What marketing department should do more is that making its company well-know by all marketing ways. Such as making its own special website, showing its company in B2B website and other related website, and attending in related fair. Website, B2B website and fair are the three important ones, which they should do firstly. During they do these jobs, they also need do the VI job, which should be shown in website, B2B website and fair. Among they are doing these three large parts daily job, they should search the information of competitors as more as possible. Then they will know better of how to do their own website, B2B website showing and fair. All these things seem very simple, while not all the companies and marketing departments could do well enough. E.g. in some small company, the marketing department is just like housekeeper of its company. If the marketing department is not so busy with all those VI job, maybe they could do more marketing job which can he helpful for sales department. If the company director could arrange the jobs of staff well, maybe the marketing department could get more time for those marketing job. And the most important one is that the efficiency of all staff. If everybody could do his job well on time, everything will be well.
