采用大鼠蛋清性足跖急性炎性肿胀实验、大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生实验、二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓炎性肿胀实验及冰醋酸所致小鼠疼痛扭体反应实验观察跌打消肿贴皮肤用药的抗炎镇痛作用。结果①跌打消肿贴10.80g药膏·kg-1、5.40g药膏·kg-1、2.70g药膏·kg-1组大鼠致炎后1h、2h、4h足肿胀度均显著减小,皮肤用药对蛋清所致大鼠足跖急性炎性肿胀有明显抑制作用。②跌打消肿贴10.80g药膏·kg-1、5.40g药膏·kg-1、2.70g药膏·kg-1组大鼠肉芽肿湿重、肉芽肿干重均显著减小,皮肤用药对大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生有显著抑制作用。③跌打消肿贴15.60g药膏·kg-1、7.80g药膏·kg-1、3.90g药膏·kg-1组小鼠耳廓肿胀度均明显减小,皮肤用药对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓炎性肿胀有显著抑制作用。④跌打消肿贴15.60g药膏·kg-1、7.80g药膏·kg-1组小鼠扭体次数均显著减小,皮肤用药对冰醋酸所致小鼠疼痛扭体反应有一定抑制作用。结论跌打消肿贴对急性炎性肿胀有明显抑制作用,对化学物质刺激疼痛有一定抑制作用。【关键词】 跌打消肿贴;皮肤用药;抗炎;镇痛 Abstract:ObjectiveTostudytheantiinflammatoryandanalgesiceffectsofDiedaxiaozhongplasterinratandmousemodels.MethodsTheantiinflammatoryandanalgesiceffectsofDiedaxiaozhongplasterwasstudiedwithacuteinflammationmodelinratswitheggwhiteinducedacutepawswelling,cottoninducedgranulomaexperimentinrats,xyleneinducedearedemainmice,andwrithingresponseinducedbyaceticacidinmice.Results①Pawswellingafterinflammationinratswassignificantlyalleviated1h,2h,and4hafterapplyingwithDiedaxiaozhongpowderatthedosesequivalentto10.80g·kg-1.5.40gkg·kg-1,and2.70g·kg-1,indicatingthattopicalapplicationofDiedaxiaozhongpowderhadsignificantlyinhibitoryeffectsoneggwhiteinducedpawinflammatoryswellinginrats.②Wetweightanddryweightofcottoninducedgranulomasignificantlydecreased1h,2h,and4hafterapplyingwithDiedaxiaozhongpowderatthedosesequivalentto10.80g·kg-1.5.40g·kg-1,and2.70g·kg-1,indicatingthattopicalapplicationofDiedaxiaozhongplasterhadsignificantlyinhibitoryeffectsoncottoninducedgranulomainrats.③XyleneinducedearedemainmicewassignificantlyreducedaftertopicalapplicationofDiedaxiaozhongplasteratthedosesequivalentto15.60g·kg-1,7.80g·kg-1,and3.90g·kg-1,indicatingthattopicalapplicationofDiedaxiaozhongplasterhadsignificantlyinhibitoryeffectsxyleneinducedearedemainmice.④WrithingtimesofmiceinthegroupsatthedosesofaftertopicalapplicationofDiedaxiaozhongpowderatthedosesequivalentto15.60g·kg-1,7.80g·kg-1weresignificantlyreduced,indicatingthattopicalapplicationofDiedaxiaozhongplasterhadcertaininhibitoryeffectsonwrithingresponseinducedbyaceticacidinmice.ConclusionDiedaxiaozhongplasterhadsignificantinhibitoryeffectsonacuteinflammatoryedema,andhadcertaininhibitoryeffectsonpainsduetochemicalstimulation.
