。现综述国内、外相关真空泵选型资料,并参照国内电厂多年的运行经验,在广泛征求设计人员意见的同时结合国内运行实际,对真空泵的选型做一个简要的说明。从中找出一种适合中国国情的真空泵选型计算方法。此选型方法仅适用于燃煤机组(不包含空冷机组)、燃机电厂、核电站及射水抽吸气改造------别成册。电厂凝汽器真空泵的选型计算真空泵的作用就是从凝汽器内抽出不凝结的气体,以及随不凝结气带出来的来不及冷却的水蒸汽,维持凝汽器的真空。具体来说就汽轮机凝汽器排汽压力的高低直接影响到汽轮的效率,火电机组靠凝汽器在汽轮机排汽口建立并维持一定的真空(由真空泵来完成),以增加汽轮机蒸汽的可用焓降,提高汽轮机的热效率。据统计,300MW机组凝汽器压力每降低1KPa,汽轮机的汽耗将减少1.5%-2.5%。发电量约增加1%,由此可见维持凝汽器真空作用的重要性。选型计算的目的,是为了选取适当的真空泵与电厂汽轮机发电机组及使用条件相匹配。水环式机械真空泵选型需要满足汽轮机凝汽器起动和正常运行两种工况。启动工况:众所周知,汽轮机在启动前,凝汽器两侧容积均被空气所占有,水环真空泵需抽吸、排除凝汽器汽侧汽缸内及抽吸管道内等部位的空气,使凝汽器在规定的时间内达到一定的真空度。在西欧国家一般要求30分钟内使凝汽器压力达到200mbar~400mbar,以便启动汽轮机。我国要求启动真空压力为300mmHg相当于上限400mbar(1mmHg=1.33mbar)。水环式机械真空泵抽吸时间计算公式:T=(60Vk/ns)Ln(P2/P1)t-----真空泵需抽吸凝汽器真空时间minVk----真空泵需抽吸空间容积m3n----启动时,真空泵运行数量S----真空泵在抽吸压力P1条件下真空泵下抽气量m3/hP2---真空泵排出口压力mbarP1---真空泵需要抽吸的真空度mbar运行工况当汽轮机投入运行后,水环式机械真空泵还需要不断地抽吸漏入真空系统的泄漏空气,随蒸汽带入的不凝结气体和来不及冷却的蒸汽混合物,以确保凝汽器良好的热交换,维持机组排汽真空度。确定泄露空气量A.汽轮机机凝汽器真空系统泄漏量与该机组真空系统主、辅设备制造质量和安装密封程度有关,但一般可用单位时间内的凝汽器真空下降大小来衡量——密封性,德国VDEW标准提供的由凝汽率来查该系统泄漏空气量。B.如机组容量增大,额定负荷下排汽量达到1400T/h后,达到的最大泄漏量是40Kg/h。C.美国HEI和英国BEAMA也是根据它们的经验制定的汽机凝汽器系统泄漏量。D.据德国火电工程师介绍:对于新投产的汽轮发电机组,其泄漏空气量远低于VDEM特性曲线上所 示的数值,只有机组运行数年后,机组趋向老化后,其泄漏空气量才达到样本特性曲线上的值。E.美国和英国泄漏空气量之所以比德国大,是在于美国和英国汽机低压缸与凝汽器连接部份至颈部采用橡胶波形补偿器连接,密封性较差的缘故,而德国,大机组均采用钢性连接,密封性能良好。泄漏空气和气—汽混合物流量的计算泄漏空气量徜泄漏空气量暂时按德国VDEM特性曲线上查得,以安徽平圩电厂为例,该工程汽轮机低压缸排入凝汽器蒸汽总量为1250T/h,从VDEM特性曲线查得泄漏空气量MG=35Kg/h.泄漏空气体积流量可按下列公式计算:VG=(mg×RG×Tmin)/(Pmin×100)m3/hVG——泄漏空气体积流量m3/hMG——泄漏空气质量流量Kg/hRG——空气常数,为287.05J/Kgk(焦耳/公斤0F)Tmin——混合物绝对温度0K,若凝汽器压力0.055atm,即55.76mbar(毫巴),在此温度下水蒸汽的饱和温度为34.83℃,凝汽器气体排出区域设计考虑过冷度4.17℃。混合物温度:tmin=34.83℃-4.17℃=30.66℃混合物绝对温度:tmin=273.15+30.66=303.780K假定凝汽器真空为:Pmin=55.76mbar(毫巴)VG=(35×287.05×303.78)/(55.76×100)=547m3/h此时水蒸汽的饱和分压力:PDX=44.06mbar(在混合物温度:X=30.66下,水的饱和蒸汽压)混合物体积流量Vmin=(MG×RG×Tmin)/(PG×100)m3/hPG——凝汽器气体排出区域空气分压力=凝汽器设定压力-混合物温度下水的饱和蒸汽压。