原料:鲜鳊鱼一条(净重约750克)。熟火腿片15克、生笋片2.5克、水发香菇25克。板油丁10克、姜片4克、姜米3克、葱结5克,香醋5克、精盐4克、味精3克、绍酒2克、葱段2克、清汤250克。
