Conclusion 11 1 Executive Summary: The purpose of this report is to analyse the experience of Simulation, first we decide our firm’s mission and strategy over the whole simulation, then we allocated roles and responsibilities within our team, describe what we did in five Quarters, and what experience of our team learnt by end of this Simulation. 1. Introduction: 2 Most firms, particularly lager corporations with multiple divisions or business units, pursue a hierarchy of interdependent strategies. Goals indicate what a business unit wants to achieve, strategy is a game plan for geeting there, every business must design a stratgey for achieving its goals. Each strategy is formulated at different levels in the oragnization and deals with different sets of issues. First, decisions about the organization’s scope and appropriate resource deployments across its various division or businesses are the primary focus of corporate strategy. This level of strategy provides direction on the company’s mission, the kinds of businesses it should be in, and its growth policies. Second one is budiness level strategy, this leve of strategy primarily addresses the way a business will compete within its industry, improved coustomer service. Finally, interrelated functional decisions about how to divide the market into customer segments, which segments to target, what products and service enhancements to offer each segment, what promotional appeals and what prices to charge all reflect the marketing strategies. Each marketing strategy provide a plan for pursuing the company’s objects with a specific market segment. Our firm is called Legend our mission is to be the market leader in the set top box industry worldwide. To achieve our goals, we drew up some stategy plans to focus on ensure our products were cost effective and beneficial to consumers by providing value added services, another is marketing promotions, positioning and advertising, and new market investment.This report is explain the our team’s simulation experience from the perspective of financial analyses and objectives, so we are focus on our products price, net income, and our firm’s costs.