PG=Pmin-PDX=55.76-44.06=11.70mbar即:Vmin=(35×287.05×303.78)/(11.7×100)=2608m3/h混合物中蒸汽重量流量MD=0.6229×(PDX/PG)×MG=0.622×(44.06/11.7)×35=82Kg/h通过以上计算,求得了泄漏空气质量流量、体积流量、混合物体积流量和蒸汽质量。这些流量值是相互关连的,对于运行中的同一台凝汽器,知道了它的泄漏空气质量流量,经过换算,可求得另一些数值。水环式机械真空泵制造商常以泄漏空气量数值来加以叙述。如安徽平圩电厂工程,在运行工况:凝汽器压力0.055ata时,水环式真空泵实际至少需要从凝汽器抽吸气体混合物2608m3/h,但用另一句话来说,即至少需要抽吸干空气重量35Kg/h,二者意义是相同的。ITD值的确定根据泄漏空气量MG、凝汽器特性曲线和不同的循环水温度t,经过计算,综合分析选用相匹配的水环式机械真空泵,平圩电厂的凝汽器是双背压的,其计算结果列表如下:A、ITD值——指吸入侧压力下饱和温度与水环式机械真空泵入口冷却水温度的差值。B、设计换热器冷却水进口温度为25℃,水环式机械真空泵冷却水来自循环水,故真空泵进口水温应考虑到下列因素:换热器进、出口温度端差,随不凝结气体带入的过热水蒸气引起的温升,真空泵补充凝结水引起的温升等。根据换热器冷却水循环水温25℃和汽轮发电机组额定负荷,在凝汽器特性曲线上,查得凝汽器高压侧和低压侧的压力值,从特性曲线横坐标负荷率100%作一条垂直向上的直线,与T=25℃的一条实线相交,(虚线代表绝对压力低),同时与另一条T=25℃的虚线相交,(虚线代表绝对压力高),从交点作水平线,在纵坐标上查得凝汽器低压侧和高压侧值各为0.0535atm和0.071atm,经过换算,其压力各为54.203mbar和71.934mbar.D、根据上述求得的低压侧和高压侧的压力值,再查出饱和温度分别为34℃和39.52℃。E、计算温差ITD(ITD指吸入侧压力下饱和温度与水环真空泵冷却器入口冷却水温度的差值),现冷却器入口冷却水温25℃,换热器进、出口端差按2℃设计,补充凝结水引起温升0.5℃,随不凝结气体一起带入的过热水蒸汽引起温升0.5℃,真空泵实际入口密封水温28℃。故凝汽器低压侧ITD=34-28=6℃,高压侧ITD=39.528=11.52℃F、根据以上计算的温度差,凝汽器低压侧ITD和高压侧ITD以及低压侧和高压侧的压力值,以不同型号的水环真空泵运行工况特性曲线查得相应的凝汽器和水环真空泵。从水环真空泵运行工况特性曲线图表上横坐标查到所需的压力值,作直线垂直向下,与表示ITD的曲线相交,从该点作水平平行线,在纵坐标上得到这个真空泵抽吸泄漏空气量的数值,首先估计合适的真空泵。G、平圩电厂已经选定2BW4353-0EK4(转速590rpm)水环式机械真空泵,对凝汽器低压侧ITD=6℃,P1=1.6”Hg,在泵的特性曲线查得它的抽吸能力为36Kg/h,高压侧ITD=11.52℃,P1=2.13”Hg,真空泵抽吸能力为80Kg/h。H、由于平圩电厂高压侧混合物通过连通管流入低压侧后抽吸排除,故应以低压侧工况来选用真空泵,即选用2B4353—0EK4(n=590rpm)。I、现在已经知道凝汽器真空系统总的泄漏量为35Kg/h(暂时按VDEM),而在冷却水温25℃时,真空泵的抽吸能力为36Kg/h,所以运行中只需要开一台水环式机械真空泵就能维持凝汽器真空,说明真空泵抽吸能力是足够的,后来运行也证明了这一点。J、然后再计算出冷却水温10℃、15℃、35℃工况下水环式真空泵的抽吸能力,列出表格。