(2) personal injury accident occurred, the direct punishment 0.52 的看法，为什么改，如何改，全凭领导定主意。在前辈们经验和技术上帮住下，我也学会独立思考问题，虽然有的时候还是想不到，但是相比刚开始已经有了不小的进步。我不会因为这点小的成就就骄傲自大，在今后我会继续努力，不断地积累经验，独立解决问题的能力，争取快速成长起来，利用自己精力充沛、接受新鲜事物快的优势，努力学习专业知识，给公司的建设添砖加瓦，替领导分忧解难。 在领导和同事的指导下我完成几套方案。下面就拿出我设计的其中俩套方案，进行探讨。 1、工艺布置设计的基准 (1) 原矿要就近选择，少一点运输。 (2) 生产运行顺畅的 原则 组织架构调整原则组织架构设计原则组织架构设置原则财政预算编制原则问卷调查设计原则 。 2、设计方案 (1) 方案一:紧凑型，如果1所示。 (2) 方案二:烧结、高炉和炼钢并行布置，如图2所示。 3、方案比较 (1)方案一的优点:?烧结机与高炉平行布置，占地面积小，工艺布置比较紧凑。?铁水罐改用天车吊装，减少导轨的铺设，大大节省成本，铁水罐不落地，直接被天车吊走。?铸铁机紧挨着高炉，可以直接铸成铁块。?炼钢车间与轧钢车间挨着比较近，炼钢出来直接进入轧钢车间，热量流失少。? 方案一的缺点:?正常生产需要很多的原料，但是没有原料场地，运转起来很不顺畅。?看起来感觉还满意，但是正常生产运转的情况 fine of 50 Yuan. (8) no permit to work and the job in accordance with the provisions, o d 2003 下，用天车来转运铁水罐就有点忙不过来了(既要往铸铁机上运输，又要往炼钢车间运输)。?铁水罐维修起来不方便，维修运转不是很顺畅。 (2)方案二的优点:?烧结机与高炉水平布置，给原料场地留有足够的空间，可以满足正常生产运行。?加轨道用火车头来转运铁水罐，并留有停放线和走行线，互不干扰，不影响高炉的正常生产。?把俩台铸铁放到一起，并留有钢包维修区域，高炉生产的铁水可以直接运输到铸铁机上且不影响炼钢车间的生产。?将俩座高炉的循环水泵房合并成一个，既节省了投资成本和占地空间，而且也减少了建筑的难度。?将两边的冲渣池纵向排布，给高炉和除尘器留有一定的转运和清理空间。 方案二的缺点:?占地面大。?炼钢车间和轧钢车间离的比较远，转运的时候比较困难。 经综合比较，方案二的工艺布置方案较优。及烧结、高炉和炼钢并行布置。 4、烧结、高炉和炼钢并行布置的特点 工艺布置的特点:在不破坏原有建筑物的情况下，进行合理化布置。由海关监管区将原料用皮带直接运输到原料场，再加到烧结的原料仓;经烧结煅烧，通过皮带运输到高炉矿槽，另一路通过受料仓将原料通过皮带运输到高炉矿槽中;经矿槽筛分、分散称重后通过皮带输送到高炉中;通过高炉出来的铁水经导轨运输到炼钢车间炼钢，剩余的经导轨用火车运输到铸铁机上，形成铁块;由炼钢车间炼出的钢 2000 construction installation engineering construction standard 7, HG ...
