生化学科内容，例如物质代谢及代谢调控的学时数，以便学生能在有限的学时里，了解和掌握生化学科发展的最新动态和成就。 在教学过程中注重理论与实验衔接，通过实验加深对理论知识的理解。注重理论知识与临床实际相联系，通过病例讨论、临床见习等方法将所学的知识密切与临床应用紧密相连，增加了同学学习生化的兴趣和生化知识在临床课程中的重要性的认识。为了开拓学生视野，组织学生去大医院见习，参观学习与学科相关的先进仪器、设备及检测方法和检测手段。教师利用课余时间，多次举行相关专题讲座，使学生及时了解学科的新信息，对学科知识的广度、深度和广度都有很大的提高。积极指导检验、口腔、护理等专业学生申报实验室开放基金和学术基 ion to the safe use of electricity.
