白坊村村情简介 一( 村落概貌 白坊村位于昌平区东南约35公里处,东距歇甲庄,南临清河,西距东小口镇太平庄,北距南狮子营。该村有436户,1128人,均为汉族。主要姓氏有章、李、王、马、赵、范、刘、温、顾、万、高等。 二( 历史沿革 白坊村的历史由来现已无人知晓,据老人传说,明末时期,有一姓李人士因看坟建造两间白房居住,后搬迁至此人数增多便发展成村,称为白坊村。该村1987年建立村委会,村域面积约1.9平方公里,村落内主街为南北向中心路。先后有王德城、汪振娟、李建军、宋兰英担任村委会主任。2001年1月白坊村被列为北京市总体规划50个重点工程之一，北苑北经济适用房开发区，2001年1月与北京市顺天通房地产开发有限公司签订征地协议，征占土地2327.104亩。2001年12月25日至2002年2月25日白坊村全部拆迁,2003年村民全部搬迁上楼,现居住在昌平区东小口镇天通苑东三区12—18号住宅楼，共756套。 三( 经济发展 1985年我村实行了家庭联产承包 责任 安全质量包保责任状安全管理目标责任状8安全事故责任追究制幼儿园安全责任状占有损害赔偿请求权 制，几年来我村加强农业建设，向农机和科技两方面投入资金180万元。1999年后全村在巩固集体企业盘活资产和资产重组基础上不断undertaking, strengthen the construction of party and Government personnel.
