 3.tousethedemisespremisesforresiden  tialpurposeandwouldnotbeusedforacommercialpurposethedemisespremisewouldnotbeusedoccupiedbymr.****  andfamily.  4.nottosubletthewholeoranypartofthepremises.  5.topayregularlythebillsforelectricity,gas,waterandtelephonechargesinrespectofthedemisedpremises.acopyofallthepaidutilitybillbeforwardedtothelessoreverythreemonthregularly.incaseofdisconnectionofanyfacilityduetonon-payment,lesseewillberesponsibletogetthemrestoredandpaythesame.allduesmustbeclearedbeforetheexpiryofthelease.
