XXRecruitingDayXX招聘日Feb18th,2012.WeholdthefirstrecruitingeventafterCNY-XXRecruitingday,andmadeaninspiringstartofthe2012recruitment.Intherecruitingday,wecombinedmultiplerecruitingchannels,invited55qualifiedcandidatestoourplant,andreleased20offersafterinterviews,andgainedalotofresourceinourtalentpool.2012年2月18日，我们举办了农历年后的第一场大型招聘活动——XX招聘日，为2012年的招聘拉开了鼓舞人心的序幕。在招聘日，我们结合了多种招聘渠道，邀请了50多位候选人到公司，面试后发出了20个offer，并且为我们的人才库填充了大量资源。Aimingtogetmorecandidatesandmaketheinterviewseffective,alotofpreparationsweredonebeforetheRecruitingday.WeadvertisednotonlyinRecruitingwebsites,butalsoonthemajornewspaperinCZ,whichmadeXXbrandandrecruitingdaywellknown,andattractedhundredsofresumesflyingtoourrecruitingmailbox.Wescreenedtheseresumes,andmadephoneinterviewwithcompetitivecandidates,andselectedonly41candidatestoattendtheactivity,whichensuredthehighutilizationratioofbothcandidates’andhiringmanagers’time.AnXXsponsoredactivityinCZjobfairwasarrangedinthemorningofRecruitingday,candidateswhopassedthefirstinterviewinthejobfairwereinvitedtoourplantaswell.为了得到更多候选人，也为了能使面试更为高效，在招聘日之前我们做了大量准备工作。我们在招聘网站和主流报纸上登了广告，使XX品牌以及招聘日活动为人们所知，吸引了成百上千的应聘简历到我们的招聘邮箱。经过筛选，我们电话面试了那些有竞争力的候选人，只从中选取了41人到场参加活动，以保证候选人和部门经理的时间得以高效利用。在招聘日上午，我们还在C市人才市场举办了冠名招聘活动，在现场通过首轮面试的候选人也被邀请到公司参加进一步面试。Itshouldbenoticedthattwocandidatesweofferedintheeventarerecommendedbyouremployees.WehaveERP(EmployeeReferralProgram),andstaffswillberewardedforsuccessfulreferrals.值得一提的是，此次活动中录用的两位候选人是由内部员工推荐的。我们设有员工推荐项目，所有成功推荐的员工都会得到相应的奖励。Astherecruitingdayisanexcellentchancetopromoteouremployerbrand,thereceptionandarrangementthatdayismuchimportant,weexpectedwhatweshowedcouldleaveourcandidatesgoodimpression.Wethoughtfullyarrangedprogramssuchaspresentationandfactorytour,andcaredthedetailslikeguideindicator,drinks,cakeandlunch.Shuttlebusservicewasprovidedforthecandidates’convenience,andgiftedpackageswerereleased. 此次招聘日也是推广XX雇主品牌的绝佳机会，因而活动的安排与接待尤其重要，我们希望给每一位候选人留下很好的映像。我们周到地安排了宣讲，参观工厂等，也注意到诸如茶饮、引导标志等细节。为了方便候选人，我们安排了班车接送，还发放了小礼物。Accordingtothequestionarysurveyresults,thecandidateswereverysatisfiedwiththeactivity,andgainedpositiveunderstandingtoXX.Weacquiredmanytalentedcandidates,andit’smoreimportantthatweenhancedourreputationasaprofessionalemployer.Allthehiringmanagersandstaffsinvolvedcontributedstrongsupportandgreateffortsintheevent. Greatteamworkisthekeyfactortoleadtheimpressiveachievementoftherecruitingday.据问卷调查结果显示，候选人对这次活动感到非常满意，并且加深了对XX的了解。此次活动不仅让我们收获了人才，更为重要的是很好地提升了XX作为专业雇主品牌的声誉。所有参与到活动中的经理员工都大力配合，付出了巨大的努力。极好的团队合作是此次活动成功的关键因素。
