质谱仪的工作原理 教案 中职数学基础模块教案 下载北师大版¥1.2次方程的根与系数的关系的教案关于坚持的教案初中数学教案下载电子教案下载 设计 质谱仪的工作原理 教案设计---- 请教 作者: 李学昌 (高中物理 四川凉山物理一班 ) 评论数/浏览数: 3 / 523 发表日期: 2010-08-02 09:19:29 这几天，我们都的任务都是分析其它教师的教案，我大胆猜想，这是培训组织者的一片苦心，让我们在评的过程中慢慢学会写教案。为不辜负，特将我上过的一节课整理出来，请多指教。 质谱仪的工作原理 教案设计 带电粒子在电场、磁场或其复合场中的运动情况是高中物理教学的重点也是难点之一。这一内容理论性强，考试形式几乎“套路”化，对重点高中学生而言也许不是难事，精讲精练即可过关。但对普通中学而言，可能还得让学生去探究，先感性认识再理性认识。如何探究呢,个人认为质谱仪就是最好的探究对象，其中已包含了带电粒子在纯电场中的加速运动、在纯磁场中的圆周运动、在复合场(即速度选择器)中的直线运动。 【设计思想】 带电粒子在质谱仪中的运动是速度快，就算将质谱仪拆开也无法让学生细观其详，为让学生感受带电粒子在其中的运行，我准备进行动画模拟、站位模拟，双管其下。 ?动画模拟。用Flash动画全程展示带电粒子在质谱仪中的运动情景。课件，就是要展示实验室无法完成或难于完成的事，否则就是为课件而课件了。 ?表演模拟。请学生高举标有N、S，+、-等符号的纸板模拟磁场、电场，再让学生模拟带电粒子在其中穿行。 【学情分析】 我校是一所普通中学，学生基础差，但也不乏有初升高时发挥失常的“漏网之鱼”，对这部分学生，我们得让其享受“大熊猫”式的待遇。对大多数学生，也得紧扣大纲要求和我校的办学目标，让他们尽量学有所得。 【教学目标】 (一)知识与技能 观察带电粒子在电场加速运动。 观察带电粒子在磁场中做匀速圆周运行。 分析带电粒子的受力与运动的关系(重点、难点) (二)过程与方法 在观看动画的时候体会透过运动情况分析物体的受力情况。 (三)情感、态度与价值观 在参与模拟表演时体会与人合作的方法，提升自己的亲和力。 【课前准备】 1.Flash动画制作。动画主要包括四个阶段，即加速运动、速度选择，圆周运动、总结阶段。在进行速度选择时，可通过拼图游戏来选择表示不同方向的电场与磁场，让学生思考。 2.表演道具准备。标有+号、-号的硬纸板各2张，请学生高举模拟电场。标有N、S的硬绝纸板各2张，请学生高举用于模拟磁场。标有氕、氘的胸卡各1张，让学生佩戴模拟这两种粒子。 【教学过程】 一、课题引入(5分钟) 1.提问:谱，我们接触的有菜谱、曲谱、家谱等。请一位同学回答什么是菜谱吗, 引导回答:将菜名按一定的 规则 编码规则下载淘宝规则下载天猫规则下载麻将竞赛规则pdf麻将竞赛规则pdf 排列进来形成的列表。重点强调:排列是有规则的。 2.提问:如果按物体的质量将它们排列出来，那是什么谱, 回答:质量谱，简称质谱。 3.提问:如果某仪器能完成“质谱”的排列，那是什么玩意啊，书上有介绍哦, 回答:质谱仪。 4.讲:关于质谱仪是如何工作的，书上已有介绍。今天 ，我将有动画来演示，不想看的可能有些“非主流”吧。另外，我们还将就地取材亲手制作一台质谱仪——就在这个教室里，就在这节课的后15分钟，就让同学们来完成。 二、新课教学 1.用动画模拟质谱仪工作原理(15分钟) (1)带电粒子在电场中加速运动 略。 At present, the County personnel totaled 93,000 people, is three times times of 2010. From Dongping actual see, "Thirteen-Five" during, County faced stable economic growth, and deepening structure adjustment of double task, both faced with economic total small, and per capita level low, and industry structure not reasonable, and economic development way extensive, basic situation, more has industry cluster early now prototype, and Park hosted capacity constantly enhanced, and resources traffic location advantage increasingly appeared, and cadres masses innovation venture passion (2)带电粒子在速度选择器中的运动 思考:如果只在“速度选择器”中加入电场，那么，已经过加速而具有速度的带正电粒子将受到什么力的作用,方向如何, 结论:电场力，竖直方向。 播放动画进行验证，如图1所示。 思考:如果只加入磁场，又受什么力作用,方向如何, 结论:洛仑兹力，竖直方向。 播放动画进行验证。 思考:为使带正电的粒子在“速度选择器”向右水平运动，应该加入什么场呢, 结论:复合场，且让电场力与洛仑兹力大小相等，方向相反。 播放动画进行验证。 思考:如果不在“速度选择器”里加入电场或磁场且忽略重力，带正电的粒子仍然可向右做匀速直线运动，为什么还要加入复合场呢,多此一举吗, ,E/B的粒子才能匀速直线地通过——这就是结论:公式推导表明，只有满足V 复合场的作用。 播放动画进行验证。 图1 (3)带电粒子在偏转磁场中的运动 略。 (4)观察氕、氘、氚的分离 略。 At present, the County personnel totaled 93,000 people, is three times times of 2010.