冷却水温排气区域工况10℃15℃20℃25℃35℃凝汽器低压侧饱和压力0.024atm.0313atm0.041atm0.0536atm0.09atm0.72inHg0.937inHg41.54inHg1.60inHg2.693inHg24.32mbar31.71mbar41.54mbar64.203mbar91.184mbar饱和温度20.16℃24.98℃29.61℃34.32℃44.04℃温差ITD10.61℃9.98℃9.61℃9.32℃9.04℃真空泵抽吸能力29Kg/h38Kg/h40Kg/h42Kg/h65Kg/h凝汽器高压侧饱和压力00.032Atm0.0413atm0.055atm0.071atm0.118atm0.957inHg1.236inHg1.646inHg2.124inHg3.553inHg32.42mbar41.84mbar55.72mbar71.934mbar120.31mbar饱和温度25.35℃29.73℃34.82℃39.62℃49.55℃温差ITD15.35℃14.73℃14.82℃14.52℃14.55℃真空泵抽吸能力60Kg/h80Kg/h85Kg/h93Kg/h135Kg/h根据以上计算结果所列数据表格,可以得出以下几点结论:真空泵入口密封水温度升高时,凝汽器真空下降,绝对压力值升高,饱和温度也随之升高,饱和温度与冷却水温度之温差ITD减小。凝汽器绝对压力的升高对于水环式真空泵的影响,超过温差ITD减小的影响,所以泵的抽吸能力是提高的。平圩工程水环式真空泵按凝汽器低压侧的要求选型,真空泵入口密封水温低于15℃时,为了维持凝汽器特性曲线上吸入侧较低的压力,即小于0.03atm时,需要开启两台水环式机械真空泵,因为一台真空泵的抽吸能力已接近或小于凝汽器真空系统总的泄露空气量35Kg/h,而当冷却水温高于15℃时,只需一台真空泵就能满足要求,所以平圩电厂选择三台2BW4353-0EK4水环式机械真空泵是可行的,德国汉诺威火电厂汽轮机单机容量700MW,采用双背压凝汽器,采用三台2BW4253-0EK4水环真空泵,比平圩电厂真空泵小一号,也能满足要求。这就是国内外凝结器结构与制造差别造成的。#五.水环真空泵性能的修正:众所周知,上述计算值是在标准状态下求得的真空泵标准气量,真空泵在选型中必须根据实际运行工况对真空泵气量进行修正。以安徽平圩电厂为例:在凝汽器背压:P1=55.76mbar,密封水温:t1=25℃,进汽温度:t2=30℃凝汽器过冷度为:4.17℃。水环式真空泵特性曲线修正因素水环式机械真空泵起动工况特性是在工作密封水温15℃时作出的,如果水温不是15℃,大于15℃将会引起真空泵性能的变化,必须对真空泵水温、气温进行修正,在此基础上还需对真空泵转速进行修正,最终得出真空泵的实际抽气量。凝汽器在汽——气混合物的抽出区域,需要考虑过冷度的设计,使部分蒸汽冷却下来,混合物汽体的分压力下降,气体的比例增大,德国按4.17℃进行考虑,美国按4.2℃进行考虑,如果过冷度不同,就会影响真空泵的抽吸能力,目前国内以4.17℃为基准进行修正(按德国VDEM标准):吸入压力过冷度40mbar50mbar70mbar4.17℃1113℃25/33=0.7542/52=0.868/90=0.75过冷度3℃时,取平均修正值0.75MG,=0.75MG6℃42/33=1.2770/52=1.34125/90=1.38过冷度6℃时,取平均修正值1.3MG,=1.3MG可见过冷度增大时,水环式机真空泵的抽吸能力是增大的。ITD=ITD′+(实际过冷度-4.17℃)水环式机械真空泵性能的修正在世界所有标准中均规定了真空泵的标准工况:在一个标准大气压:Pb=1013mbar密封水温:T1=15℃进气温度:T2=20℃相对湿度:φ=100%由于用户实际工作条件与标准工况有较大差别,必须根据实际运行工况进行修正,得到真空泵的换算关系:根据德国DIN28431.1987《真空技术液环真空泵验收
