4、工程范围：锅炉主机：按改造设计图纸，将原空气预热器及风箱拆除，将锅炉钢结构件、省煤器、过热器、下降管、分离器、膜式壁等进行改造施工，包含改造后的砌筑保温（不包含电气控制系统）；辅机系统：制粉输粉系统、燃烧机、风机、烟风道、给水泵等的制作安装（不包含除尘输灰系统及化水设备的制作安装）；水压试验、烘炉、煮炉及保修期服务（不包含试运行）。5．工程量：一台第二条：工期经甲乙双方协商，本工程的工期确定如下：锅炉改造工期自乙方收到预付款起计算，锅炉的改造工期为天；第三条：承包方式：甲方提供设备及主材，并承担锅炉监检费用；乙方承包费用为人工费、消耗材料费（氧气、乙炔、焊丝、焊条等）及吊装费。第四条：图纸甲方应在开工前2天向乙方提供改造图纸贰份。第二部分双方一般责任第1条甲方工作：1.甲方应提供施工所需水源、电源，并保证施工期间的需要，帮助开通施工场地与外部公共道路的通道，满足施工运输的需要，保证施工期间的畅通。2.甲方将水准点和座标控制点以书面形式交给乙方，并进行现场交验。3.甲方负责组织乙方、设计单位和质监部门（或监理单位）进行图纸交底与会审，并整理图纸会审和交底纪要。4.负责协调处理施工现场周围地下管线和邻近建筑物，构筑物的保护。甲方向乙方施工人员帮助提供设备存放等条件。5.负责改造图纸设计、审批及所有部件的加工制作。6.甲方应派驻工地代表，对施工过程中发生的变更、追加等进行现场签证。第2条乙方工作：1.向甲方代表提供月工程进度计划和相应的进度报表：如发生工程事故，应及时向甲方代表和有关部门
