Should always stability 浙江富士特白炭黑有限公司 四氯化硅蒸馏岗位操作法 (试行) 一、开车前的检查准备工作 1(准备好操作记录表、交接班记录本、常用的工具和用具。 2.检查水、电、汽是否正常，各动力设备是否具备运行条件，其中水压要求大于0.2MPa，蒸汽总管压力大于0.4 MPa。 3.检查各部位的阀门开、关是否正确。 4.检查仪器仪表是否能正常工作。 5.检查四氯化硅原料贮罐内的料位是否具备开车条件。 6.检查仪表空气是否已送入，且压力应大于0.4 MPa。 7.打开再沸器加热列管和夹套加热的疏水旁路阀门，排净列管和夹套内的冷凝水后，关闭旁路阀门，打开疏水阀的前、后截止阀，备用。 8.启动水洗塔循环泵，使水洗塔处于运行状态。 二、四氯化硅蒸馏开车 1.打开塔顶冷凝器的循环冷却水的进、出口阀门。 2.启动四氯化硅蒸馏塔进料泵P101a(或P101b)，待泵出口压力平稳后慢慢打开去蒸馏塔再沸器的阀门;当再沸器内的液位到40%的时候，缓慢打开再沸器加热列管和夹套加热的蒸汽调节阀，控制蒸馏塔塔釜温度在75,80?，压力在0.01MPa;当再沸器和回流罐液位到70%(暂定)时，停止向再沸器进料。 3.当蒸馏塔开始工作时，通过调节塔顶冷凝器冷却水的流量来控制回流罐的液相温度，保持回流液的温度在55?。 4.启动四氯化硅蒸馏塔回流泵P102a(或P102b)，慢慢打开回流管路上的两个调节阀，控制塔顶回流管回流量在2250,2650kg/h(暂定)，塔中回流管回流量750 kg/h，保持全回流状态3h左右。 5.每30分钟从回流泵出口取样一次，当高沸物含量?0.05%时，开始准备采出成品。打开四氯化硅采出冷却器循环水进、出口阀门，打开回流泵至四氯化硅精品贮罐的阀门，逐渐打开调节阀阀门，控制成品采出流量在740,750 kg/h。在成品连续采出后，对再沸器进行连续进料，控制再沸器液位在60%左右。 6.当再沸器开始连续进料时，要求每30分钟从取样口取样分析一次，以跟踪产品能否连续稳定生产。 7. 在日常操作过程中要经常注意调节再沸器进料量、蒸馏塔回流量和成品采出流量，使再沸器及回流罐液位保持稳定。同时也要防止温升过快，造成塔顶压力超过0.075 MPa，引起安全阀起跳。通过塔顶放空调节阀控制塔顶压力0.01Mpa，温度60?1?。 8. 蒸馏塔连续稳定生产后，每间隔1h对再沸器和回流泵出口的物料取样分析一次。当再沸器内的高沸物含量达50%时，停止进料和回流，塔顶继续采出。当再沸器内的液位降至30%时，停止塔顶采出，并关闭列管和夹套的加热蒸汽。待再沸器内温度降至40?时，打开回流泵出口装桶阀门，用工艺空气将高沸物装入临时料桶内。 ld alomprehensive reforms, to make all its vitality for development impulse, let full play to all sources of wealth creation.
